I have used probably every daw that you can find and reaper is THE best one from my point of view. I really dont like limitations with other daws(number of: tracks, sends, plugins per track, midi instruments, etc... Also i dont like opening mono track for mono, stereo for stereo or midi for midi, aux for aux, group, folder, vca... Etc. In reaper you just create track and it can be anything you want or even multiple different tracks in one track. Customizable AF. Unlimited amount of tutorials. Light on computer. Unbelievable community. Often updates. FREE😍 (with no limitations (or you can buy it for business i think is like 200$ and thats still nothing compared to others))

I have been using Reaper for a couple of years now and as a person who hates learning new technologies Reaper was the only DAW that I tried that I could at least figure out how to record with fairly early on. One of the great things about Reaper that I haven't seen mentioned in the comments is that you get free updates and upgrades and they come extremely frequently. This is a very classy product and the videos available on line are extensive and very well done. I am learning new stuff every day on it and it has been one very reliable puppie indeed.
I’ve been using Reaper since V4. Love it. The region render matrix is amazing. For several years every Sunday I multitrack recorded our House of Worship service. At end of service, quickly mark start and end of every song, create regions, then in the render matrix select which musicians played/sang on each song, configure folder /file naming patterns for the render(saved as render settings )and click go. In just a few minutes I had a mp3 “stem” for each musician organized in folders by song (aka region). Once done, upload it all to a private file share and they had everything they needed to review their performance. Very fast, very repeatable. Now, if only the musicians would have taken advantage of it 😀. (Some did) I have a video of this process on my channel.
I have had Reaper form 13 years, it is fine for a low budget. However mostly using Nuendo now. Having Melodyne and Spectral layers 8, as ARA plugins, Reaper looks more like a digital tape machine. It’s cheap yes, but most Reaper fanboys has rally no clue what that are missing out.
@@asmundma I don't see any 'fanboys', just people talking about why they like their DAW. Yours in a lone voice of negativity. I don't even use Reaper but you stick out like a sore thumb with these negative comments.

Reaper is an excellent piece of software, very impressed by the regular updates and the amazing feature set including stock plugins. Best 60 bucks I ever spent.
One of the most important features of Reaper is that you can throw any old or new audio device at it and it won't fault in anyway, it's a beast. That's why i passed to Reaper many years ago!!

