Amen 🙏🏼! A small group of us are talking about this right now. One of the things I most wanted to know was why were there so many books written now in our time that would lead us from the truth God had already given to the Early Pioneers of Faith? What other things could there be said, when the Light was already given to the Early Pioneers? I wasted so much money buying books that led me off track, and the Truth was with and given to the Early Pioneers. I wanted to study what our Early Pioneers studied and experience what they experienced in learning this Truth. All I wanted is the Truth, and all this time it was hidden or covered up because no one is teaching or preaching about it. This is so deceiving, but I Praise God for finding this video that teaches where to begin and the path to tread on to learn this Truth. Thank God for raising these Pioneers and uncovering the Truth that was so long hidden from us all. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😇
Exactly 💯. Remember the infiltration of the Jesuits are the cause of all these so called new truths to do away with the early advent messages and promote their agenda. When satan attacks the true last day church? He'll intercept his henchmen right from the beginning and Ellen G White saw this through vision from God that these infiltrators were awaiting to infiltrate the SDA realm (General Conference). Ellen G White warned the church before she passed away.
Before every crisis, the Lord always sends a message to for warn His people. And for our generation, before the close of probation and the time of trouble (Daniel 12:1), God has given us the delineation of events(Dan 11:40-45) that lead to this great crisis and without understanding Daniel 11:40-45, we cannot engage in the necessary work of prepares. Adventist were given this privilige of proclaiming the most solemn message ever proclaimed, and to fulfil this commission we must go to the old paths, miller's principles , line upon line. May we all prayerfully seek to understand our present truth message. God's word will surely triumph!!
daniel ends about 456 after death of christ, revelations ends in 1844, when all churches were finished (cursed out). wrath of father begins for all the sins of man begins and christ trying to brunt the curse on his people from 1844, to save the 144000. who will die for his sake, then restored to fight the devil and be victorious, ( to be raised the last day for final battle and be victorious).
The 3AM is not in Daniel 11:40-45--the papacy, the king of the north is though.We can say it's connected because Scripture is a golden chain of truth. The next crisis is the Sunday Law--time of trouble--and Jesus' 2nd coming- God has already sent his warnings and prophet/messages through the Bible and Ellen G. White.before this though, EGW speaks of a little time of trouble, and I think we must be very close to it, because every year brings worse disasters, violence, along with the anger of nations. Even just the traffic here in Sacramento is really bad, and I'm hoping God will open the way for me to live in the country. Unbeknownst to me, my present apt. is in a high crime area of town--my car was stolen in December--and found by the cops in January stripped so much, that I had to let it go, even though the engine and drive train were intact. Oh well, cars can be replaced...
Jer_6:16 Thus said the LORD, Stand you in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and you shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein. William Millers' rules of interpretation are excellent--but he was not yet born when Jeremiah said this!

So many precious truths in this documentary were only touched upon. That's not a criticism, only a comment on the broadness of the topics discussed. Hopefully all who watch this will be inspired and challenged to study further. Certainly awe-inspiring to consider how God is restoring His church, yet sad to consider how many will reject the means of their salvation which is this latter rain message that began in 1989. At 35:00 "...the 1843 chart was directed by the hand of the Lord...". Even the dimensions of the chart reveal a higher intelligence for they can be connected to the first 3 dates of the chart's central column. The chart was 3 feet 4 inches by 4 feet 7 inches or 40 by 55 solely in inches. If we take the 3 feet 4 inches by 4 feet 7 inches as representing 34 and 47 and add them together it comes to 81. This is the difference between 538 BC on the chart and 457 BC. If we calculate the area of the chart in inches, it comes to 2200 (40 x 55), which if we take as representative of 220, it is the difference between 677 BC and 457 BC. If we calculate the circumference of the chart (40+40+55+55) it comes to 190, which is the prophetic length of time in days of the seventh month movement from the first day of the first month, (April 19 1844, when the chart ceased to be a predictive 19th century powerpoint for the Millerite movement) to the tenth day of the seventh month.
Sounds like numerology to me. The dimensions of this chart has nothing to do with anything. I'm afraid you are misguided and uninformed.We need to be concentrating on the 3 angels messages--the enemy has you looking in the wrong place.

