Children are not part of my plan. However, I’m overjoyed to tears watching you add 3 McKays to your family. It such a gift to be a fly on the wall with your family. It’s fun to look back 2 long years and relive your journey. Finally named and unblurred, I think this end is destiny and the best end for these lucky children. The sweetest part of the day was watching your moms sit beside you while the adoption became final. How proud they must be of the men you’ve become to rescue these kids. Best wishes.
After 3 years as a foster care Social Worker, I never even had gay parents never mind the opportunity to watch gay foster parents adopt kids. Mostly this is a great and joyful time for the kids and yiou. Still, I share your joy. In my office we didn't even have gay staff except me, and I was closeted and afraid. May God' love and grace be with the five of you.
I found your early foster care videos when I was considering getting licensed. We got licensed in Nov 2019 and took in a little boy who was 20 months. After a rollercoaster ride similar to your kids, we are officially adopting him in the next few months. This video made me cry tears of joy to see those happy faces. Thank you for being so open, it helped me and my husband through this crazy ride. Congratulations!
I’m one of your straight followers!-but was very interested in Property renovation and that’s when I found the Property lovers. I have watched your videos ever since. You have been on a long journey with the kiddos but this was truly your destiny to adopt these three beautiful children. So pleased for you guys.
My brother is gay and he and his husband live a few miles down from us. They’ve been DYING for a kid, and kept getting turned away because they were gay. Meanwhile, my wife works in social services and she sees so many goddamned kids sent off to shit foster families who take them for the money and no other reason. And it’s a lot harder to remove foster families from the list than you’d think. She wishes some of these kids could go to my brother and his husband because at least they’d be loved. Instead of being short up with heroin as a joke or thrown in an active fireplace or locked in a basement after a dog attack so the dog doesn’t get taken away.
My sister in law and their family went through all the home study and classes and certification process and once they were all cleared and certified they waited for months and never got a call. When she proactively reached out to see about having kids placed with them, they were straight up told they wouldn’t be considered because they weren’t “a good Christian home”. Their only hope of ever having a child placed in their care would be if it was expected to be a short term placement and the child’s parent requested the child be placed with them specifically for the temporary placement. They are the most kind and loving people I’ve ever known and just about the only people I trust to have my own kids stay with when I have business out of town. There is so much love in their home. It makes me so sad and angry that kids are being denied having a great family

I'm so happy for you guys. Those kids areso lucky they ended up in your Foster care. It wasn't an easy road. But all those bumps on the road were just little tests to see if you guys were worthy and you guys passed with flying colors... I'm proud of you guys!! You are such an inspiration for other gay couples!!!❤🏳️🌈❤

Watching now for the second time!!! And guys I'm so happy for you I've got tears in my eyes!!! You guys so deserved this. Those kids always look so happy (even though the faces where blurred) and they look so well behaved. (Oohh and don't worry I don't believe that they are that all the time!!! I'm crying my eyes out while watching this.. 😭 This is like one of the most genuine vids I've seen this year... These kids were derived of having parents and here we have two dads who decided to adopt and love these kids as much as they can 🥺❤️ kids reactions were so warm. God bless you both! ❤️
Romans: 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. 24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: 25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. 26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. 28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
And being a role model is just another pressure besides raising the children. God bless and guide you, have chosen to share your lives with these beautiful children, I admire your courage and bravery .
Thanks guys , you made me “Oprah Winfrey ugly cry” for 20 mins. Congratulations!!! I am so incredibly happy for you all. I have watched you all since day one. I can’t believe it’s been over two years. I strangely feel a sense of relief now that the process is final. I can only imagine how you must feel. I am overwhelmed with joy for your family !!!
Your family has "clearly" thrived over the past two years. It must be a thrill to know that you have had the support and love of so many of us along the way. Thank you for sharing, love to you all !!! Richard & Richard in Massachusetts .
OMG! I’m crying!! 😭 I’ve been watching yours guys’ journey because my husband and I are about to foster adopt. We do the home study in a couple of weeks! Thanks so much for sharing this journey. It gives me so much hope!!! 🤗❤️🙌 Congrats to the whole family!!!
