This is so inspiring and what I like is that you can see the reality of REALLY working out. It's not just all lean muscle tones and abs, dance music and smiling encouraging trainers. The sweat literally flying off The Rock's face is what it means to go all out. My kids do not understand how I can be dripping after the exact same HIIT we do together, but I tell them it is the way you do it: between a faster pace, full extensions and proper technique, against an easier version of the reps at a slower pace. As for why I exercise everyday, they would not understand; only those that exercise do.
