Part 7. Infiniti QX80 problems gone, injectors cleaner, rpm problem, po420 po430 catalytic convertors problem.
Remember - qx has one of the most reliable transmissions for that time, if you maintain it - should never have any problem. Change fluid and filter after 100k
Engine oil - full synthetic every 4k miles (not 5 and not 7k)
It has direct injection system- dirty oil will clog vvt valves.
If dirty oil - change every 2k (that's what I had, and not oil pretty clean even after 3k)
Clean injectors - a must!! 1 bottle /half tank for 3 time on a row at least.
Then every oil change.

Bg44k, Chevron Techron, & Redline are all I've used. When I purchased mine I had done the topend cleaner and it helped me pass inspection and it clean up my rough idle and cleared p0420 & p0430 codes! No kidding 🧘🏽‍♂️

If you haven't done this by now you should use shudder stop. I had the same exact issues you had and I followed your videos and non of it was solving my issue. I went to a transmission guy and he said it's the torque converter as we all know and then right after adding it I noticed everything changed. Rpm bouncing and all almost gone within a day. SHUDDER stop is a miracle tube I swear.

@@Deasil2 added 1 tube shudder fix together with my 1nd transmission fluid flush- didnt notice a difference. After fan clutch replacement noticed big improvement. There could be many issues, one on them I think dirty engine oil, started run better after 4k mile oil still look clean, before it was dirty right after 2k
