Beautiful logs. It looks like you might have a bit of a wobble in the overhead blade. Maybe it's just a optical illusion. The last time I thought I saw a wobble in the main blade, you ended up having to replace the main shaft a few weeks later.
This not criticism just what I see, your mill is about the most efficient that I see on UA-cam except for your log turner it seams to be dead slow. Anyway good vidios
The last piece left that the dogs are holding onto. They sometimes get spilt in half. It just depends on the quality of the log. It usually contains the pith. And they are re-sawn into pallet slats by the buyer. They’re 3 1/2 inches thick

I worked at just about all the sawmills around heltonville Indiana I was the Edger, man.
