My five year old became obsessed with Leap! and I needed ways to help her develop her beginning skills for classes this fall. Your whole channel is amazing! I am able to foster my little girls fascination with ballet without having any experience myself. Thank you!

Sarah I wish your little girls to become the next generation of happy ballerinas! Tell them to keep dancing and enjoy every step, tutu and music! Keep pointing toes and walk tall like princesses :D
Lots of love to you and the girls

Thank you so very much for this! I started ballet for beginners just before COVID last year. Unfortunately, the classes got cancelled so I am very happy to have found you, Alessia! I'll keep on looking for more of your beginners' classes. Grazzie mille!!!!

I picked this because it was short and sounded easy enough. Boy was I wrong. I never did dance. I was a cheerleader, but I now have a while new respect for ballerinas.

i have always had awful turnout. I had decent hamstring flexibility but tight hips. This kind of work would have been great back in high school and college. It will be interesting how my legs and hips feel tomorrow, but I can tell this could still help me in my middle age. I love the looks your cat gives you when you join him (her?) on the floor. It's like you're really invading his space down there.

It was really hard... I started with improving technique video first and found this video later, but I think I have to do this routine along with the other one 'cause it improved my posture to the right one on each steps. Thanks a lot always !

A parte l'effettiva utilità del video che continuo a ripetere perché è molto formativo, MA CHE BELLO E' sentir parlare italiano?

being seated is, definitively, proven to be very bad for so many spines that this would be better done lying down

turn out is genetically limited by the length of the femur neck and, therefore, has nothing to do with a person's effort
