In public places you are allowed to film even film people who are there.
Very few public places mainly for security reasons have restrictions. Don’t let random individuals prevent you from doing your job.

I’m just a little disappointed by the people managing those train stations.
Just two or three years into operation and Ibadan train station starts to look dilapidated. The floor dirty, escalators not working, no lights etc…
If the problem is electricity supply why didn’t they install solar panels able to power the place?

If they can supply 24hrs electricity to the Airports in the country why they don't do the same for the Train Stations.
Lagos State Goverment is doing far better job than the Federal Government. For example, all of the Lagos light rail stations have 24hrs electricity because that was built by the Lagos State Government.

No, by the time commercial operations begin fully, it's the same trains you saw in this video that will ply the Aba-Port Harcourt route, what is going on there now is test running with older type of coaches. Abuja-Kaduna, Warri-Itakpe as well uses same trains. It all belongs to the Nigerian Railway corporation.

@@ayjay4273 Abuja to Kaduna state in the North rail service has this. Warri in Delta state to Itakpe in Kogi state has this same intercity trains. Aba to Port harcourt just recently completed, while Port Harcourt to Maiduguri is under construction. Lagos-Ibadan that you saw in this video is currently being extended to Kano state in the North.
