    the only grippers i have (so far) are from grip genie because they are the ones who got me into grip. i tried my friend's ironmind grippers and they had a very different feel, hard for me to say which ones are better though

    Hey Jedd, great video. Just wanted to add that I think different grippers even the ones that are not top quality are still good for serious gripsters because for example the vulcan gripper have very smooth handles but he works much better on your set than any other gripper. so different grippers will improve your overall crush grip while sticking with coc/ghp will get you better on coc/ghp.

    GHP vs Baraban vs COC?

    • @desperatechihuahua7035
      @desperatechihuahua7035 5 років тому

      Baraban have thicker handles than coc/ghp so they have less range of motion which makes them "easier". I have both coc and ghp, I would say the ghp is the better one, I like how you can clearly see which handle to hold and the fact that it has sharper knurling even though it hurts like hell. It's only a minor minor difference so they are all good and high quality. you just decide which feature you like to have more.

    Whats up Jedd, i battled my whole life thru setbacks on my journey to certifying on the number 3 and closed it. I have it on video on my profile, i would invite you to criticize and let me know if you think i can later certify with some coaching or what program you would recommend, I must say i dont have large hands and am epileptic...i have been since i was 10 months old daily taking pharmaceuticals

      Yes, I would be happy to work with you toward that goal. You choose it with a deep set, which is much different from a CCS, but I would love to work with you towards that.

      @davidbaltierra9531 5 років тому

      Nice. I am aware of the deep set ive used i really just wanted to get a close knowing its a heavy #3. That gripper you also rated i just put my tag.

    As far as tools go....I always buy quality so I’d say train with the brand that you will compete with

    GHP is better than pretty much anything else. Tetting and CoC are good as well. I personally would avoid heavy grips, just not worth the money considering the quality difference from the others. Regarding IronMind, their products in my opinion are hit or miss. Depends on the product. For example, the CoC grippers are nice, but their loading pins are bottom level quality. I got a loading pin from Arm Assassin that was much nicer and costed less. Also, IM's Rolling Thunder is probably the worst rolling handle on the market

      @@jonc3214 I had a standard one that broke, another standard one where the washer on the bottom is slightly crooked, so all of the weights put on it are at an angle. I've also heard from others that they've had ones that have broken or have had garbage welds

    I thought you were going to compare the higher end grippers. I hope most people know the knock offs suck

    • @gripstrength
      @gripstrength  5 років тому

      The knockoffs are what I was asked about. Nothing else.
