    But I just wonder about the last topic, how do cell choose polyA site to be used if there are two of them , is it have something to do with any factors regulate by cell environment?

      There are many RNA binding protein who does this alternative polyadenylation job. Check out this article for a reference

      @@animatedbiologywitharpan When the mRNA is cut to add the Poly A tail, there is a short mRNA strand that is still attached to the DNA-Polymerase complex. Look at 3:02

      @@eminemlandsteiner168 I believe that all following mRNA on from the RNA polymerase will be degraded because there will be no more 5' capping of this RNA. The RNA polymerase will understand not to continue transcription partially due to this and also due to the fact that there will now be more phosphorylation on the serine2 than the serine5 on the CTD :)