I’ve been using Reaper for some time. It has not crashed once. Even with generous use of 3rd party plugins. My previous DAW was Sonar, which crashed regularly. I assumed it was my bloated PC installation. Reaper proved that was not the case.
I switched from Samplitude 11 which was another crash happy DAW. Reaper is tons better. A few times, I've had VSTi's crash, but my preferences are set so only the VSTi dies, not the whole project. I've never lost any data while using Reaper.
@@FatNorthernBigot Yep. As a retired developer, I can say it depends how each DAW handles VSTs. A good DAW developer adds in safe guards for 3rd party components that don't always follow the rules. Reaper does this. Samplitude 11 did not, so when something went wrong in the VST, it took down the DAW along with it.
The Reaper installation allows the new user to begin working immediately (along with the manual and the many great how-to-demos at their site) but for those techie-types, you can customize nearly every aspect of Reaper, developing your own "custom actions" to suit your workflow. It truly is an amazing program. And their support forum is second to none.
Reaper is exceptional, but it certainly doesn't hold your hand. It takes some work but the abilities of this cheap little DAW are quite amazing. Adam's course was a massive help in getting me comfortable with using it. Along with Kenny Gioia's tutorials.
I'm a proud Reaper user, going for five years now. Thanks for these Adam and Warren for bringing an alternative, but yet incredible and affordable DAW awareness to a pretty wide audience, whether a startup studio or newcomers, who cannot afford the higher priced mainstream software.
I'm not a mixing engineer, nor do I plan on becoming one, but these are very useful tips for helping me to get my recordings sounding better in a shorter amount of time. That spectral peak feature is really amazing!
One feature of reaper I really love is AutoColor tracks by name (comes with the SWS addon). So every time I name a track it automatically set the color I set for this track. In my case every time I name a track with the word 'Vox' or 'Vocal' in it, it will be yellow, 'bass' will be violet. For the Drums I have different shades of blue (kick = darkblue, cybal/hats=lightblue) a real timesaver also when import audio from customers. I love the concept of beiing a DAW that you can customise in so many ways to your personal needs. Although this might be a bit confusing/overwhelming at the beginning, when you set it up the way you want it to work and look it's exactly support your own workflow. Thats great.
Thanks Warren and Adam! Excited to see Reaper showcased here, the DAW I use and love. Always learning more about its features! And the course offer?, oh yeah, I'm going to check that out too !!! Thank you gentlemen !
What about the other amazing features since v6.0, e.g. razor editing and all the LUFS-related features? There’s a recent video over on Reaper Mania showing you how to use the new loudness meter to automatically level out vocal tracks with uneven gain. It’s really transparent. Amazing stuff!
Wow. You answered that quickly. I do not understand how, for some reason, you fail to recommend Kenny Gioia's (and others like Dan Worral and) amazing free videos which CLEARLY are a great option for beginner and advanced students alike. For a DAW theres is nothing on the internet comparable to these FREE resources REAPER has for it's users. Why do you ignore this? Let me put in a way you might understand: It's like talking about Rock and not mentioning QUEEN.
@@danzactivaballaja6083 Well, Kenny's videos are even linked on the official Reaper website where you download the DAW. Is there even a reason to mention them? Everyone knows already.
@Warren, thanks for inviting Adam for Reaper recent updates. Big question...are you willing to learn this amazing program as well and join all happy users here on the channel. Would love to hear what you think of it after working it for a while and whether you may enjoy it more than Protools (if that is ever possible). Thanks again and thumbs up!
Love Reaper. It's free to try as long as you want (with a nag screen at start up). Also, the whole installs in a couple minutes. Very small footprint on your computer. I have no idea how their developers got so many features in so few program files, but they did.
Been using Reaper for almost 4 years. I bought a 2nd monitor so I can put the mixer panel over to that one so I can see my tracks better. I've used the spectral editor but not spectral peaks. I've never used the render matrix because I took the blue pill 🤣 this little program does all that I need it to do. If I ever need something that's not in there someone somewhere has made an actionable script for it. I'm pretty well set 😁
I've been using Reaper since 4th version. It's the best DAW for me. It's absolutely flexible and customized. I love all unique features like spectral peaks, autocolor, custom actions. I can come up with any feature I want and create any button I want
I got all the trials I could get on DAWS @ the beginning of the year...Reaper seemed the best to me..BUT I learned on Studio One 5 and just this week jumped over to Reaper now that I have a basic understanding of DAWs. I love that it is custimizable and very low profile!
Hi guys, I am Rishi. AKA bluefox. I teach reaper as a blind person since I am blind my self. Lol I use the osara plugin. it works with JAWS for windows, NVDA, System Access, Voice over, Supernova, and even narrator... I can move ten times faster in reaper than I can in any other daw. cakewalk is no longer accessabel. samplitude is accessabel with scripts for jaws. but reaper is so awsome. What I love about it, is that I can have a portable version of reaper, portable version of NVDA and that's it. I can mix where ever and when ever and I can even store it on a thumdrive lol. I can put it in dropbox and access at work. I can put it on my phone as an external card and use it when I go to a friends house on his computer and when I leave it was like it's never there to begin with. aranging in reaper is such a snap I thank god for reaper every day and I use nothing else but reaper and will use nothing else but reaper. I'm a reaper person till I die. :D
Another great plus of Reaper that I don't know if other DAWs do as well: it accepts 32-bit plugins just as well as 64-bit plugins, and VST2 plugins just as well as VST3 plugins. No external bridge needed, it's all completely automatic and transparent, and I never need to think about any of it.
Been loving the Render cue for a while now but I hadn’t yet discovered the Render Matrix. It looks like a huge time saver, heading straight to the studio to test it out. Awesome video, Reaper is the Truth.
Good stuff (which is always the case with this channel). I switched from Pro Tools to Reaper a few years ago, although I still maintain my PT system because there are still a lot of PT users out there that both send me stuff in that format and also ask me for things in that format. To make the transition to Reaper easier for me I used one of the PT themes for the mixer and I didn't miss a beat. I have found working with Reason to be very intuitive, at least for most of the surface functions. I came from a totally analog world when it comes to recording and engineering and I like that, for me, Reason can be configured to emulate an almost total analog environment. One thing that is great about Reaper, which is both a blessing and a curse, is that it's updated quite often...a blessing because it adds functionality that you didn't even know you needed until you tried them, but a curse in that there's more new stuff to learn. It is a good trade off though. Speaking of analog, I was getting a bit nervous watching Adam use his hands and arms when explaining things while a cup of tea sat (too) close on the deck. Many years ago, while recording at Columbia Records in New York, we walked into the studio to find the tape engineer spooling out what seemed like miles of two inch tape onto the floor after he had spilled his coffee on the transport (and the tape), and he was frantically re-spooling it while wiping (drying) the tape with a towel, of all things. Unbelievably, we lost none of the recordings, although they ruined the album when they compressed everything when pressing the vinyl, getting rid of most of the dynamics, but that's a story for another day. So, Adam, be careful with your Cherry Bakewell (was it?) tea in the future. BTW Warren, after watching your video about mixing with headphones with the Waves room emulator I went and bought the Sony MDR-7506 cans. I'm just now getting used to their sound but I'm enjoying them a lot. Thanks for the tip!

