Hi! I’ve been doing your barre workouts for a few years now but recently got into your floor barres and theraband videos. So good! I got injured during a show rehearsal right before the quarantine started and couldn’t really do much with my upper body and the floor barres were amazing at helping me stay in shape while my shoulder healed. Anyways just wanted to say thanks for all the amazing content!

Wow!! what a great workout!!! I recently moved and haven't found a studio that has barre classes ! I wanted to build strength so that I can dance better and I found you!! I also noticed that you have a Lazy dancer Studio but it has a monthly charge, I was wondering what does the studio offer that isn't already on this page for free?

Can you give me some advice?When i look my legs from the front they are ok,they aren't muscular but when I look fromthe front my quadriceps are veri pronounced
Istrech a lot ,I wanna lean it,to have a ballerina legs,you must have strong legs,but when viewed from the side you don't have a prounounced quadriceps as it doesn't exsist

Floor barres are the worst!! ahahah I was pooped too half way through too! Try to lean back slightly to give your legs a bit more room, that means lots of control in your abs! You can do it! Lots of love Alessia :)

I can't do the plies on the stomach, I don't understand it. It feels like a structural thing where I can't pull my knees into frog without moving my hips up

Your comments are ignorant. Having a large butt has nothing to do with having "class" - Alessia's body comes from decades of training as a ballerina and having the ideal body for the ballet world - but even with challenges as she's said in her Q&A. All bodies are valid.

Best way to recover! Good choice Jingquing! Avoid as much as possible to put too much weight on the ankle and use floor exercises, pilates, gyrotonics and floor barres to keep all the muscles active. When I had my ankle injury I used to go to the swimming pool too and do barre in the water. The absence of gravity helps a great deal. Marie, that was the plan, but i didn't have tracks long enough to fit every exercise, it was taking me so long to plan that decided to just go for the exercises by themselves. Wish I had a pianist playing live with me! :) One day! Hope you enjoyed it anyways! :D Love Alessia :)