Best of luck, and much happiness, for your adoption, Aaron. We did the same years ago (adopted one of our foster children). A long journey, but so worth it. Happy for you - truly.
I am so happy for you guys, crying my face off this morning. As an adoptee, my heart feels so good seeing these three children officially be your family. The two of you have been so wonderful, open, accepting of challenge, and loving. It’s great to see the kiddos’ sweet faces too. Love you guys and the positive role model you establish as a same sex couple.
I have never been more excited for two people I’ve never met. I’ve been following you guys for years!! Seeing this whole process unfold and this family begin just makes me smile for you guys. I cried from beginning to end this video & cant wait to see more w/YOUR three kiddos!! Congrats McKays!!
Thank you PJ and Thomas for sharing your journey as gay foster parents with us. Your story has inspired so many LGBT people, and it gives us hope that one day we can have a big beautiful family like yours too. I cried so much watching this video because I know the road here hasn’t been easy. I’m so glad everything worked out for you guys in the end. You both have made these children’s lives so much better in the 2 years that you’ve had them. I can’t wait to see your future adventures together. ❤️
Yep, wept in pure happiness through the whole video. Seeing the kids faces and then all of your names together at the end just melted my heart. Not only that the two of you offered to be foster parents, but that you took three children and became instant Dads. What a journey. What lucky children. What a beautiful family. Congratulations and all the love ❤️
There are so many pluses to this that it boggles my mind to even write them all. The fact that you didn't rush into this, you questioned everything, as you should, and decided after much thought it was the right thing, means more then anything, I would only hope the Judge would see this video, and see that over time, the anguish of not having them was tormenting to you, and that shows that even in the beginning, you loved and cared about these children. The Judge sounds like a nice lady, and I appreciate how you conducted herself in her approval process. I am beyond happy for you and your family. Congratulations.💕💕 💖
Two minutes in and I was crying happy tears - literally every time the judge said something I started crying again. I’m so happy for your family. The children are fortunate to have you guys as parents and you both in turn are blessed to have such amazing and adorable children
I'm kind of new to this channel, but from the first moment, it was clear how much you love these three little guys. You were a family already, but now is official! So happy for all of you! You had to wait a long time, but it was worth it! Wishing you the best in this new chapter!!
As a gay father myself I know exactly the joy you are feeling. I am of the generation when the only way a gay man could have children was to marry a woman. We had two natural children and fostered two more. When the kids reached 16-18 I found a man who I wanted to spend the rest of my life with and we separated. It was hurtful at first but eventually, we resolved things and continue today as best friends. The kids all grew up and married and have their own lives and dramas. One thing I did not expect was how kids never "leave" the nest but continue in your life and depend on you still in so many ways.
Crying my eyes out.. with joy!! What a journey and now thankfully a complete family in every way. I look forward watching you all continue to grow and teach us all what love and family is really all about!! So much love ❤️ 💕
What a pair of loving dads you are! You guys have created a beautiful family. Your persistence paid off. What a children's parent does behind closed does not affect your ability to parent.
Just finished watching the video and now I'm swiping away the tears. Allan, Riah and Anna will be the best experience of your lives together. (They are so cute without little hearts over their faces!)
I applaud you both! You have opened your hearts and your home to raise 3 children! Parenting brings its own set of challenges and rewards. I have faith in you both that you will learn in time that there are no mistakes only lessens learned. I am so grateful you have shared your story to the world. From a fellow parent xx
Thomas and PJ, and family. Here in Switzerland the lakes and the rivers are full, why, because so many happy wonderful tears have been shed with the news that your family is complete in this video. Your videos are such a fantastic inspiration for many out there. The love you both have for the "kiddos" is so special. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. We send you much love from here. In a restaurant parking lot bawling my eyes out!! The moment so many have hoped and prayed for. Godspeed to you all….so, so incredibly, overwhelmingly happy for you!
This is the day we all have been waiting for and it’s so exciting. It’s Official. Congratulations dads, PJ and Thomas. Cheers to your beautiful family and bright futures for all of you.