You forgot the most important. These are the best developers in the business to this day. I do not use those words lightly. That is what your paying into in a DAW. That is what anyone's paying into in a DAW. They go that far because they care. Avid is an affront at this juncture in regard. The rest can at least borrow the excuse of limited time and experience, that or innovation and it's hurdles. And we're at a very useful version 7 at this point btw.
I’ve been using it since 2008, I had recorded a track in Cubase, it was recorded too slow so I was searching the web for something that could speed it up...tried Reaper, it worked great (looked pretty bad at that point) ...about a year went by and I realised I’d inadvertently switched over 😁 it really is great...I keep my hand in with Logic for compatibility with its other clients...sometimes mix projects in mixbus for whatever it’s doing sonically but Reaper gets way more use
What have I done with Reaper LATELY? I have special buttons at the top. One selects all tracks. Here are my other text buttons: VU meter: Opens the FX Window of the selected track, and puts my Klanghelm VU meter on. EQ: Same as above, and puts my Fabfilter Pro-Q3 on. Sat: Same as above, and puts my Harmonics Analog Saturation Processor on. Lim: Same as above, and puts my TDR Limiter 6 GE on. Reverb: Same as above, and puts my Valhalla Vintage Verb on. Then I have a button that says "track high" and "track low." The low button minimizes the selected tracks to the lowest possible size, then brings them up a couple notches. The high button also minimizes them to the smallest size, then brings them up to a size I determined when I made the custom action. I love buttons to click, even better than keyboard shortcuts, which can be forgotten. 😀
Reaper is pretty hard to set up/get used to/customize to your own needs, but once you've done it, you'll never want to go into any other DAW. Because essentially it becomes your own DAW that behaves exactly like you want it to behave.
@@TransistorLSD I leave them as they are; that way it's easiest to follow tutorials that use the defaults, etc, and also to show things to others. I only have one extra key combination defined (to randomly colour all items), but that's it.
Ripper is a very interesting and remarkable DAW, I have tried it a lot. Just for info I mention that I have been a Cubase user for about 30 years since from Atari times, and in recent 3 years I have been a user of the studio one.
Studio One has a update mastering file feature in the project page thats similar to the rendering Q in reaper. Also does fine with different sample rates but does show a sample rate not matching the session or audio device warning with a pop up window. But plays normal and automatically compensates. Only thing I would love have in studio one is that spectral peaks feature. That would definitely be useful in editing.
How cheap it is for a home studio user; how long the license lasts; the continuous updates and free add-ons; the brutal customisability of both the environment and the commands; the automation items; it's light on cpu consumption; it's stable.... The benefits are innumerable.
the other day i found out about something reaper couldn’t do, but seriously i don’t remember, what it was! reaper might not have the prettiest gui and it might be quite overwhelming to configure it the way you want it to behave and finding the exact action, you are looking for, also might be quite tricky. but it‘s reliable, fast, small in size , running on every operating system, flexible and just let’s you get your work done, without causing any trouble. the only other software playing in the same league is photoshop, but if you consider the download size, reaper wins!
Someone the other day asked me for my favorite apps, here they're: REAPER is number 1, Davinci Resolve, MuseScore, Blender, PS/LR, and Linux Terminal. Thanks to Kenny who made my onboarding to reaper a breeze.. I some times skip fairlight for reaper ..
Wow. I had no idea Osara existed. I‘ll keep that in mind when a vision impaired user asks me for options. I‘ve met a few in past years. Spectral peaks. Need to give this a go. I mix and edit dialogue all day so it might help. And as for my favorite reason to use Reaper, it enables me to do this work. Protools would have taken 10-30k more in investment and been chronically unstable and inflexible by comparison.
If you learn it and understand it - you'll never go back. It's worth it. The first time I tried it, I went: No waaaaay . . . strange . . . back to Logic again. But then "she" looked at me and I was in love. :) Today I actually went back to some old files in Logic and maaaaaan how bad it is. REAPER RULES!!!!
I started with SAWStudio and in a way Reaper is a spiritual follower for SAW. For me they both represent what is perhaps best in American entrepreneurship. I first chose SAW because it was designed for musicians and not for German engineers. No offense for German engineers or Germans (I even know, what aus, bei, mit, nach, seit, von, zu means which most of you don't ;) ) After I tried Reaper for the first time I was more than willing to pay for it and, I think it is worth lot's more than the $80 or something I paid for it and, if in the future there will be a new version and they. want money for it, I am more than willing to pay.
Been using Reaper since version 1.???. Can´t remember. It was really early days for Reaper then. Been happy recording and mixing ever since. It is not the prettiest girl on the block, but it does the job. Old projects open everytime. That is the way it should be. Can´t beat it.
Second year I'm using this registered DAW and every time there is an upgrade, there is new stuff I didn't know. I understand that new users can't follow these, because they are so fast implemented. Which is a good thing, because if you spend more hours, you only can get better. Still happy, I turned down PT. And the powerful community is getting bigger and bigger. Which give you solutions, when you're stuck, or don't know how to do an action. And mostly in a short time. So you can work on a project and have your answer before you are on the end of the project.
Hi. I love this channel!!! So, can I change from 44.1 to 48 in a project already started and saved to 44.1 without any problem? I have read that the best for recording and mixing is 48 to 24 bit. I use 44.1 and 24 bits and I don't know what to do because I still have several unfinished projects.
@@jaimebuesamartin7516 not really, maybe in a pro pro situation like audio shaping for games and film scoring etc, but i bet nobody would notice the difference with great a great quality 16 bit/ 44.1 Khz recording. Take in mind that in the end what ever you are going to send to real world will get compressed and the sample rate will get degraded. UA-cam and all major platforms do it, these days most people use crap headphones on their mobile so take that into consideration. Sometimes more can be just overkill ;)

