- Hi there,
Just a quick lower body workout doing squats, mid squats, some lunges and side to side mobility squats. Don't be worried we move the exercises around so that we hit the muscle groups in various ways.
Hana does the harder version and I (Carol) stick with the easier one. I give lots of instructions too so come and join in. If you are new start by doing just what you can then have a break. Come back in when you are ready.