Souviens toi de ce qui est écrit : quand Dieu s'est présenté à Moïse ...Exo 3:14: "And God said to Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shall you say to the children of Israel, I AM has sent me to you." I'm confused! First you say Uriah Smith book "Daniel and the Revelation" is recommended by Ellen White, then you say he's wrong, so are you dissing Ellen White or just Uriah Smith? I mean seriously, how can we throw out what he says about the end and the king of the north and twist it into some spiritual meaning, which is directly against William Miller's rules to just switch up like that, when she, one who the church believes to be inspired by God, recommends the book? How can you twist this? 😢

30:53 What is the context in Isaia 28: 9+10? it sais: vers 13: "But the word of the Lord was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken." Why will that happen? This ministry has put away the real stone the real foundation - Christ - and replaced it with 2 Tables of prophecy.......
That is the way we should approach scripture and prophecy, never taking out of context the message of the scripture. For prophecy never is up for private interpretation, meaning that the bible should be used to describe itself. And just like when Christ faced Satan in the wilderness we should use scripture as the soul authority for the faith. It is written
55:22 What is the Biblical and Spirit of Prophecy evidence that The two charts become a symbol of the covenant relationship with Adventism? “And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the LORD your God.” (Ezekiel 20:20 KJV) 1:09:00 What is the difference between thought inspiration and person inspiration? "It is not the words of the Bible that are inspired, but the men that were inspired. Inspiration acts not on the man’s words or his expressions but on the man himself, who, under the influence of the Holy Ghost, is imbued with thoughts." Selected Messages From the Writings of Ellen G. White, Book 1, p21.
Thought inspiration teaches that there is an imperfectiectness that arises from the fallibility of the person's ability to put thoughts into words. Here is what Wikipedia says on thought inspiration. "Thought inspiration is a form of divine inspiration in which revelation takes place in the mind of the writer, as opposed to verbal inspiration, in which the word of God is communicated directly to the writer. The theologian George La Piana claims that after 19th century advancements in philological and historical criticism showed sacred books of different religions to be similar in form and content, the "theological doctrine of biblical inspiration which had put these books in a class by themselves underwent a rapid change, from 'verbal inspiration' to 'thought inspiration' and from 'thought inspiration' to a vague 'moral inspiration,' such as could be attributed to many a book of ancient philosophy or poetry."[1] "In one instance [2] Ellen White, a 19th-century Christian author, expressed it this way: ""The Bible is written by inspired men, but it is not God's mode of thought and expression. It is that of humanity. God, as a writer, is not represented. Men will often say such an expression is not like God. But God has not put Himself in words, in logic, in rhetoric, on trial in the Bible. The writers of the Bible were God's penmen, not His pen. Look at the different writers. "It is not the words of the Bible that are inspired, but the men that were inspired. Inspiration acts not on the man's words or his expressions but on the man himself, who, under the influence of the Holy Ghost, is imbued with thoughts. But the words receive the impress of the individual mind. The divine mind is diffused. The divine mind and will is combined with the human mind and will; thus the utterances of the man are the word of God." " Wikipedia Article on Thought Inspiration This teaching misrepresents what Ellen White is saying. For one, she clearly teaches that the words of man are the words of God. Also, Ellen White parallels the Scriptures with the nature of Christ. They are both divine and human. The Saviour took upon Himself the infirmities of humanity and lived a sinless life, that men might have no fear that because of the weakness of human nature they could not overcome. Christ came to make us "partakers of the divine nature," and His life declares that humanity, combined with divinity, does not commit sin. Also, the Bible teaches that "holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost." My position is that the Inspired writer is truly inspired. It is through this inspiration that God guides the writer in what he writes. This goes beyond the understanding or thoughts of the writer. Modern Adventism lessens the value of the sacred Scriptures by using the idea of thought inspiration. Itf their theory is true, there would be no reason to see in the Scriptures anything beyond the intent of the writer. Any insight that goes beyond what the writer would have understood would be an illusion. This affects how one interprets Scripture. Modern hermeneutics seeks to find what the writer meant. They do not believe that our understanding of the Scripture can go beyond the writers intent.
