As someone who has a father who suffers from this devastating disease it warms my heart to watch how you take so much precious time for your mother. Taking care of a parent is truly a labor of love.
This is so sweet and I know it takes a lot of patience. I lost my mom in March 2022. It is a blessing that you have these videos to look back on. You have memories that will comfort you.
Ive been caring for my mom solo for over 13 years now. Im blessed to keep her at home with me. She has Dementia and Parkinsons. I salute you Queen! My mom is in the digressive stages but in great health. I thank Yah for giving me such an honorable position in caring for both my elderly parents.
I love how you’re taking care of your mom and how your tone is with her. We must understand that we cannot speak to dementia patients harshly, loudly like we’re upset with them, etc… my father had dementia and it was a learning experience for us but we did it with love and kindness. Mom is so lucky to have you. I kno you're "tired", you can imagine how mom felt bringing you up. There were many times she got "so tired" but loved on you unconditionally. You are mom's blessing.
