Africa is on another level 😎
Which level is 'another'?
You are tribal bigot. How did Igbo’s built Lagos? I knew you are pretending when you visited @Iam Marwa
Even me asking
I'm proudly Nigerian. Both the Kenyan and the Nigerian train services are beautiful. Every country can’t be the same. Every country is unique. That is the beauty of Africa.
Yeah you are righ but kenya is joking always despite having high value currency.
You are being charitable. What he has shown for Nigeria is far superior than our Kenya's. The Lagos metro is world class.
Both are doing well but Nigeria train beat that of Kenya
One love from SA
I as a Kenyan i must be proud and appreciate the efforts that both countries have put in place, not all trains can look the same due to different weather in every region but Kenya should only improve on intra town service locomotives.Good work Mr Nwache for giving challenges.
Kenya and Nigeria train and the stations are beautiful but in every competition their must be a winner on dis one "N" carried the day! one love African..❤❤
Both countries are moving forward. I am proudly Nigerian and I truly love the people of Kenya.
We love Nigerians too! One Africa.
As a Nigerian i will say both are doing great job respectively in their countries Nigeria well done higher we shall go 🇳🇬🫵🏾
I'm a Nigerian living in America and i posit to say that both kenyan and Nigerian train services are awesome and i'm glad priority is given to rail transport as against road transportation as it was in time past. God bless Nigeria. God bless Kenya. One love from Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
I have a fondness for both Nigeria and Kenya, but it's evident that Nigeria's trains and services stand out for their elegance and advancement. The train journeys in Nigeria exude a sense of relaxation, offering comfort and enjoyment, particularly the Lagos Blue Line metro. The scenic view of Lagos from the blue line, coupled with the level of comfort, rivals world-class standards found in Europe, surpassing some European countries. While Kenya is making strides in its own right, I must admit that the Ugali didn't quite appeal to me visually, although it might taste better than it looks. Nonetheless, I hold deep affection for both Nigeria and Kenya, celebrating the unity of Africa.
Nigeria trains beats Kenya’s own. They don’t even have metros like Lagos
True we dont use trains in our cities coz the public transport of matatus is so networked and effective that even if you use a teain you will still use the matatus .
It's an unfortunate event that you even have the guns to speak useless things. When it comes to transportation - man, Nairobi is a force to reckon with. Instead of been factual, you're here vomiting mediocrity.
African Countries are growing fast and Kenya is leading them.
This blind loyalty is useless - present verifiable facts and not hyped emotions in the name of been loyal to your country.
@@truthandrhemaKenya trains are the joke here you could write a pile to suit your ego but the fact is right there
@@mcback4384 ... This thing has nothing to do with ego as you're putting it. You can't argue with results - You can Mumble all you want but I speak truth to power. I'd I've more respect for you if you spoke out facts but you're not doing that. All I see is an individual victimised by the TRUTH. You are free to stick to your choice cause it's your democratic right to do so - but kindly do so with some dignity. Stop showcasing your arrogance which Pure ignorance!
Africans ought to operate as a United Font but as you've clearly shown me, we truly have along way to go. Let's learn to celebrate one another as an African People irregardless of where we come from; otherwise, as a Continent we will not prosper the way we should.
The Nigerian train is spacious! Cheers from Nairobi!
Both are great. Love from Nigeria 🇳🇬 🇰🇪
Lagos metro train beats Nairobi's metro train.
Nigeria inter city train beats Kenya's SGR period.

You're a mumu person

I’m from Scotland 🏴 without lies Nigeria 🇳🇬 train 🚆 is the best and looks more modern to Kenya 🇰🇪
Am kenyan and both Nigeria and Kenya have beautiful train stations and trains as well .The interiors too are not very far apart both stunning and luxurious. However two things I noticed keenly on when showcasing us through the first class section of both.I loved the fact that the Kenyan had a full meal and the Nigerian first class only a meat pie and soda which to me I feel for first class the Nigeria can do better . However, what I really loved that Nigeria first class had individual seating chair arrangements which makes it really first class especially for those who travelling passengers who prefere privacy to seat alone and also I noticed the Nigerian first class has a beautiful kitchen which makes it really stand out hence I give overall win to Nigeria for this one just because of the first class arrangement and it's kitchen which to me matters alot when comparing the two.
