Creating multiple calendars to separate personal, corporate, and UA-cam work saved me so much time long term! I was also able to use it as a data analysis tool to show when I was productive most often, and when I needed to take breaks so I didn't burn out while working on my goals. I really appreciate your clear, concise, and organized approach to teaching :) I’d love to see a video on integrating google calendar and notion on an iPhone (if that’s what you’re using). I’m currently using Apple reminders and have shared lists for groceries etc but really appreciate the depth and filtering capabilities I can get in notion. However, I find notion tasks a) a bit overwhelming for simple reminders b) I sometimes use Siri to add reminders and c) the notion widgets are a bit clunky and I wish they would show an entire list or database. Anyway, thanks so much for your hard work!! Keep it up ❤

For example: Yoga at Core Power 1 hr. and i just drag that onto my calendar wherever I need to? The recurring event feature isn't really sufficient because some events are the same every time on my calendar but the time and day of the week changes a lot. Example: personal stuff will be first and work stuff will be second and I would like to swap the order so that personal stuff will be second and work stuff will be first, without deleting and renaming the calendars. Because the more calendars I add the more I'd like to move them around in order of importance, with the most important at the top and the less frequent ones descending. Solved, just add the numbering 1), 2), 3) before the section and the content will be sorted automatically.

I wouldn't say it's necessarily better but I have tried both and I prefer GCal :)
