Who said nobody was here to listen to this truthful song about a movie filled with hate, prejudice n , lack of emotional concern for All the young men, ladies and families that were destroyed and killed due to this deadly disease. No one deserves to die that way.😢 I thought the ending of the movie was astonishing. Joanne Woodward , played an unbelievable role of The young Attorney's mother who loved her son regardless of what his sexual preference was. . All she knew was that he was going to die and she loved him till the day he did died and then she continued to love him even after that!! Great movie and a great soundtrack
Oh, Wow! Seeing this bring memories of this time flooding back to me. So very painful & still feeling quite emotional now. This movie was so well made and acted. Melissa sings this song with all the emotions of those years. The loss of friends, ... 🙏🏼
Her version seems to to me, to be more meaning felt, being of the gay community herself, feeling was more profound that that of Bruces version, though his was good.
