Haswing Protruar 1 electric outboard

Does this electric outboard work as a tender motor? Will it work in challenging UK tidal waters and wind.
I give a first test in the middle of uk winter.
This is my motor, bought with my money. I'm doing this because I believe their is a better cleaner, quiter way to enjoy sailing.
