Yay! Another class! I love floor barre even though they can be difficult at times. After all, no pain no gain. And thank you, Ms. Margot, for politely leaving so as not to laugh at or mock us humans who struggle to move and workout without gravity.
I tried this today and it was amazing, I actually was waiting for it since the last basic barre, that one i did a couple of times, it really makes you focus on the muscles and the turnout. Thank you Alessia
I do these exercises every day and I like ballet. I used to think that ballet is just an easy and simple sport for litte girls. I can't believe how stupid and ignorant I was. Ballet looks beautiful and sweet but it's very difficult and that's why I love ballet. It really makes me stronger and I feel happiness when I dance. It's actually my favorite dance now. I like dance in beautiful and girly way.

Hi Alessia! While doing the passe I find it very difficult to keep my leg in right position without escaping the hip. Is there any way to improve it and does it depend on my flexibility?

I was looking for a simple but effective floor barre, because I've hurt my foot and can't do standing barre. This was perfect. Thank you. :)
This is really great for an old dancer with bunions and foot problems, sometimes my feet hurt too much to do standing barre, loved this!
