Ive only got 17 players out on loan but keep getting a question about hording players. I cant imagine having 100+ out on loan.
10-20 fair enough, but anything like that just ruins the game. Plus makes it extremely uncompetitive when other big clubs can’t buy amazing newgens because you have them all on loan!
@@JHDAY98Has to be done in this sort of save though. Without it there would be no realistic chance that you could get a country like Hungary 1st to the coefficient unless you played essentially 24/7. The problem lies with SI not letting you carry saves across games.
Weirdly i don't think i've ever seen that question, but that might just be as we've gone to far the other way lol

I'm Sicilian, the largest Island in the Mediterranean Sea and an Italian Region.
I have modified the basic Malta 4 division to put into the division some random clubs of Italian's 5/6/7 level that play in the Region of Sicily. After that I renamed all the competition of Malta, and Malta nation itself with the name Sicily (sorry Malta's brothers). And after some other adjustment I started my "build a nation" with sicily, I am kinda slow but in 2048 now I'm the 5 most important championship.

Has he boosted the training and youth facilities of all clubs in Hungary? Because i've a save in Belgium with Anderlecht and i'm doing pretty well in CL ( have won it twice already). The other clubs also have good results in Europe Conference League quarter finals (2 teams). We are in the season2028-2029 and i began in 2021-2022 but our ranking as a nation is still 8th.. so we dont get any more spots(5 and 2 of the are in pre rounds of conference league..
I am just starting a build a nation save too for the first time, and I am just curious.. In first few seasons do you rely on frees/loans/agent offers, then move to the scouting method of searching for Non-contract/amateur players, and eventually scouting entire U21/U20/U19 teams as you showed last year?

So in these saves i normally don't spend any real money on a player for the first few years. Free agents are massive, loans are also huge, especially if you can get a solid senior affiliate club to take advantage of free loans. We had Liverpool in this save which was a huge leg up. Then in season 3-5 i like to use the Amateur scouting method i did a video on here ua-cam.com/video/QnbIWv5Sk6s/v-deo.html As you can find some monsters completely for free and either they'll help your team long term, or you get huge sell on value! Then i work up to the national youth scouting, however this year, we've found a more efficient method that let's you find high quality older players too. Ehm about the new head of youth ... The results only come in after a few years. The first few are still a result of the old head of youth recruitment so don't blame bad intakes it on the new guy for a few seasons. But still if you find a better guy with same reputation or a better character you allways should move to the better one

@@shoobydoobydoooo I'm not completely sure. I was discussing this with someone who played this game for 10 plus years and to me it would absolutely make sense because the players are there for multiple years (of course we cant see that part) so both the current and old head of youth as well as facilities and level of recruitment can have an influence for multiple years.
Of course intakes are random but it could make a difference on how the guy develops before we got to see him basically
So we want a guy with world/home reputation, good tactical styles, scouting knowledge of the place you are based, and a great character as well as the 3 main stats for a head of youth development.
(With knowledge for example wrexham is wales so you kinda would want wales and england for example)
Thats why some great guys like the chelsea guy I believe he is called Neill Bath wont work for a long while at a club like psg so its allways worth trying to find a better suiting one even tough he might not be better on visuals
When loaning out all these players, does it affect the home grown status and club grown status? All good getting experience for them but in CL you need a certain amount of both?
If they are out on loan they will still get "trained in nation" which is one of the requirements. Our squad still has loads of trained at club guys as they don't all go out on loan. In addition it's not about experience for us, it's about strengthening the other Hungarian sides so they play better in Europe :)
I've just hit 2030 with Partizan Belgrade, Serbia has joined the EU so squad reg rules have relaxed, but no matter how I try I can't get clubs in Serbia to take my wonderkids on loan or to take my cast offs! I'm so jealous
Please forgive me if this is something you already do. Of all the people who play fm on youtube you are the only one who’s saves I would be prepared to buy. I don’t watch twitch but would genuinely pay money to play this save. I don’t think it this would devalue what you do.

how can you sign so much 17 year old players? when i approach them they never have interest in joining, does it have to do with the club reputation?
I believe it massively does, it's become noticeably easier to get them since we reached "Worldwide" reputation. European players are also much more likely to move earlier. We still struggle to get players from South America and Africa before they are 18
need some tips for when it comes to actually selling the players who arent cutting it, can never get close to value or even interest in a lot of players.
Getting interest is super hard if no one wants them. One thing you can do, is go into transfer on the player's profile. Then on the right there are instructions for DOF. If you set this to sell for asking price. It'll usually start to drum up interest and you can mess about with the price when it fails and eventually someone will bid. It also has the benefit of not pissing the player off in case they don't want to leave :)

I'll try to remember to show them next time, but truthfully they haven't achieved much. They did qualify for the last WC in the save which was awesome but i believe that was the first time they'd reached a major tournament in the save

Sadly not, that type of content was simply not viable on the channel any more. I had to switch things up otherwise the channel would have essentially died and i'd have had to stop making content entirely :(