Reading the books of the New Testament, we probably asked ourselves more than once: *"Why 2000 years we do not see those miracles that accompanied the Сhurch of Christ in the I century, as described in the New Testament?"* Why do the so-called preachers of Christ have to prove that Jesus really existed and atheists boldly deny the historicity or divine origin of Christ? Maybe because the Сhurch of Christ has not existed for 2000 years? The Сhurch does not exist in the form in which it is presented in the books of the New Testament, but there are Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant and other christian sects claiming to be the place of the Church, but they not have the only thing that distinguishes the divine from the human and is characteristic of just the Сhurch of Christ -the reinforcement of the word with signs, that is, miracles (Mark 16:15-20). Therefore, some researchers doubt the historicity of Christ, and some of them are not opposed to declaring him a an ordinary philosopher, teacher. But even if Jesus were an ordinary philosopher, his disciples would be ordinary followers of Jesus. And they would not dare to write about the miracles that not only Jesus, but also his disciples, could perform. If there were the Church in our time as described by the authors of the New Testament books, where miracles are performed, the sick are healed, where prophesied, and the dead are raised, no one would doubt the historicity of Christ. Then there would be the same controversy throughout the world as in the first century - Jesus the Son of God or the false prophet who seduces the world by miracles. As a result, we can say that the emergence and development of christian sects and atheism was the result of the fact that over the 2000 years the Сhurch of Christ did not exist. Find *"The Mystery about the Church of Christ"* video on UA-cam, which shows the real causes of Christian sects and atheism. One cannot speculate on prophecy because the visions must be kept in tact. God talks to all believers. The Great Controversy said that Islam had died. The Church that taught us about Revelation 13 made the biggest mistake in theology because the leaders kept trying to find the date of Jesus' return.
Ellen White was speaking of Islam as being dead or dying like the preaching of the cross is foolishness to those who are quickly dying, but to those who believe it is the salvation of God unto righteousness.

Seventh Day Adventists built their church on a false prophecy. Instead of recognizing William Miller as a false prophet and his failed prophecy of 1844, the Adventists built their church on this false message. Deut 18:20-22 But the prophet who presumes to speak a word in my name that I have not commanded him to speak, or who speaks in the name of other gods, that same prophet shall die.' And if you say in your heart, 'How may we know the word that the LORD has not spoken?'- when a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the word does not come to pass or come true, that is a word that the LORD has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously. You need not be afraid of him.
First of all, he wasn't prophesying, he was interpreting prophecy, therefore he's not adding to the bible anything that was not there, he just reached the wrong conclusion. I'm sure that in the history of the christian church there have been PLENTY of people who have reached the wrong conclusion about what the bible says, especially in prophecy. How many times have futurists like Tim LaHaey, John Hagee and all the futurists have had to reinterpret prophecy? I bet it's more than one. Also, adventists basically reinterpreted this prophecy of Dan. 8:14 once, and have consistently preached their understanding for almost two centuries. So, it's not built on a false message, but the wrong interpretation gave them motive to study again and correct the errors of the past interpretations. Granted, if there's anything else you believe SDAs teach that are error, please indulge us. FYI, just so you know, this video does not hold the official positions of the church, if you couldn't catch that, so there would be two things to debate if you want, so pick which, if you'd like to engage.
@@marceloplioplis4393 -The scriptures do not make the fine distinctions you wish to make of those setting dates. A person making a promise of a future event such as 1844 is a clear example of a false prophecy. Your church apparently looks at date setting and failed dates as I do: Let all our brethren and sisters beware of anyone who would set a time for the Lord to fulfill His word in regard to His coming, or in regard to any other promise He has made of special significance. “It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in His own power.” False teachers may appear to be very zealous for the work of God, and may expend means to bring their theories before the world and the church; but as they mingle error with truth, their message is one of deception, and will lead souls into false paths. Testimonies to Ministers and Gospel Workers. Ellen G. White. 1923. P. 55 [Nearly a full-page article showing Mormons and Joseph Smith a false prophet for failed date predictions] “We give that part of the " Revelation " pertaining to the late Civil War, also a repetition of it made in 1843; and we quote-them as evidence that Mr. Smith was not a true prophet: -" Advent Review and Sabbath Herald. He does not say “Well, this excludes those interpreting prophecy.” No, Jesus ways beware of false prophets. Mat 7:15-20 "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will recognize them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? So, every healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit. A healthy tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a diseased tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus you will recognize them by their fruits. 2 Peter_2:1 But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction.
