I don’t know what size kettlebell to get. I have a 16 pound one but that seems a little light. I am 63 and really want to incorporate this into my workout which is mainly free weights and sit-ups.

Hi Pavel! I see that you use both the competition style and regular hard style. Could you tell me when you use competition vs regular hard type?
My preference is competition. But have hardstyle KBs that I use on regular basis too
