You have really good genetics. Hardgainer ecto type genetics. These are the ripped 'aesthetic' type genetics I know because I'm the same. I'm currently at 12 years of lifting. I thought I had reached my peak at 7-8 years, but now I realize i wasn't eating enough. I always thought I was eating enough, but I wasn't. Currently I'm at 3-4k calories a day. Things only started to change when I made an excel spreadsheet and counted all my calories. Trust me on this bro. You just have to eat extra harder because of your ecto type genetics. Count every single calorie. I thought I was counting every single calories 8 years in and eating properly, and I thought I knew and understood nutrition, but now I realize that I wasn't and eat 3x the amount per day. Literally your genetics have so much potential. 95% of the body is made in the kitchen. Just keep eating non stop. I know you can get hungry fast. Great video man. Please make another update in a few years
Good to see a proper natural lifter telling it how it is. It's a long haul. I'm late 30s now and have trained on and off for nearly 20 years. I was a skinny kid and yes it's slow. But now at my age I am more muscular than I have ever been (5'10 87kgs 13% bodyfat) & compared to my friends and peers I look about 10 years younger with a physique that only continues to improve while they all get bellies. It really is worth it in the long term.
great video man have you ever thought about changing your workout routine completely i know that one of my old friends was in this positions for three years and his gains flatted out but then he changed all his workouts and that helped him gain a bit more mass.
Jeremy ethier very good knowledge

Thanks man! You are right, it might be worth doing. Would give more variety to the workouts as well.
this video is great and outlines natural transformations perfectly, but you have bad genetics yourself so do not claim you have average genetics
Thanks man👍
