      Tou Xiong its not a sustainable lifestyle so its not a fix and if you dont eat 7 meals a day you wont have to do an hour of cardio every day(also doing long cardio sessions isnt effective you need to do high intensity for a short amount of time)

      It's healthier, but there's no doubt it's second to beef. Beef is lean meat and higher in protein content, I love both but one is definitely the preferred option. Still both fall behind fish.

      Chicken has a better amino acid profile than beef. But all in all their probably pretty equal + just drink whole milk.

    His after photo looked a little bit lack-luster, but on the actual show he definitely looked a lot more full and muscular than he does in his after photo. Maybe he took his after photo right after he woke up while he was dehydrated and not pumped because he felt he looked leaner or something and wanted to show that off. I agree his after picture looks like he lost muscle, but it also looks like he's a lot more pumped up in the before photo

    • @NoahOD_22

    Everyone out here hating, Rocks got crazy good genes and took steroids early on in his career but the man’s just outworked people for years now. Get to the gym, have his charisma so you can make the bank he does and maybe you’ll see the same result. But you won’t because nobody has the combination of time, money and drive that the Rock does, it’s that simple.

    He got definate results but working out without the diet would too it just takes longer. He had trouble finding time to eat but most people work full time jobs and could never maintain that type of commitment. The Rock does know his stuff so much other celebrities call him up for advise like Hugh Jackman.

    Everyone’s claiming steroids and no shit the rock is on the juice, but it’s not a crazy amount and people are using it as an excuse, the rock wakes up at 4 and trains every morning and works harder than most everyone in the business. So I’m not sure why everyone’s so quick to bash a man that works harder than them, with or without juice.

      Disregard Kevin Durant . Dwayne is a complete disservice to society. How many people do you think he dragged with him to the path of steroid use? Probably dozens if not hundreds of young men. Videos like this will have people try it out, and of course they will not get results eating all of this food without steroids (so they will then try steroids and destroy their health). The point is, I don't care how hard Dwayne works out, he sets a terrible example and sets young men (who are desperate to look like him) in a terrible path.

    • @AlexOwen012
      @AlexOwen012 6 років тому

    • @misohungry802
      @misohungry802 6 років тому +4

      george mendez isn’t it just the total amount of calories though? How many times you eat doesn’t matter ..

    • @georgemendez3266
      @georgemendez3266 6 років тому +14

      Miso Hungry EXACTY! Which is why 2 big meals is much more convenient than 6-7 small meals through out the day. Well for me, if you enjoy 6-7 meals do you, I’ll do what works best for me.

    • @printthis821
      @printthis821 6 років тому +2

      Miso Hungry it is about total calories but also the less you eat and if you use intermittent fasting as a tool for reducing calories your insulin levels will remain low so your body will look to fat more for fuel. Us normal people who have to work and have normal lives have no time to be eating 6 meals a day.

    • @JeremyWilliamson
      @JeremyWilliamson 6 років тому

      Both ways are fine... but if one's body is used to either one and has become monotonous, then the OTHER is the better choice for a while. After it becomes monotonous, then switch it up for more results. Neither one is "bad". Pizza tastes good, but if you eat it every day, all day then the savor becomes BORING.

    • @yezzzsir
      @yezzzsir 6 років тому +1

      @ Miso Hungry. Frankly no it isn't about calories at all. Your body does not have calorie receptors or care less how many you consume, it will regulate itself based on how much energy & nutrition is available. Eating throughout the day spikes your Insulin (regardless of what you are eating) and your body does not really have any time to start burning your stored Glycogen and then dip into your fat reserves. Intermittent fasting firstly gives your body a break from constantly having to spend time breaking down the endless food people shove down their throats + time for your Insulin levels to drop so you can start burning stored resources.

    The Rock can also afford to take the time off between projects, movies, appearances etc. to spend a couple of weeks straight doing nothing but working out at the gym.
    If everyone could get paid more, so that they could work fewer hours (and still get paid the same in the end. $8/hr for 4 hours of work VS $4/hr for 8 hours of work, you're still gonna make the same $32, just in half the time) then people would have more time to live their lives and enjoy them and take care of themselves.

      Akalion The most popular Intermittent Fasting program is 16 hours of no eating and 8 hours of eating. Also, that guy should have done less calories in my opinion to look more lean.

    • @akalion213
      @akalion213 6 років тому

      And literally the only thing that IF achieves is you consuming fewer total calories.

    • @Ryan-jx4vh
      @Ryan-jx4vh 6 років тому

      Akalion The idea is during the 16 hours of fasting your body turns to fat to burn for energy. The other concept is you only have 8 hours to eat and aren’t eating as much. You still need to maintain a caloric deficit for sure. Not saying it is a magic formula, but it has helped a lot of people on a long term eating plan that is easy to do.

    • @akalion213
      @akalion213 6 років тому

      Right, but the primary reason for their weight loss is fewer calories. The fat burned while fasting doesn't account to anything.

    It's always about getting that food in. How do you get that much lean meat/ fish in? One or two hours in the gym is nothing compared to all that prep and consumption. Plus Dwayne is a rich fucker so he doesn't even have to do the shopping and prep anymore.
