Nigeria is on another level 😮
Wow! Lagos is such a beautiful City. The trains are very modern. Overall,Nigeria is doing so much better than all the countries in Africa. Very proud of Nigeria. I am from Mombasa, Kenya.
Much ❤
Top lying you tool
I'm Kenyan and I'M PROUD OF NIGERIA. You have better trains than Kenya
Kenyan ladies have better shape than Nigerian girls 😆I met one in Dublin but she's doing shakara. I'm considering a holiday to Nairobi this summer
One love with kenya! cant wait to visit mombasa
Nigerian here.
Kenya has a well developed capital city compared to Nigeria's financial capital Lagos.
Angola is also very cool and highly developed.
Abuja is more developed than Nairobi,
That's metro train
It's like I'm looking at the view of Manhattan in New York ...
Kudos to Lagos State 🗽🗽🗽
We don't have this modern train in Ghana
You landed Nigeria and hit the ground running immediately. Man on the move, well done
Kenneth, welcome back to your home country the giant of Africa! Thank you for showing us the beautiful countries of Burundi, South Sudan, Kenya and my beautiful wife’s country of Tanzania. You entered the light rail, these are just for inter-city short travel. There are blue lines and the red lines depending where you are going within Lagos. There are other Trains for inter-states long travel, where there are first class seats and economy seats. The seats are not arranged the same way as the light rail you entered in today. Unfortunately, other African countries have a misconception that Nigerians travel because, Nigeria is a bad country but that is very incorrect. There are good and bad people in every country. Nigerians are business minded people and they seek opportunities wherever they see opportunities. There are over 220 million Nigerians still living and making money in Nigeria, so not all Nigerians want to travel out. One Africa, one love to our brothers and sisters from other African countries. They are always welcome to our beautiful home land and Nigerians are loving and welcoming people . My Tanzania wife has refused us to leave Nigeria because she absolutely loves it here in Nigeria 🇳🇬.
Asante sana🙏🙏🙏😎
Hello my friend Kenneth welcome home to our beautiful country thank you for showing the world Lagos State Nigeria, please try to go to Calabar akwa ibom state and Abuja
Inspiring perception of the giant of Africa.
❤❤
Pretty nice. Kudos to the Lagos state government for making this huge investment. I pray other states in Nigeria will replicate this kind of development.
Thanks for watching 🙏😎

Tour Abuja too
They are starting testing on the redline this month also. Please check and talk about the red line as well. Nice one Keneth 👍🏾

in Nigeria we have that of Kenyan u're talking about which is inter states finance and runs by federal government but this one u re in is called metropolitan light train and this particular is electric train routing with in only metropolitan Lagos.
Right rail there. Good for transport within a city
Yes o! We are developed
_…but the most developed country in Africa?_ 😳
That’s a bit of a stretch 😅
I agree. My thoughts exactly.
Maintenance still remains my main worry. Hoping this wont end up like national stadium or Obudu or Tinapa or many of the likes.
Yes indeed, Michael. You are very correct!! Let us all keep making this comment so the government will pay attention and institute good governance in maintenance.
What happened to Obudu is a heartbreak. How could such a beautiful resort be abandoned and left to go derelict?!? Why was it abandoned?
This is metro train and it different from inter states train, like Lagos-Abeokuta or Abuja Kaduna or Delta-Kigi e,t,c.
Wow!!!! the giant of Africa is beautiful and developed,,, you may show us West African foods, clothing, entertainments, building architectures if they are different from East Africa
Thanks for showing me Lagos railway 🚃 One love Africa
❤❤❤wonderful one day wish to visit nigeria
This is so lovely. Thx for showing this part of Lagos. We shall get there. This is really impressive. This is the way to really market our country to outsiders. Thank you for doing this. Love from US of A.
Abuja next please
Great content love your fresh perspective. I would advise a microphone on your shirt so your voice is more clear. And a hand held stabilizer. 👍🏾
Beautiful
Amazing and detailed content,. well done Ken
Wow, it was such an amazing time and experience on the Lagos train
😎😎😎
Wow, Nigeria is very developed, and is looking so amazing.
OH BOY ..SO RELAXED..SO COOL...HOME SWEET HOME....COME HOME TO AFRICA.... THANKS KENNY BRO..
Bros the train you are currently sitting on is a light rail while the one you are talking about is a standard gauge train please!
Great video man!
Kenneth I heard you say your next stop will be Cotonou. The last time you came, you sneaked off silently. Make sure to meet your folks/Umunne gi and subscribers here in Cotonou when you arrive. It's good to test how far your reach is.