Nigeria is way better though
He said there was no food that particular day, which implies that they usually have food, but it wasn't available that day for some reason. 🤔
I am not sure I will be comfortable eating fufu and egusi or ugali in a train through. So personally, I disagree with your point in terms of food served.
@@emmanuelibeh7752 there might be a choice of food and I don't surely think they serve only ugali onboard the kenyan train 🚆 ..I am pretty sure there is a choice of other rice meals that Kenneth maybe did not cover in his video.
Apart from that, I do agree with you not everyone will be comfortable with eating ugali or fufu that too in first class.
I wouldn't mind it but surely not a meal booked for me if at all I choose to travel in first class always.A few more options would surely not break the bank 🏦 for both our Nigerian and Kenyan counterparts .
That space seem to look big for nothing. They would have included bed, foot rest or table in that space
I think Nigerians haven't given Lagos city the credit it deserves, the Nigerian intracity metro is a game changer, far much better than Nairobi's old slow intra city trains, however the interior design of Kenya's SGR stations and trains the beat the Nigeria ones.
The red line metro train will start operations before September, hope you will be around 😀, it has been commissioned just test runs, trainings are remaining
Both Nigeria & Kenya are great
I enjoyed the video Kenneth
Both countrys are doing wonders,,,love from Kenya
😂😂😂😂😂 locomotive got me 😂😂😂😂
Have you checked the new Tanzanian Electric Train (SGR), Its lit
I'm actually jealous but then our stations beat theirs. Their trains beautiful too but it's electric while ours is DMUs
Train looks nice, I like the fact that the seats are not facing each other like on the SGR.
Good work keep it up for this information
Good analysis my broda..Mr Oga..I admire your work much love ❤️ from Kenya
Both countries are doing their best, let's wish the best for the development of the whole continent of Africa
Nigeria is ahead though
One Africa, but I will go for Nigeria.
Good one brother ❤❤
Steve ! don't forget to check out the Abuja metro rail system.

The intercity trains are at the same level , but intracity rail services in my city Nairobi are prehistoric. As you rightly said , they use a locomotive

Nothing to compare here! Just two African countries trying its best for its citizen. Love to both countries. From Nigeria!
When are you coming back, this time we will host you in Malindi 😂😂😂
Both countries metro trains are beautiful
I love both but to me Kenya wins in hospitality
kenneth u r obsessed with kenya not bad BUT WHY????????????
OMG 🤦🏿♂️ I knew these comparisons will be coming! 😏
😊😊😊😊
🤣🤣🤣🤦🏾♂️
Both are lovely ❤
The SGR in Kenya and Nigeria is similar in terms of train coaches and stations with the exception of Lagos metrol lines which are quite different from SGRs. I don't think any Kenya city have any metrol lines like Lagos. Having running trains in both countries is a step in the right direction.
Nigeria first class is top 🔝 notche
I definitely expected Lagos to beat Nairobi on Rail. Lagos is also beautiful. Why are Nigerians not using the Railway transport though? I mean where is everybody?
The trains in Nigeria have more frequency so less crowd. Lagos metro for instance has trains come in & leave each station at every 10 - 15 mins at most.
Seems it's the other way round in Kenya, less frequency and crowded trains.
Nairobi doesn’t have intra city rail bro, I have been there…respect though
they do have . have you hear of railways in town . do you know jogoo road station . all are intra city train
@@crownsuites9056 Stop lying intra city is a different thing. That commuter train moves from Nairobi to malaba
@@moshajexplore what do you even mean . what about nairobi to mombasa ....
and nigeria is still a shit hole no tourists want to go there!!
It's there. It's means you don't know the city
@Kenneth Nwache you said you don't like comparisons, now what are these you are doing my broad??????
kenneth make videos about lagos CBD and other cities in nigeria afterall you travelled all over our country
The Kenyan hostess are hot🎉
The Nigerian trains are really nice. But why are they almost empty?
Because there are many of them running, it's every 15 minutes
The more frequency, the less crowd.
I personally don't like it crowded like in those Kenyan trains & they were quite noisy too. But however, I noticed the scenario is reversed in first class in Kenya unlike in Nigeria's train. Is it that Kenyans don't like first class or they don't mind the noise & crowd?
Most of them have got no money to ride first class😂
When almost every one Is yelling on top of their voices in the absence of an emergency then you know you're in the same boat (cabin) with the flotsam and jetsam of the earth. We in Nigeria have gone past that level. However if we wanna play we've got no equal.
