How to make a mop doll angle part 1 of 3

I looked all over Internet on tutorial for this and nobody seemed to make a tutorial on it. So I took the chance to create a video on how to do it. This is my first attempt at making a craft tutorial so bare with me plz. I'm sorry for my language during the shoot and I hope someone can willingly recreate this tutorial in my place. Time cut short at the very last moment of me making the final clip....I guess that's what you get for recording a long tutorial on a phone XD