Lagos looks really beautiful from this train. From Nairobi, Kenya.
Waoo najda❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉🎉❤❤🎉 Lagos
since u have been in E ast Africa for all ayear ,share for us your experience
Nigeria is super developed, except that development in Nigeria is not Evenly spread across all regions that explains the existence of insecurity in northern Nigeria where Bokoharam terrorism is prevalent, but southern Nigeria is developed.

Nice video. Poa sana bro
Love you brother ❤️
Amazing 👏 😮😮😮😮
😎🙏
Nigeria is the biggest market in Africa a lot of things should be cheaper actually. It's all demand and supply, producers can sell to 10 more people in Nigeria compared to 1 in other countries.Greed is the only reason why anything should be same price or more expensive in Nigeria. The second phase from mile 2 to okokomaiko is currently under construction.
Nigeria is actually one of the cheapest for commodities when compared to other African nations
Nice video and thanks for sharing the technological improvements of our transportation system. Please try find an assistant to help you hold that camera.
Ken, it's been a long time

Great job, Kenneth. Welcome home, bro. How is Kenya and Marwa?
Thank you for watching, Kenya is awesome 😊
I will visit Nigeria very soon 😊😊😊
Awesome 😎
I think the train is more compared to the Nairobi commuter DMU train they almost look similar than SGR to Suswa or Mombasa
Wow i must say im seeing a different Lagos than the media one.show us Banana island and Makoko.cool content
Ken, we want to see ABUJA, EASTERN NIGERIA. SOUTH-SOUTH, AND OTHERS.

You are welcome bro any time
Did u just say asante 😂😂, bro u no longer in east africa 😂 abeg, 9ja looks beautiful, must visit for me.
😂😂😂😆
I think that it is time to link the entire africa continent with roads and rails
Show us the red line metro too.
Bro don’t compare this kind of train to the one in kenya. Kenya don’t have inter-city trains only inter-state. So just go board a train in mobolaji johnson station in Yaba
maddoooo
Nwuche you are a patriot
I wish to see this in very state of Nigeria
Hi Ken...some of ur fans are talking about this as intercity which is quite correct bit you can as well take us on a ride with intracity like the Lagos Ibandan train which is i think 100Km distance. Nigeria and Africa is waking up even though a bit late. Tanzania just inaugurated its 390KM from all on electric. Try and cover the Lagos red line which is also a 27Km intercity train as well. Shalom bro
Noted, thanks for watching
@joseph this is actually an intra city rail meaning within the city of Lagos….inter city is the one from Lagos to Ibadan and the others Warri to Abuja, Kaduna to Abuja
" *INTRACITY* " is a metro that runs within a city, like this blue line.
" *INTERCITY* " is a train that runs between cities, line the SG train from Lagos to Ibadan.

Very true.
Seconding you below.
Lagos/Nigeria Is Sound It Will Get Better.

