Hi Sir, I have a doubt regarding about the 1st step. In Watson Molecular Biology it is mentioned as the gamma phosphate of the pre-mRNA molecule is removed by RNA-Triphosphatase but in the lodish molecular cell biology, it is mentioned as Phosphohydrolase which one is correct??