I am so delighted for these guys and the beautiful kids they now have! ❤ I'm also delighted that the homophobic barriers to this kind of adoption are finally crumbling down! Gay guys are usually so nurturing, caring, loving and dedicated to children that it is unfathomable to me that they were at one time forbidden to provide a loving, caring and reliable home for children. Best of luck guys! You are SO LUCKY to have these "bundles of joy" and they are every bit as lucky to have both of you! ❤❤
Finally! This is the best thing on the internet! So happy to see their smiling faces after two years. Congratulations to you guys and the entire forever-family!
Legit crying the happiest of tears for y’all! It’s so so good to finally see their sweet faces in all their beautiful glory. Congratulations McKays!!! May all the chaos and happiness of life reign down on y’all!
How happy I am for you and your whole family. As a father of two adopted brothers, I know how your lives have been completely changed. My boys are now in their forties and I can’t imagine life without them. Best of wishes to you, PJ and Thomas. You have made a beautiful choice in your lives and in the lives of your children. Bless you!!
Congratulations! Those are some lucky kids! I am a single dad of five foster children, they are my nieces and nephew. They were put into foster care and I went through the foster program to become a foster parent , so they could stay together and not be adopted out. It has been a journey, but I can’t imagine my life without them , it has 10 years now!
2 years ago when I discovered the both of you I never imagined that same year I would be witnessing you both slowly take on the role of becoming Dad’s. 2 years later here I am several videos later sobbing in tears of joy, I’m so overwhelming happy for the two of you. The dream is now a reality. Cannot wait to see what the future holds. Thank you for allowing us on your journey and what feels like a open home of comfort. Love you 🥲♥️
I’m crying my eyes out as my boyfriend and I have been chatting about kids and family. You two are an inspiration! Thank you for all that you do! Much luck with everything!
It has been amazing seeing you two raise these kids over the last two years. I can only imagine what it must have felt like in the beginning. You two have done an amazing job raising these kids. You two deserve the absolute best! These kids have made a huge and positive impact on your lives. Congratulations to both of you and your beautiful family. I can’t wait to see what the future has for all of you. Now you will be a family forever with with many more birthdays, holidays, weddings, etc. to come. The adoption process was a very long process but was definitely worth it. ❤️❤️
Well, that's one way to get an old man to cry. I've been following you for a couple years now and I am so damn happy for you guys! Esp. great to see the kiddo's faces finally!
I might never stop crying. I kept waiting for the judge to stop asking questions and decide already. Fabulous news. Congratulations aplenty to all of you. Revealing the new little McKays' faces and names will satisfy so many followers. They are each and every one darling. 💙💙❤
Eager to hear the news and witness the moments! Thank you for being that “one caring adult” in their lives. Being a foster parent and keeping up with CEs and monthly paperwork, SW visits etc is a lot-on top of taking care of the kids. Now you can use that time to just be a FAMILY-and travel lol! 🥰🥰 Congrats. We hope to one day see this moment with our three. Xoxo to all the kids.
Just love them , unconditional love is what ALL kiddos need, i was a foster parent for boys 10-18 here in the uk for 12 years good luck guys , i love all kids with all my being , they could not ask for better parents than you guys

Huge congratulations. You’ve done such a good job with the children, they deserve the nurturing, loving home that you’ve given them. I’ve been longing for this day and it’s finally here, so happy for you both. 🍾🍾🇬🇧❤️
Thank you guys for being such a loving and positive example of LGBTQ families. How great that you all found each other❣️Wishing you many happy years ahead.
I remember earlier this year when there were a few frustrating bumps/delays in the process. You liked my comment when I said that the word for 2021 was patience. Congratulations: The McKays are a beautiful family and you all are blessed to have one another.💖💖💖💖💖
Absolutely beautiful, such wonderful news! I was grinning throughout the entire video, I’m so happy for you. It was also amazing to see just how small the children were when they first came to you. You and your families have shown you have such big hearts, you have all been such a positive influence on their young lives. Congratulations on officially being recognised as their dads, something your children already knew you to be. Best wishes to the McKay family, I wish you all every success in the future.
This is amazing, my younger brother was adopted and it brings a joy to my heart to see that this has finally worked out. Patience really is a virtue and your family proves that. Congrats!