@@AcademyApologia "A person making a promise of a future event such as 1844 is a clear example of a false prophecy." You can say this is a bad interpretation of the verse and a misuse of the prophecy of Daniel 8:14, but not that the prediction is a prophecy in and of itself. Your second statement didn't even come from EGW. On the first, yes she condemns those to set dates, but at the beginning of the millerite movement Ellen was just a child and her and family came into the movement later. Her understanding of not setting time happened after the disappointment. As for the error of the millerites, the prophecies continue to be in the bible and will remain there forever. Should not a single person reinterpret the prophecies because someone made the wrong application of it? That is senseless. I'm trying to understand your real issue against this. For protestants believe that the bible and the bible only should be our rule of faith and that "all Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness". So because the millerites made predictions that didn't come true, we are now not allowed to reinterpret those prophecies? And remember, if you follow the argument of the video, the prophecies are prophecies of time. Daniel 8 and 9 are time prophecies. Most protestants know that, even those that apply the illogical "gap theory" and interpret prophetic time as literal time don't deny these are time prophecies, so what are you going to do with a time prophecy? Ignore it or study to see which events happened at those particular times? So again, I'm not certain what your issue against this practice is, it seems you are just prejudiced against it, but you really have not prayerfully considered the inconsistency of your disdain toward studying time prophecies.
@@marceloplioplis4393 - Let me summarize: You say making a date future date prediction is simply an incorrect interpretation of prophecy which does not qualify as the person being a false prophet. Ellen White, as quoted in the previous post, it is clear that making predictions of the Lords future return is the work of zealous false teachers mixing error with truth and leading people on false paths. The editor of the R&H declares the Mormons and Joseph a false prophet for his failed Civil War prediction. This is what we call a double standard. Adventists and friends of Adventists can make prophetic predictions but when others do so they are false prophets. You excuse EGW’s age for her statement cited in “Testimonies to Ministers and Gospel Workers.” You again read into words and actions which are not in Adventist literature. Your won book (27 Beliefs page 244) states EGW had the Spirit of Prophecy since 1844 (27 Beliefs-page 244). Where in this book (27 beliefs) does it excuse her youth? Adventists are not Christian because they have a different Jesus and a different gospel. That is the point. Your religion is built on a false prophet and more specifically your religion is based on a re-interpretation of the failed 1844 false prophecy by Hiram Edson’s vision in a corn field that was then confirmed with a vision by EGW who was surrounded by anti-trinitarians who likewise show their inability to understand the Scriptures. 2 Peter_2:1 But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. 2 Cor. 13:5 Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?-unless indeed you fail to meet the test!
@@AcademyApologia You’ve said a lot of different things, many of them unrelated to the topic, so let me see if I can respond one by one. “You say making a date future date prediction is simply an incorrect interpretation of prophecy which does not qualify as the person being a false prophet. Ellen White, as quoted in the previous post, it is clear that making predictions of the Lords future return is the work of zealous false teachers mixing error with truth and leading people on false paths… Your won book (27 Beliefs page 244) states EGW had the Spirit of Prophecy since 1844 (27 Beliefs-page 244). Where in this book (27 beliefs) does it excuse her youth?” A: What I said and you mentioned before is that the millerites predicted the “return” of Christ before EGW had received any visions or dreams. As early as 1818, Miller worked out that Christ would re-turn in the 1840s. After he began preaching and received his credentials in 1831, the movement kept growing, and between 1840-1844 it grew exponentially worldwide. Samuel Snow, as is shown in this video was the one that predicted the Lord’s return to 10/22/1844, that had been after an earlier dis-appointment in April 19, 1844. Miller struggled to accept a specific date and only ultimately accepted it soon before October 22. Ellen White did not receive any visions or dreams at all prior to the disap-pointment, so again, how can she be a false prophet if she wasn’t even a prophet back then? She didn’t predict the Lord’s return, she accepted it as millions of others did too, and were bitterly disap-pointed when they realized they were mistaken. Who in the history of the world cannot be allowed to repent