the antarctica peninsula does have places that are worm enough to have plants.
A remote island with high mountains (to protect against Tsunamis) would be the most ideal. Ideally, a country that is not surrounded by warring countries. That said, I'd say New Zealand would be the top pick for me, as it has both of those security features.

Better have years worth of supplies, able to sustain severe cold, know how to survive in that climit in regards to finding food, the best shelter from heavy snowfall, strong storm wind gusts, degrees below 0, knowing all survival actions that needs to know in order to survive the Antarctica, and boats being hit by rocks, or ther boats, or huge ice burgers that move. Plus the U.S has bases there, so who knows what could happen in the Antarctica's if WW3 breaks out....