Kenyan sgr still beats the Nigerian one because of the safari aspect. It's not just a train ride, you get to see wild animals and a beautiful landscape. The Kenyan one has more value for money if you include the overall experience.
Keep lying to yourself
@@karine-ela you saying that doesn't refute my claim in anyway.
They are not talking about safari....they said compare the trains. Be honest. The Nigerian one is better. You sound like a hater. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@blazinghot99 of course a myopic person thinks like you. My comment is a valid argument, the train comes with an experience and the Nigerian might be a newer model but that's it. The overall experience, the Kenyan one beats it.
😂😂😂😂😂 .. this is why african politicians keep using your heads to steal your commonwealth in Africa. When people can not tell the truth, even when it is glaring 😂😂😂😂
🇺🇸🇺🇸🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️👍🏽👍🏽!!!
Amazing!!!
Am so proud of both countries, Africa is developing rapidly
On the prices, try and give the equivalences in dollars, for a better comparison.
Africa ❤
The suswa is not the intacity suswa is in another town.for intracity google Nairobi DMU . meanwhile on economy Nigeria seems to have more comfortable seats.the Kenyan onea we locally call them benches za SGR😅
The intercity train you should have taken the new DMU's that old MGR was an embarrassment😂😂
Ken.you are making a big mistake..in Kenya, that station is for their federal government..it's for all Kenyans..the one in Nigeria was built by 1 state in Nigeria called Lagos...it's different...
When assessing a place, look at the people. It says a lot when seeing the passengers in the two different countries
What are you assessing? People like you read too much meaning into things that mean nothing.
Was he assessing a place or an infrastructure?
@@marony3529 all that shiny Chinese funded infrastructure means little to people with no proper healthcare, education, shelter etc. What is the value of these comparisons?
@user-po8ym5cp6t I'm not sure what this has got to do with the topic at hand, which is about Trains 😂😂😂😂
@@emmanuelibeh7752 I understand your comment and I wonder why you want to constrain my thinking and observations. The people are evidently poor and miserable. Trains aren't adding much value to their lives
@@marony3529 did Africans build that infrastructure? Do we have that capacity? Can we build railways and locomotives? Why are we 'boasting' about the inventions of others. Stop pointing fingers and appreciating neocolonialism. People like you are the problem. Especially when you think African countries have much stuff to be proud of. We don't! We need to work towards making things work
They are both cute
nigerians really want to defeat kenya soo bad poor u, we are better, the video was short on nigerian side WHY::??
After you come and visite our train 🚆 in Sénégal.....🇸🇳😇❤
It’s an SGR train and the electric train is better (that is a known fact) all the same Africa is progressing and that is what matters.
next time come to Tanzania we have electric trains the longest east and all of Africa
That is what Chicago gave kenya for the port of mombasa u see sikkert people lindgren as
a country that has OIL like nigerian should be comparing themselves with south africa or angola egypt etc, kenya is an agricultural country
After mercilessly been knocked off you always run into the bushes of excuses, you're not better but average
nigeria has OIL, it should be a world class country, and yet you guys come to kenya ;u are jealous because we are better and we have no minerals, even tourists dont want your shitty hole
the video of lagos train is shallow u dont show much how about second class or third class am afraid nairobi SGR is better
Lagos train doesn’t have second class or third class
Well, Kenyan trains have more seats than Nigerian hence transporting more people e.g first class. Also ,in Kenyans train (intercity/ordinary class) people are having fun/have freedom playing music on their phone, dancing while in Nigerian train people are reserved/not dancing/dull.In Kenya(intercity/ordinary|) trains people are co-operating in groups dancing, talking, discussing while in Nigerian train every one is on their own /lonely.Watching from Kenya.
Those Kenyan economy trains are too crowded and very noisy but the first class is empty with a handful of foreigners instead unlike in Nigeria's trains.
Is it that Kenyans don't like first class or they don't mind crowd and noise?
Personally, I'll rather use first class instead. Don't want noise on my head while on public transit. I'm Nigerian.
PS: The Nigerian trains have more frequency, so crowds are less.
Who wants noisy journey, the comfort includes calm and cozy ambiance
It depends on what you are looking for;company and fun of loneliness and boredome
@@ea37uro Who takes noise as fun anywhere? Calm & cozy ambience is not loneliness neither boredom.