from error? So I fail to see your point. “The editor of the R&H declares the Mormons and Joseph a false prophet for his failed Civil War prediction. This is what we call a double standard.” A: Again, look at the date. 1909. None of the Adventists after 1844 EVER set a date for Christ’s re-turn. They learned their lesson, so there is no double standard at all. “Adventists are not Christian because they have a different Jesus and a different gospel. That is the point.” Come again? Who is the Jesus we follow that is different from Catholics/Protestants? Does our Je-sus reside in the Gospel of Thomas? Not so. We reject the apocrypha as inspired, but the catholics don’t. Do we believe Jesus broke God’s law while on earth? No we don’t, and that’s something protestants in many places believe. So again, we are not the ones with a different Jesus. The rest of Christianity is. Different gospel? How so? “Your religion is built on a false prophet and more specifically your religion is based on a re-interpretation of the failed 1844 false prophecy by Hiram Edson’s vision in a corn field that was then confirmed with a vision by EGW who was surrounded by anti-trinitarians who likewise show their in-ability to understand the Scriptures.” A: You’ve utterly failed to point out how EGW is a false prophet so far, so I’m waiting, I guess, for a good reasonable argument. So, because someone else had a vision then confirmed by EGW, this is somehow wrong? How does Peter mention the Holy Spirit is poured out? How does Joel? So again, visions and dreams are a biblical method by which God manifests himself to his people, so the bur-den is on you to disprove these visions, which you have not done so at all. So, EGW was surrounded by anti-trinitarians who can’t understand scripture. Ok, then show me how this matters because the church quickly sifted away this anti-trinitarian belief, then what is left is for you to prove how we don’t understand scriptures, which you have not done at all. “. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?-unless indeed you fail to meet the test!” A: Amen! Have you done that yourself? Have you examined yourself if you truly are in the faith? There are many false prophets there who bring destructive heresies like eternal hell, im-mortality of the soul, and many other false teachings. Watch out. You will bring on yourself swift destruction.
The author missed an important milestone. At the Dallas general conference session the SDA leaders voted in new doctrines and in 1988 the book "seventh day adventists believe" was published.
1957 is correct to reject the proposition of christ in most holy place, since 1844. it is false, thets the risen savior job, in 1844 he came out of the most holy place having cleansed to heavenly church. he can worship his father there than on earth( having placed earth in his fathers hand ).
I don't believe he is correct on the biblical hermeneutics being taught in the churches; perhaps in the universities and colleges but not in the churches that I have seen. I have been an Adventist since 1980 and all the Millerite established historicist pillars are unchanged in the churches. The sanctuary is still taught as it was since 1844; the founding pillars of the Sabbath and righteousness by faith remain the same also. All these have been the light shed unto the feet of Adventist since 1844 and without that light still shining to light the path upward, all would have been lost. The problems he describes is not so much in the 'churches' as much as it is in the leadership, scholars, and teachers of Biblical principles of hermeneutics. This does not and has not carried down into the individual churches to the congregants in the pews. Theirs is still based on the Bible which is the sure footing of faith in salvation. The spirit of prophecy is the added light upon those scriptures hard to understand, Adventist refer to the spirit of prophecy instead of some scholar or intellectual of philosophy in church leadership. With both the Scripture and SOP and the historicist view established by W. Miller and our founding fathers in the faith the vast majority of Adventist are not confused by the pastors with Catholic theological interpretations or fallen Babylon or Protestant futurism or Preterism. As for 9/11 being the beginning of the Later Rain; I am skeptical to say the least. Also to this being the last generation because its the 'fourth' makes me skeptical again. Yes the end is near so very near, we should be getting ready purging all sin and wrong behaviors, as well as establishing a strong personal relationship with Christ; and going about with the love of Christ in our hearts for the souls of men like never before, because time is so short. If we are about our Fathers work in the vineyard, then let the latter rain come as it may that we may go forth with the loud cry that all that can be saved from destruction shall be saved as they call upon the name of the Lord and find the love of the truth in His Word for this time and not receive of the plagues soon to fall.
