    Started doing kettlebell halo drills, farmer walks w different weights, and twists. It’s honestly amazing the impact they’ve had

      @@G4mefr3akFPS KB is pretty much farmer strength workout at home. The reason farmers are so strong because they move the heavy objects a lot of times daily, with KB you're generally doing the same, its not barbel isolated exercise that's targeting 1-2 muscle and nothing else besides stabilizing, a lot of KB exercises "flow" combine multiple movements into one so it pretty much activates invisible muscles you normally wouldn't work out in a gym in front of a mirror.

      They’re good for shoulder mobility and stability, also transverse abdominus (side abs) try them and find out. Make kettlebells a regular part of your routine, good luck 👍🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

      Core and shoulders. Halos, around the world, kb eights and farmers/suitcase carries are simple and excellent. KBs train your body as a Linked kinetic chain and not in isolation.

    So for this particular kettlebell exercise, i'm warming up with ten pounds to get rythem n motion.
    When the weight is overhead going from one shoulder to the other? How should I be focusing on the muscle fibers
    Like from hip to shoulder, shoulder to head
    If im left handed, I feel like my left hand wants to dominate the exercise regardless
    Thank you for any advice

    • @haroonmohammed6351
      @haroonmohammed6351 20 днів тому +1

      It targets entire muscle groups.
      An intense kettlebell halo (heavy weight, high reps, right posture) will set your biceps, forearms, shoulders, grip and core on fire.
      It won't get you aesthetic and ripped AFAIK, but it will strengthen like few exercises can.
      The halo he did looks like warmup tbh. Low weight methinks.

    Although you would be careful with this one if you're recovering from a shoulder injury, it may help you to recover and strengthen the shoulder. It might be easier to do while standing, but I think it's a good exercise.

      Stops you moving to make it easier. A bit like keeping your elbows tight when doing a bicep curl v moving them around to cheat.