I used to call Reaper users the vegans of the DAW world - 'cos they're always banging on about it - but I've been using it the past 2 weeks and I got up and running for mixing super-fast and oh boy it is an insanely impressive bit of software at any cost, let alone the $60 price tag most of us qualify for.
Haha. I agree. It is like that joke, how can you tell someone is a Vegan? Don’t worry, they will tell you. Lol same as a Reaper user. BTW Iam a Reaper user. It really is a nice DAW. I think the stigma with it was the cheap price and how bad it looked and lack of features many years ago. Not the case anymore except the cheap price which I am a fan of.
I hate how most of my plugins are too small to use when in 4k. Seems to have trouble exporting stems. Also when using a midi controller with it doesnt always work, sometimes it just stops working because you selected the mixer.
The only thing I hate about Reaper is that it isn't compatible with OMF and XML from Premiere/FCP X. I do sound design for short films from time to time and I always need to do some weird trick to get the file imported in Reaper. Anything else is just like magic for me! It can handle big projects without crashing or anything, support for 32 and 64 bit VSTs, never had any problems with any audio interface, fast editing, so nice for mixing...
Hi all you awesome and creative musical Ladies and Gents! Reaper kicks *ss! It's the best innovative DAW, it's open source and even free for those that don't have the finances to buy a license (they don't even want registration etc.). The people that created Reaper had the music, creativity and individual work flow in their minds and not money! They wanted to make a DAW that had all the great features that the "expensive" DAW's have, yet leaving out the senseless CPU eaters! Another great feature is that Reaper doesn't color the sound as most expensive DAW's do! God bless everyone that has, is and will be contributing to the making Reaper what is has been, is and will forever be! The best DAW ever!!!!