The early showers of the latter rain,began falling when the great buildings of New York City were burnt down.References are YRP296.3,LS411.5 and 9T 11-15. I urge you to watch Jeff's video entitled "Habakkuk's Two Tables video 7" ,its about the early and latter rain
It’s a well established fact that Righteousness by Faith was rejected in the 1888 Conference. So what does the church teach about it today? If, as you say, we are to spread the love of Jesus, I have to ask ... which Jesus? The problem within Adventism is that there is far too much diversity in what is being claimed as “truth”. So do we preach a diversity of truths to the world? Do we preach your truth? My truth? How confusing is this to those we wish to bring in? Would you adopt a child into a house that is a mess, or clean the mess first? The answer to these questions are found in the historic lines of the past reformers. What did the pioneers do before going out to the world? What did the disciples do before going out to the world? The work begins internally first, to develop and and purify the message before it goes out in a confused manner. Adventism, overall, is too proud to admit our own mistakes (or even acknowledge our Laodicean condition) , and therefore we preach a false gospel (truth mixed with error). God is working to do exactly what He has always done. While some run forward with an undeveloped, or impure message, He is refining a final movement (144,000) to cooperate with Him in developing the latter rain message. And just as this message could not be established among the haughty and proud Scribes & Pharisees, it cannot be established among the haughty and proud SDA theologians, leaders , and many Pastors. God confounds the wise with the foolish. God passes over those who have held the solemn responsibility of teaching pure doctrine (latter rain) after His time for them is reached (ie: 70 week prophecy). And when those in great positions of responsibility are passed over, God confounds then by doing His great work through the less likely candidates... revealing the lack of internal change by those found too proud to do the work. 1 Corinthians 1 26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: 27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; 28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are.

I really want to say that this vid is great . And it is ONLY FOR SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST PEOPLE. I feel unconfortable every time i receive a visit from an elder of the Mormon church. The reason is that if we want to study bible , a couple of minutes later he is using Joseph Smith book. What is the difference with us??? Every time i heard any Ellen White statement of any book she has , i feel the same way than with my elder mormon friend. Can we be sure of our believes, without the help of any book of Ellen G White??Are we capable of use history, or science in nature to show how God is, his character, can we show him without the use of any Ellen White statements...just bible and nature (his creation also)????If you go to history of our church, and see what happened with sister White, every time the people inside church tried to use her statements as "the Lord has said", you see that even she was not happy about that. Today we also have bibles that every text in them has a comentary on it, and people think that her view is the only view that's right. Don't misunderstand me i don't have anything against sister White. But let her take the place she has deserves in bible interpretacion. She is a Woman and the Spirit wants to work on every one just as He did with her. Will we let the Spirit work on US or we prefer to just let Him work on Sister white ONLY??
We automatically think that anyone who calls themselves a Christian will not say they have any external authority source other than the bible. It seems that is a very protestant thinking though because catholics for example, believe in tradition and the words of the pope supersede the bible in certain cases. Same with Mormons. JS "corrected" the bible in the book of Mormon, you can't read just the bible to make up a LDS belief. And protestants will treat some of their own founding fathers as prophets, at least in practice if not by name. Calvinists will hardly ever give credit to an armenian worldview and most armenians would hold what Luther, Wesley and others have said very dearly, hardly ever denying what these reformers have written. In the case of EGW, first of all, we should use the bible to measure up whether she is a prophet to begin with. And it has to be done the same way we look into and accept biblical evidence. The same principles have to apply to her and any other person who claims to prophesy including biblical prophets. If they are contrary to scripture, then we must reject them. One can argue whether or not some of her writings contradict the bible, and we must study that out and come to a conclusion ourselves. Then, if that hurdle is solved it's time to realize whether we should quote her freely or not. If she was inspired by the same Holy Spirit as biblical prophets, why not cite her? The hurdle of course is to do an exhaustive research on all she said about a certain subject so that we don't misquote her or place on her a burden greater than the one she put on herself, which was that we must always uphold the bible and its teachings and not Mrs. White's own teachings. Not that they would differ, but when it's all said and done, we must use her as a prophetic voice that always calls us back to God and the bible. And remember she never, ever says anything in the bible is wrong, in need of revision or etc... Of course then comes the final obstacle and that is, "does my conclusion based on my research jive with biblical teachings and her own writings?" Sometimes it won't. Sometimes we will hold on to preconceived ideas and opinions that we will pretend White and the bible agree with when in reality they don't, so we must be real careful with that. We must be humble to accept we're wrong whatever side of the pendulum we are in regarding the topics on this video.
