Awesome! This is what music is all about!! Having a good time with friends.. Swapping stories... and FEELING! you don't just listen to music... you gotta' FEEL it!
Your the man Gregg 👍🥁💯
I was fortunate enough to meet Gregg at NAMM in the 80s. He was very cool, nice and talkative. Much later met Johnny in LAX. Very gracious. So I feel kinda sorta connected, though I'm really just a fan of both. I listened to all the cuts on UA-cam because I just couldn't wait. But I will be buying this one. Thanks for all the great music. Thanks to Edgar and Ross, too, and all the fantastic musicians who contributed.
HUGE fan of everyone on this list!!! Balls man!!!
And I smell the more than deserved award to my immovable hero No. 1 of the Drums!. Like your "a game changing gig" video, hearing you for the first time on the album "The Extremist" was my very own "turnaround record". That sound, grooves, musicality and tasty display of "good taste" in each of his arrangements, gave me the point of reference that until today is my perspective on how to understand the role of a drummer at the service of Music and never at the service of oneself. I am already 46 years old and I have been playing drums since I was 13, without musical studies, only by ear and memory, so you may suspect that when I bought the cassette of "The Extremist", I listened to it until it the tape vanished after having been so wrinkled for months, that I also learned with you how to make the rests on the drums and have "good timing" also when my "walkman" revived some of what was still on the tape. Greetings from Chile 🇨🇱 MASTER🥁 From here I will give you strength and send you good vibes so that the award for your transcendence and how legendary you are is not just a Grammy for all of us who admire you and would even follow you to the Himalayas.🙏
Edgar's dear Brother was a big part of my favorite 70's guitar heroes for Me.
What a great channel.
I use your beats on RMX drums and your Tom Toms and Fills Solo!
Big fan since your DLR days.
Bless Johnny Winter, Edgar.
All kids at heart ❤️

Had a quick listen to some of the album, it sounds fantastic. The Michael McDonald tune was really special, big kudos to Joe Walsh's playing on that one too. Loved the Warren Hayes and Billy G./Trucks song too. Loved the feel in all of it too. Loved the production. Great, great stuff. Will listen a lot more. Loved the video and all your enthusiasm and passion. It really shines through.