From the first time I saw you all and the kids together, when you began to foster your kids, I strongly sensed that they would be your children. I prayed for you all that this would indeed come to pass. It has been a joy to see your children blossom under your care and love. It is has been a privilege to see you, as parents, figuring out so quickly how to parent well, to see your great love growing even bigger. Seeing your adoption become final, I got happy tears, I laughed with joy and danced at the same time. And now we get to see the kids faces and learn their names! Wonderful! Thank you for allowing us to be on your journey to this happy day. Air hugs to the five of you! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!
Such a beautiful "forever yours" family! PJ and Thomas, you have done a fantastic job, allowing these seedlings to bloom to their full and true potential. Continue to feed and water that potential, with an occasional pulling of a weed, and they will be a blessing to and for you forever. Their love for you can be seen in their smiles, and yours for them. Blessings and Congratulations to the McKay Family!

I'm crying my eyes out while watching this.. 😭 This is like one of the most genuine vids I've seen this year... These kids were derived of having parents and here we have two dads who decided to adopt and love these kids as much as they can 🥺❤️ kids reactions were so warm. God bless you both! ❤️

Romans:
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
No religion, Jesus paid it all.
No religion, Just Jesus.
You chose your destination and you’re without excuse, eternity is a long time.
Congratulations to all of you, I am crying already, love from Old Man in France.
Much respect to ALL foster parents, and these two dads are true role models for other gay couples.
❤😭

The fact that you didn't rush into this, you questioned everything, as you should, and decided after much thought it was the right thing, means more then anything,
I would only hope the Judge would see this video, and see that over time, the anguish of not having them was tormenting to you, and that shows that even in the beginning, you loved and cared about these children.
The children's names along with their dad and daddy's names at the end made me tear up. What a beautiful video!
I'm kind of new to this channel, but from the first moment, it was clear how much you love these three little guys. You were a family already, but now is official! So happy for all of you! You had to wait a long time, but it was worth it! Wishing you the best in this new chapter!!
Not just two dads! you both are angels... I can see the halos in your head...
This comment has so much light and love ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Awww! You've got three little boos!!! Congratulations, and may your family always be surrounded by happiness and joy!
From a fellow parent xx
this is going to be simply the best ever! Y'all get the tissues ready for tears or joy and happiness!
These two young people have done a moving act of charity by adopting these two boys and a girl. They open a new life for them.
Mathew
This is awesome I am so proud for you guys and the kids. I was having such a bad day and this totally turned it around. Yes I have tears in my eyes.
In a restaurant parking lot bawling my eyes out!! The moment so many have hoped and prayed for. Godspeed to you all….so, so incredibly, overwhelmingly happy for you!
Isn’t life just amazing. I can not be the only one who sees that the kids look like PJ and T. ❤️
They sure do!😁
This is the day we all have been waiting for and it’s so exciting. It’s Official. Congratulations dads, PJ and Thomas. Cheers to your beautiful family and bright futures for all of you.
I know these kids bc of their bio parents and I’m so glad that you guys have stepped in to be their parents and give them the best life possible😍
Oh, Gosh, here come the tears of joy. God bless all of you.
If ever this proves love is contagious. Your joy makes my heart sing.
Finally! This is the best thing on the internet! So happy to see their smiling faces after two years. Congratulations to you guys and the entire forever-family!
I'm not missing this one! I am so excited!!! See you this evening!
Oh my heart
The smile on those kids faces
Beautiful family
I’ve literally cried like a baby! Congratulations to the McKays!!!! 🥳
This is so beautiful. It takes a big person to opt to become a parent, and an even bigger person to adopt someone else's kids.😢💞
I'M NOT CRYING, YOU'RE CRYING !!!!!!!! I'm so happy for y'all
It has been amazing seeing you two raise these kids over the last two years.
This made me cry. Congratulations to the both of you I am sure the kids will have much love and attention that they deserve. God bless your family.
"FINALLY A MCKAY!" OMG GUYS!!!!!

Like so many others, I cried when the Judge made her final decree. I went to bed with a filled heart and love for a family I have never meet, and never will (I m in Canada)
Here is to more adventures, more happy times, more of everything for you five!
you have a wonderful family by biology and choice!