Fooooooool
Has your father ever entered one?
@@afolabifatusin7211 YES IN LONDON. YU FOOL SON OF A B.....CH THAT CELEBRATE WHEN OF YOUR FAMILIES BOUGHT A 🚗🚗🚗🚗🚗 CAR.
Lagos is divided into two. The mainland and the island (Downtown and Uptown).
True 😊
Happy Nigeria is making progress. But "the most developed country in Africa" is about too much. SA, Egypt Morocco are doing some amazing stuffs. ❤🇳🇬
He said civilized
Mauritius and Seychelles are more developed
@@tundebakare6887 more developed in what context? Both population is not even up to those living in Ikeja! Context matters!
You must be talking about ancient egypt...because modern day egypt cairo is one big dump I only went to see the pyramids, beyond that area which is the the main attraction every where is very dirty bad roads no infrastructure and abstract poverty..
@@garyjohn1822 I actually watch a drive tour of Cairo and it reminded of some parts of Lagos, the streets weren't lined, buses everywhere and dusty
You are comparing intercity with intracity trains - very different.
The sound is low bruv
🇺🇸🇺🇸🙏🏽🙏🏽♥️♥️👍🏽👍🏽!!!!!
Take a video from outside.small train 😂😂😂
The train is short distance
It's metro blue line. The red line is long distance
@@401Orishas no way
Does the Lagos train come near to the new Tanzanian Electric Train?
🤔
The Lagos train is metro built for city run on electric build by Lagos state government not the Nigeria government, the Nigeria government have is own train too that travel from state to state
Lagos metro train is also Electric train so you know.
I think you're comparing wrong trains..Lagos train looks like that of Addis ..so called light trains are different from Kenya or Tanzania SGR.
Kenya is planning to build light trains too this should be norm in all African cities
Love from 🇰🇪
Nigerian have that too. It's Intercity train
Since you have been to both Nairobi and Lagos...I wanna ask. Which City is more beautiful between Lagos and Nairobi?
Both!
Lagos isn't Nigeria capita city, Abuja is our capital city, modern than Nairobi
@@francisosage8135exactly
Lagos is not the capital city
@@francisosage8135Modern but not more developed than Naitobi!!
You need to work on your voice sounds…. Too much noise
where's your peter obiii ?
He's inside your brain 😂
Daft unrelatable question
Bro nice job and nice and beautifull video But Bro this is not train but metro is the same like we have here in europe, i can explain to you the differences between TRAIN, METRO AND TRAM IF NECESSARY...
A metro is also a train. It's called metro train, or a light rail system.
There are freight trains
There are commuter trains.....intercity
There are metropolitan light rail or trains.......metropolitan transit, intracity.......popularly just referred to as metro.
A "train" is any succession or multiple of railroad cars joined together moving on rail tracks.
Kenneth, please don't over-hype Lagos and Nigeria. We are not yet there . Have you been to Cape Town and Johannesburg? Have you gone to Tangier, Casablanca and Rabat in Morocco? We are trying but we are not the most developed in Africa.
Guy, those cities were built by colonizers using stolen African goods while marginalized Blacks! Lagos is being being built by fellow Blacks without much assistance from the colonizers! Infact, those same colonizers frown upon Africa's development hence their sanctions and discrimination of Africans in the world's markets. Lagos is a fully Black city! Stop comparing our own to others who have never faced the adversities that we were subjected to
@terminateurextra-ordinaire3925 Just imagine? How did he overhype Lagos? He has a right to his own opinion about anywhere. What's in those cities you mentioned that's not in Lagos asides maybe better power supply? Dem get slum we get slum, them dey take light for there sef, load shedding. Go and work on your mindset.
@fredpateki6296 absolutely
Those cities were built by black people n white people came with ideas n after they maintain it n remember nigeria was colonized by Britain so don't act as if nigeria wasn't n the problem with nigeria is they don't do maintenance on things they build, nigeria did discover oil in 195? but oil is controlled by shell so from 195? What wait until for 64years to develop the country
@user-fg1gv7cm1m How many Black billionaires are there in SA? Zero! Yet, Nigerians are still richer and we have the richest men and women in Africa and much of the world. Colonization and land grab are two different things. South Africa has been stolen by the colonizers and they're still there. Nigeria was colonized by British and Portugal, we kicked them out. Also, the colonizers didn't build shit in Nigeria, we built, owned and funded everything. Imfact, we had cities long before the Europeans walked out of their caves. We Vlack owned our shit in Nigeria but in South Africa, the colonizers own almost everything! Huge difference.
The thumbnail is fake though...no offense.
It shows a high speed train which is different from a metro rail. There is a huge difference.
A metro rail runs within a city to carry people to their various destinations within a city. A high speed train runs between cities.
As far as I know Nigeria has trains but no high speed trains yet.
For me I think Nigeria needs more affordable high rise housing infrastructure for the lower and middle class citizens to prevent the growth of more slums and to beautify its cities. Not just for hotels and offices.
I also think Nigeria needs constant electricity.
Nigeria also needs a universal health care system
Most importantly Nigeria needs to remove corrupt money pocketing political leaders that hinders the development of the country.
For me this is what I believe Nigeria should do about development.
By the way Lagos is NOT the most developed city in Africa yet. There is still so much work to be done.
I see
Sawa
Stop spewing trash! Nigeria has the fastest train in Africa. Google Lagos Red Line Train. They are Talgo trains from the USA and can reach the speed of 330km/hr.
@@samsonakalayou're right
That thing looks uncomfortable 😣
@dennismuema356, stop disgracing yourself. Look at all the comments here appreciating good thing. You are the only one different because you hate to see that such development coming out of Nigeria.
It's a metro, meaning for short distant trips. Unlike inter state or inter city trains
There's no need for fancy chairs or seats as people are expected to board and get off at 5 min intervals
This is how a metro should be designed
You are depressed
How please
You cannot compare metro line to normal local ,kenya has no metro line
Kenya has the Baitibi commuter rail, which is different from SGR!!
Nigeria is the safest where? I be proper lagos boy.i like the video but be honest no dey lie.yamayama
Are you addicted to spreading negativity about your country?
Thank you, Kenneth. Tell the world the good things about Nigeria. Please tell your friends in Kenya to stop portraying their countries as if there are still living in primitive way. Some of them bathe half nakedly in the streams. It's annoying.
There always has to be a fool in the comments section. Start by sorying out Makoko before you talk nonsense about Kenyans. Poverty capital of the world!
Lagos train is electric train
Kenyan own is commuter train and Lagos own is light rail so is not the same, Kenya own run on arrow gauge track and dum .
Narrow gauge not arrow guage
Beautiful