In an entertainment scene /partyor a party, the noise an togetherness is fun, cooperating with others sometimes on needs that as we see in Kenyan trains. The quiet, comfort and alone time in Nigerian trains, sometimes one needs that as well.I prefer the former.
About the same
Both trains are good, Nigerian is little better but kenya are more organised
How are they more organized?
Do buses transport system comparison (not BRT)
So BRT is now an aeroplane? Why not BRT, is BRT not a bus? 🤷♂️
@@emmanuelibeh7752 NO brts in kenya
Is it moving backward
😂
I'm Kenyan but the Nigerian trains shown are way much better and offer a more pleasant experience to the passenger. The Lagos metro is many times better than the Nairobi one which passes through some very dodgy areas. The ordinary class intercity train for Kenya has terrible seating plan and was obviously a copy paste of Chinese provincial trains. It's very uncomfortable. The Kenya first class coach could have edged out Nigeria's based on world class amazing safari views but is again undone by the really luxurious seats and spacing available in the Nigeria ones. The Kenyan authorities need to fix the metro for Nairobi and Mombasa as well as construct a BRT. Nairobi is lagging behind in public transportation and has poor standards you'd expect in the Jubas and Ndjamenas of this world. Please do train station comparison as well.
Why the click bait pics? Use real images
Show Nigerians our sgr not the old locomotives
Considering the vast availability of oil, Nigeria ought to be at a class of it's own. Kenya has no minerals, it's Agricultural and service industry economy
Kenya, Tourism is same thing as oil if not more .
Kenya population is about 1/5 or 1/6 of Nigeria. When you talk about cities, there are about 37 cities that easily compare to Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret and others. Going by your "resource" argument, Nigeria resources are more thinly spread across 37 cities and more than 700 towns, villages excluded. Kenya with a lesser population, far less cities to develop should be along the lines of Malaysia and Singapore. That being said, I love Kenya weather and prefer it to Nigeria's.
Natural resources like oil can be equated to manna from heaven. You do little to it yet the reward is huge. Arab countries who have used it "prudently" have managed to change their countries eg Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Saudi Arabia... Nigeria being among the top producers of oil should be ashamed of itself. With the dwindling returns of oil, courtesy of changing technology, Nigeria is likely to suffer economically...
@join... how many of those Arab countries have you visited and toured? UAE is not Dubai. Dubai is just a city in UAE. If you leave Dubai, you will see the other not very pleasant side of the UAE. What is the population of UAE and those other Arab countries? How many of them are in the list of developed countries? What are their socio-cultural and political dynamics? All those issues create complexities that undermine development and use of natural resources. How many of those Arab countries were colonised? If you know a bit about history, you would realise that natural resources attract attention... negative attention of powers that want to control... Your neigbour Congo is a good example of the power dynamics at play as a result of natural resources. Nigeria is a very complex nation of nations. You don't have up to 50 tribes in Kenya, but look back at the incidences of electoral violence relating to tribes. Nigeria has more than 300 tribes that fight and undermine each other. The complex sociology of Nigeria affects development. Compare that with Saudi Arabia that is ruled by a family. They decide what the country should do or not. Same with Qatar and the UAE. The stability brought about by the style of leadership in those Arab countries attracts investment/investors. Do you think all you see in Dubai was built by the UAE alone? There are a lot of investors that have put their money in the UAE because the style of goverment protects them. Qatar has a population of less than 3 million. Lagos state alone is almost 25 million. When you make comparisons, it is sensible to compare things of the same size and complexities.
@@JoinMutai , when you talk about tourism, it is like milk and honey too. It employs more people than oil. Look at the tourism potentials Kenya have, and compare to what Thailand or Indonesia has, and you will see that these countries does not even have half of what Kenya have. Kenya has some of the best tourist destinations in the world. Can we also say it is shameful that Kenya is not as developed as Thailand and Indonesia? Talking about Abu Dhabi, Qata and Saudi Arabia, what is their population? What is their ethnic composition? I am not trying to say that Nigeria has done well. All I am saying here before you point one finger to another person, you should realize that you are pointing three to yourself.
The sound quality is not good and the writings are blocking the images
I like the Kenyan one.
200 million/ 50 million
Population per country 😮
