I watch several of these videos of parents with dementia that have loving & caring children that care for them. I love to see the interactions between the parent and adult child, the different situations that are presented from the disease, the behaviors that are sometimes combative, their constant fidgeting/movement that some patients exhibit, the questioning of the same subject multiple times in a short span of time. I feel for you and the other adult children that have their patience tested daily. So keep on doing what you are doing for Ms Norma and I pray that you guys are blessed continually.

You know when I first started watching Norma videos I got the impression she was a complicated person with a bad mood and while she had her upset moments sometimes I've began to really see the nice lady. The goofy lady I'm sure she was such a wonderful (still is) person back in her day. ❤ I hope you guys are having a fun and doing good. 🙂
Your initial thought was correct. Very complicated. Very sassy. A fighter. Cussed people out at the drop of a dime. But also had a side who would cook for parties, bake pies, and attend every social event.

That's YOUR projection. She is just fine. Didn't mind it on her before Dementia either. You're reaching and I wonder why people do that?? Says more about you and your judgement than the camera. You don't know her from a can of paint so how could you determine what she likes?