I'm a proud Reaper user, going for five years now. Thanks for these Adam and Warren for bringing an alternative, but yet incredible and affordable DAW awareness to a pretty wide audience, whether a startup studio or newcomers, who cannot afford the higher priced mainstream software.
Love reaper, switched from Protools, way more stable.
Thanks ever so much! Yes, Adam rules!!
What about the other amazing features since v6.0, e.g. razor editing and all the LUFS-related features? There’s a recent video over on Reaper Mania showing you how to use the new loudness meter to automatically level out vocal tracks with uneven gain. It’s really transparent. Amazing stuff!
It's included into the Adam's course, he added some new chapters in there.
@@TransistorLSD exactly!
Hi Clifford, yes, Adam added that to his course as well!
Love Adam and his channel. I have learned a lot about Reaper from him. The only thing that worries me is his choice of tea. PG Tips mate. Please.
Like I said, it was too late at night! It was Green tea, not the regular stuff…
Haha shhhh....I agree though! PG all the way! Haha
@@adamsteelproducer haha I know! Understood!
Using reaper since the last 3 years, no problems, great community!
I've been using REAPER for years and it's nothing short of amazing- and super affordable. Just incredible.
Thanks ever so much for sharing
Great video as always! So much variety of content! Something for everyone!
Thanks ever so much!!
Yes, if I can find the time!!
Love Reaper. It's free to try as long as you want (with a nag screen at start up). Also, the whole installs in a couple minutes. Very small footprint on your computer. I have no idea how their developers got so many features in so few program files, but they did.
wrong "Free, fully functional 60-day evaluation"
Been using Reaper for almost 4 years. I bought a 2nd monitor so I can put the mixer panel over to that one so I can see my tracks better. I've used the spectral editor but not spectral peaks. I've never used the render matrix because I took the blue pill 🤣 this little program does all that I need it to do. If I ever need something that's not in there someone somewhere has made an actionable script for it. I'm pretty well set 😁
Thanks ever so much for sharing Anita!

I`ve been using Reaper for 13 years now. Worked with Samplitude, Cubase and Notator SL before. Some may call me an "experienced" user... ;-)
Thanks ever so much
Hi guys, I am Rishi. I can put it on my phone as an external card and use it when I go to a friends house on his computer and when I leave it was like it's never there to begin with. aranging in reaper is such a snap
I thank god for reaper every day and I use nothing else but reaper and will use nothing else but reaper. I'm a reaper person till I die. :D
Loved the "spectral peaks" tip. Didn't know about it, and now I'm gonna use it on everything.
I LOVE Reaper. You don't get better value-for-money in the world of audio.
Thanks ever so much
Been loving the Render cue for a while now but I hadn’t yet discovered the Render Matrix.
Thanks ever so much for your incredible comment and wonderful support! I love the details and story sharing!!
Reaper is the first Daw i ever used, we're going 9 years and counting together. Its Simply AMAZING
Thanks Adam! Thanks Warren!

I had to set up and configure reaper for 2 days. It's quite clunky out of the box, but once you set up to a familiar workflow its quite nice
glad to see reaper in this channel.
.its quite an underrated daw but its the best imho
Thanks for sharing
Yes, 7 years by now. It's so lightweight on my computer and have many cool features.
Thanks ever so much
What have I done with Reaper LATELY? I have special buttons at the top. One selects all tracks. Here are my other text buttons:
VU meter: Opens the FX Window of the selected track, and puts my Klanghelm VU meter on.
Because essentially it becomes your own DAW that behaves exactly like you want it to behave.
to be honest when i passed to Reaper it was the semplicity of how it worked and looked that also won me over ;)
@@leonline3424 Hmm... Maybe it also can be simple then!
Hard to set up? Just install, press record, done. That's pretty much it. Don't understand what's supposed to be "hard" about it.
@@matthijshebly Well, i meant "set up to your own preferences". I can't work with default parameters.
Been using it a long time. Last 8 years as my only daw in my home studio.
Reaper never let's me down !! I mean ever ..... have it paired with Console 1 + keys made me love mixing again..
Sorry for the unrelated post that I posted it today 😜
Studio One has a update mastering file feature in the project page thats similar to the rendering Q in reaper. Also does fine with different sample rates but does show a sample rate not matching the session or audio device warning with a pop up window. But plays normal and automatically compensates. Only thing I would love have in studio one is that spectral peaks feature. That would definitely be useful in editing.
Love, love, love Reaper - my main DAW s9ince Sept of 2018.
Spectral peaks really is an awesome feature!
So let's watch and listen 🎶 🎤🎧
Thanks
I might have missed it but I already have the course.. will this all be added to view and download?
Yes, it will be in your videos

