These guys just have a unique style all to their own. Every album of theirs is full of surprises.
What’s cool is Fieldy has the clicky tone that adds a lot to Korn’s sound, Head has the low-mids with the baritone guitar & Munky’s guitar gets the higher frequencies
I got to meet head one time he was super nice.
Ibanez needs to make more set neck/neck thru versions of the hardtails!
I've always wanted a ibanez universe, ibanez make pretty good guitars still and are reasonably priced.

Not identical, but they look like they could brothers or cousins or something.
The only comparison between the two is their looks.
Riley Young Munky is the better guitar player and he has a more unique sound. Kirk can play faster but who cares.
Neither is better, they're so different but Korn and "munky" or whatever will be forgotten while Metallica and Kirk will live on.
I'll take Korn any day of the week. Metallica is very very overrated and out dated. Kirk's guitars are bland

I love Gilbert,I love Korn,they are different and want to be different,world would be nicer place if people didn't judge music just from technical aspect,but from emotions they get.for the record,when you lookin on the topic from perspective of bass player or I guess a drummer (I personally play guitar, bass) Korn could be possibly way more interesting than Paul Gilbert.just saying - their groove is amazing, sick and nobody does rhythm like those guys.they are all about rhythm and vocal melodies

Does any body know why Head stoped playing Ibanez and switched to ESP
Apparently some 'key' design members at the LA custom shop (LACS) had moved on - who he'd worked with for years on his custom's. He said he still loves Ibanez and there an awesome company, so there was nothing negative about the built quality of his Ibby guitars just his personal preference to move to ESP.
He also loves the evertune esp is useing.

I'm not sure why you guys changed your sound? What ever you guys were using on the Follow the leader album, you should go back to that, along with Rick Ruben .. You guys don't even sound like korn anymore
Brian plays an ESP now so that's part of it. It also has a reverse headstock which makes the thicker strings less floppy like it did with their old music. I prefer the old shit too. And David Silveria is gone.

Hey man, do you like my eye shadow? These guys are so lame anymore. How Ibanez can put Gilbert, Li and this untalented band with signature gear is crazy. I get not everybody has to shred, but these dudes play about 4 notes and have no guitar solos that I can remember.
