      Sir I got a question
I tried bracing my core but I don't know how much to do , I am confused between filling the stomach such that it fills up full or just upto the level where the fingers are out? Because filling the whole stomach it's hard to control and hold the breath

For anyone who has cake, standing or kneeling won't do you as much good unless you have the weight pulled up higher because to clear your butt, you will go out of alignment. I have started to implement this movement into my routine and it takes some stabling to keep me from leaning all around the world. LOL I love it!

Don't ditch anything, abs exercises are great,i used to have hard abs in martial arts bcz the cardio training was intense and we used to do 100 cruches and legs raising and a couple of others, but u don't need cardio to have them, just train them well,ur whole abdomen

It’s amazing how much I learn from a channel that seemingly only focuses on “squats”. More like “core university”.
