Hi Guys, please help me out here. I’ve been doing these workouts for a few months now.. but want to know if it genuinely helps with results? Because I barely see any difference in Mira’s body and she has been doing this for years. Would love to know from you guys.
I guess you need to add some weight lifting to these moves. Weights build muscles and those muscles help you shedding the extra weight really quickly..

Not really. I didn’t change my diet and only followed these workouts and my belly fat has gone down significantly 😂. You have to brace your stomach while doing these workouts - that’s key.
Unfortunately, this isn't true for everyone. I practice intermittent fasting and consume two meals a day, adhering to a very clean diet that's low in carbs, devoid of junk food, sugar, and unhealthy refined oils. Despite these efforts, I don't lose any weight without incorporating regular exercise. Weight loss truly depends on your body type and age. In my 20s, just five days of a clean diet would effortlessly help me shed 20 pounds. 😂