How cheap it is for a home studio user; how long the license lasts; the continuous updates and free add-ons; the brutal customisability of both the environment and the commands; the automation items; it's light on cpu consumption; it's stable.... The benefits are innumerable.
Wow, Reaper is seriously slick.
the other day i found out about something reaper couldn’t do, but seriously i don’t remember, what it was!
reaper might not have the prettiest gui and it might be quite overwhelming to configure it the way you want it to behave and finding the exact action, you are looking for, also might be quite tricky.
but it‘s reliable, fast, small in size , running on every operating system, flexible and just let’s you get your work done, without causing any trouble.
the only other software playing in the same league is photoshop, but if you consider the download size, reaper wins!
Haha thanks ever so much for sharing!!
Looking to try reaper since I have some pretty CPU intensive tools that I like and reaper seems to be pretty fast.
That Shure MV7 mic sounds good, didn't know about it.
Marvellous
Tried reaper, but like the MIDI functions of bandlab better. Plus it’s free
Adam put on a jacket for this thumbnail , cause he’s classy 🤘🏽
Haha yes, he is!!
Delta solo is another super cool and useful feature, that basically exists only in iZotope plugins...
Thanks ever so much
Adam is a Ledge, as we say back in Surrey. As are you sir.
Haha thanks Neil! Where in Surrey are you from?
ThNKS!
So you can work on a project and have your answer before you are on the end of the project.
i use reaper, and i found it is awesome

Hi. I love this channel!!! So, can I change from 44.1 to 48 in a project already started and saved to 44.1 without any problem? I have read that the best for recording and mixing is 48 to 24 bit. I use 44.1 and 24 bits and I don't know what to do because I still have several unfinished projects.
yep, Reaper will play mixed sample rates no problemo!!
@@leonline3424 thank you!!!
@@leonline3424 but it's true that the best configuration for mixing and recording is 48 KHz and 24 bits?
@@jaimebuesamartin7516 not really, maybe in a pro pro situation like audio shaping for games and film scoring etc, but i bet nobody would notice the difference with great a great quality 16 bit/ 44.1 Khz recording. Take in mind that in the end what ever you are going to send to real world will get compressed and the sample rate will get degraded. UA-cam and all major platforms do it, these days most people use crap headphones on their mobile so take that into consideration. Sometimes more can be just overkill ;)

I used to call Reaper users the vegans of the DAW world - 'cos they're always banging on about it - but I've been using it the past 2 weeks and I got up and running for mixing super-fast and oh boy it is an insanely impressive bit of software at any cost, let alone the $60 price tag most of us qualify for.
you naughty vegan.....
Haha.
Also when using a midi controller with it doesnt always work, sometimes it just stops working because you selected the mixer.
reaper is just amazing
The only thing I hate about Reaper is that it isn't compatible with OMF and XML from Premiere/FCP X. I do sound design for short films from time to time and I always need to do some weird trick to get the file imported in Reaper. Anything else is just like magic for me! It can handle big projects without crashing or anything, support for 32 and 64 bit VSTs, never had any problems with any audio interface, fast editing, so nice for mixing...
Spectral Peaks, I think Guillermo del Toro directed that film?
I'm a reaper user, it's my DAW of choice.
thats spectral peaks look so inclusive. :)
Fantastic
Which theme is Adam using, BTW?
WOW!

That color thing is...
...WOW!
How ro do that?
Also, maybe an idea: someone write a plugin that can use the spectral peaks to auto-find those Squeaks or Pops hes looking for?
Reaper is the best.

How is Reaper with 3rd party plugins. As a long-time Cubase user, I now find I'm having issues with, particularly, Waves plugins and am seriously considering changing DAW.
Cheers

If there is a problem with a plugin, Reaper devs fix it promptly. Recently I had an issue with Kontakt Player 6 vst3 and the problem was fixed within the week. My Reaper installation is totally mine - premium theme updated to my liking by me, most used functions have a button ready to go. It's like having a custom-built guitar.
Reaper works well with Waves at least for me. I have Horizon and a bunch of other stuff and it all works fine. Brainworx stuff also no problem. Ive used bits of Izotope, IK and NI stuff with no issues as well. Just do yourself and Reaper a favor and organize your plugin folder(s) and you'll be set