My, I’m crying!! Finally seeing their adorable faces that are filled with so much happiness all because of the love and care you’ve given these three angels! Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us, Thomas and PJ!! God bless your whole beautiful family with a lifetime of happy memories🙏❤️‼️
Ok I’m not crying, I’m sobbing with happiness for the five of you. Having watched your journey with the “kiddos” and to finally see those beautiful, smiling faces brings me so much happiness for what is installed for their future. Congratulations and wishing you all nothing but the best life can bring such an amazing inspiring family.
So I'm at the gym watching this with tears flowing down my face and now my eyes are swollen from crying!! I am so happy for you guys!
Congrats!
OMG!! I'm so happy for you ALL!! Congratulations!! Such precious moments you've shared with us.... thank you! God has blessed you ALL! ✌️&🙏 ng's
Finally, I'm so happy I cried. It's official. Sending you all hugs and kisses from the Philippines. God bless.
So happy for y’all, can’t wait to keep going on this journey with your new forever family
Thanks guys, now I'm ugly crying at work! I first found your channel thanks to the foster care classes video and I feel like I've been a part of this journey from the begining. I couldn't imagine better conclusion for y'all! Here's to a lifetime of adventures, thanks for allowing us to share them.
It has been so exciting being on this adventure with you guys. I’m sure you know so many of us were rooting for this to happen for ya’ll for so long now! Congratulations McKay family! And my hat goes off to everyone for all the dedication, Love, patience, hard work, and everything else it took to get here. I’m so excited to see what this next chapter holds for ya’ll!
Literally crying seeing the five of you make it to this day. And the water works really started at seeing their three little faces. Congratulations to all of you. So well deserved. Been watching since you posted on how you met, your wedding, Amsterdam. Really didn't expect to see the kids faces so soon.
Absolutely amazing! So happy for all of you. No denying this is where they are all supposed to be! Together.
Congratulations to the five of you, it’s been a long journey for all of you to finally become a family. I’m typing this through my tears, I’m so overjoyed at your wonderful news. Wishing you a long snd happy life together. ❤️
What a beautiful family filled with pure love… love is the definition of a family and you are it! Keep loving and showing the world what love is!!
Started to tear up as soon as I realized what I was watching, and was in absolute tears by the end. I can't believe I've been so invested in this process and I really couldn't be happier for you all! How wonderful!
i was thinking something similar about watching this great true story for two years. :)
Congratulations! I have also adopted. From one dad to 2 others, learn everything you can about Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and how to help your kids grow up to be resilient. Much love. ❤
You both suffered through some intense labor pains but the successful birth of your family was worth it all! Thank you for sharing and inspiring others to do the same. 🙏🏼
Congratulations in the adoption of the children! The last two years have been an incredible journey to watch as you welcomed those three kiddos into your home and life. You've done a great job thus far and now you have a new chapter of the family of 5!
I’ve cried in a lot of your videos. But this one… this one hit home.
I am so happy for the five of you. The kiddos and yourselves are lucky to have found each other and created a beautiful family.
I discovered your channel during the lockdown in March 2020 and I’ve enjoyed your journey and even felt like a small part of the family just tuning in. My heart is full knowing that the adoption is official in the eyes of the law. Congratulations. This was the best news I’ve heard in a long while. The journey has just begun and I want to say thank you for sharing your wonderful family with us. Best wishes and God bless you all.
I am so beyond thrilled for you two, and YOUR children!!!! Congratulations
Guuuuuuys my heart, the last clips on the video when we finally see the kiddos faces, you can see the happiness you guys bring into their lives, the eyes full of happiness and joy! Wow I’m soooo happy for you two! I watches the whole vlog with a smile across my face and at the end pure tears of joy!
Officially the sweetest UA-cam video I have ever seen. Everything came together in a perfect storm so that you and your kids could find each other. Sometimes the universe really does have a plan, even if the road to get there is rough. So happy for you all. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Wow! This video really brought tears to my eyes I cannot believe I’ve been following y’all’s journey for so long. And to see the adoption be finalized warmed my heart. Congratulations guys! The kiddos are adorable and look so happy ❤️
