    A tablespoon of cranberry sauce with whole cranberries in it everyday does wonders for helping to keep the kidneys healthy.. fresh cranberries are better if you can get them.. also eat plenty of cabbage either cooked or uncooked and add garlic to it.. i simmer my head of cabbage on a low fire and then I poor up the juice and drink it also..

    What a phenomenal and detailed explanation of the entire kidney dys😮function syndrome and which clarifies that none of the conventional symptoms necessarily indicate kidney DISEASE but can be from other dysfunction...very comforting.
    This expert doctor's explanation tells those of us who are dealing with CREATININE or protein in the urine issue that the causes and significance are very complex and that we must be on guard against our doctors jumping to conclusions and putting us on treatment protocols which are misguided.
    My investigation of this whole issue suggests to me that many times the most common cause of proteinuria is severe DEHYDRATION which seems to be a logical conclusion for my personal case...so severe it almost caused my kidneys to fail.

    I think there's a difference between bubbles created from the force of urine hitting the water and bubbles created from protein. One doesn't stick to the side of the toilet while flushing and the other kind (protein) takes more effort to flush - much like how beer foam sticks to the glass and takes more effort to remove. Am I wrong? It would have been great to provide a visual example here since the vast majority of people will jump to the wrong (worse) conclusion as is human nature.

    • @joshua50101
      @joshua50101 9 місяців тому +6

      Just pee on one side of the toilet and if it still forms bubbles or foam that means it contains protein. (if you pee on the water it is very obvious you are gonna form bubbles due to air force)

    • @nomad_ape
      @nomad_ape 5 місяців тому +2

      Here is a more accurate way:
      1. Pee in a glass or plastic bottle
      2. If the foam is actually from protein, it will stay there for hours, even overnight!

    Serrapeptase is a proteolytic enzyme in the trypsin family. Another name for serrapeptase is serratiopeptidase. Like other proteolytic enzymes, serrapeptase helps break down proteins into smaller molecules. It can promote healing by reducing fluid and debris accumulation that can occur around tissue when an injury takes place. Today, serrapeptase is mostly isolated from the non-pathogenic bacteria called Serratia E15, which found in silkworms.

    Hi! I have Multi Custic Dysplastic Kidney. About, 12 days ago I went pee late before bed and my urine was reddish brown. And I began to pee red and more noticeable bubbles for two days. Five days go by and urine was completely normal. Clearing straw colored no bubbles. 6 days ago again, peed blood for 2 days and had multiple bubbles. Had urine sample done at my urologist, they said nothing about the proteinuria. They just told me I had blood in my urine. I asked if I should go to ER they said no. I have no pain, had blood work done yesterday… cat scan with and without contrast tomorrow. See my UROLOGIST Friday. I’m 26, 6’0 185 great blood pressure and don’t have diabetes. Workout 5 days per week and eat decent.

    Just watched this informative video for the second time. Actually part 1 and 2. This video answered questions I had. It gave me the info I needed when I see a nephrologist next week. I need a 24 hour urine collection done and will follow the instructions explicitly. I had a kidney removed in 2003 due to stage 1 cancer. Non-smoker here, not sure what caused it. Now in stage 2 CKD. I have been eating healthier and have lost ten pounds in a month. Feel better and less bubbles upon urination. Thank you both so much, I have faith and strength to improve this.

    One of the best episodes! Thank you sooo much! I think a lot of patiënts do the 24hr test wrong because they also get the wrong instructions from the nurses.. it can be very confusing to explain it correctly to someone and like you mentioned.. "what if I don't wake up at the same time / feel like peeing at the same time the next day?"
    I think I have been doing it wrong all this time after hearing this because the nurses who explained it to me said "start counting your time from the first pee AFTER your morning pee...." so this could be 11am and naturally I would measure 24hrs: so until the next day 11am. But the next day 11am my last pee is not ONLY the morning pee but after that I might have to go again (until 11am) 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
    What you said makes more sense.. start counting the time from your first pee (eventhough you're not collecting it) until the next morning same time. I would totally set an alarm for this to wake up in time and not mess it up haha
    Thanks again!!!

I was so scared that I really cried I thought that I already have kidney disease however my doctor explains so well the same as this great doctor explains. Great information and boy do I wish my father had a doctor like you. He was Dx’d with stage 4 CKD but now he’s home and his numbers are getting a little better. His nephrologist is useless and now he’s referring him to urology for blood in his urine. Wants to do a kidney biopsy and didn’t even mention collecting his urine for 24 hours!!! I’m so angry at the lack of help he’s getting.

    The fact is that the human body releases what it needs to. The problem is Medical intervention.

    • @Newseason8
      @Newseason8 Рік тому

      The human body is too incredible for any man to fully understand; God created the body to heal itself, and man's 'medicinal intervention', creates chaos inside the human body's 'self-healing process'. Eat right; drink 3.7 liters of water daily; exercise daily. Some doctors do more damage than good. It's so scary to place your fragile-priceless 'life and health', in the hands of any man. Since the LORD is the manufacturer of our human bodies, when facing a 'human body problem', consult with the manufacturer of the human body, which is God! Stay blessed, and take good care of yourself.