What inevitably happens is that the serpent turns people away from focusing on the message and directs them to focus upon the messenger and it happens with sickening regularity. Yet millions of people will be saved without one reference to Ellen White who wrote on the principles of Godly character taken from the Bible, all of which she tied right back into the scriptures from whence they came. While it's not at all necessary to know anything about the Spirit of Prophecy, it is however salvation to learn, understand and to follow all the principles that flow from the throne of the universe and which are completely encapsulated in the perfect reflection of the Father and His Character in the face of Yahshua His Only Begotton Son and our Saviour, the world's Redeemer.
In your mind,how about in Christ's mind.Have you read the above quotations that have been referenced? I urge you to go through them and truly see for yourself that 9/11 was a turning point in both the history of the church and of the world.
The 9/11 was given to sis White in vision. Pls read LDE Ch 8; but this is the 9/11 vision: New York City God has not executed His wrath without mercy. His hand is stretched out still. His message must be given in Greater New York. The people must be shown how it is possible for God, by a touch of His hand, to destroy the property they have gathered together against the last great day.-Manuscript Releases 3:310, 311 (1902). - {LDE 112.3} I have no light in particular in regard to what is coming on New York, only that I know that one day the great buildings there will be thrown down by the turning and overturning of God’s power.... Death will come in all places. This is why I am so anxious for our cities to be warned.-The Review and Herald, July 5, 1906. - {LDE 112.4} On one occasion, when in New York City, I was in the night season called upon to behold buildings rising story after story toward heaven. These buildings were warranted to be fireproof, and they were erected to glorify their owners and builders.... - {LDE 113.1} The scene that next passed before me was an alarm of fire. Men looked at the lofty and supposedly fireproof buildings and said: “They are perfectly safe.” But these buildings were consumed as if made of pitch. The fire engines could do nothing to stay the destruction. The firemen were unable to operate the engines.-Testimonies for the Church 9:12, 13 (1909). - {LDE 113.2}
I appreciate your right to say “this 9/11 thing is false in your mind”. But for yourself, I encourage you to study it out. This event isn’t understood without evidence. When 9/11 happened, they didn’t look to see if they could make it fit with some bible or SOP text. It was the studying of the bible and SOP along side our foundational understandings that inevitably pointed to the events that transpired on 9/11 as being the only possible fulfillment. Study the 7 trumpets and three woes. Review our pioneer understanding. I’m always surprised at the lack of willingness in the Adventist church to believe that God is continuing to work within this church to bring to light prophetic understanding. We are counselled to test all things. Sure, when we hear a theory our initial reaction might be skepticism, and that is healthy. But do a sincere critical and objective investigation for your self. If I didn’t do this I would have never became a Christian, or an Adventist. And I could have no hope in progressing into God’s final remnant. Push forward my brother. Be a Daniel! The diligence that God requests should always be exercised :)
@@watchwomanwhatofthenight1426 Thanks for taking the time to respond to me. I think you mean well, and that I appreciate. I do believe that there has been a turning point for the world post 9/11. In a way what the SDA church pushed through is very pivotal also. nonetheless, the SDA church has been in apostasy for many years before 9/11.
Just keep in mind what our Pioneer's believed about the tradition of Catholicism, namely the false, pagan doctrine of the Trinity heresy, and how it has been accepted and adopted by the Roman Catholic Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Agree. The SDA GC is apostate. Preaching another gospel and worshipping another God, called Trinity. RCSDA for sure brother. Our church pioneers had it right but as they slept, the enemy came in and sowed tares among the wheat. Our religion was changed and books of a new order written just as Sister White warned us over 100 years ago. The new SDA movement cannot be stopped. God will use those with His name (Jah - Psalms 68:4) written in their foreheads to receive the latter rain, and preach the true gospel and call those out of Babylon. We have more to fear from within the church than from without....just like what the Pharisees did to the Son of God.
First off, this should be mandatory viewing for all SDAs. With that said, unfortunately the followers of Pippinger use every opportunity to showcase their most treasured doctrine, the 2520. James White’s article from 1864 clearly refutes this “prophecy” that has no definitive start or end milestone as per scripture. The presenters argue that the Bible is inspired (i.e. every word), but then they have to make exceptions for the 2520 since the Hebrew word for “times” (sheh vah) in Lev 26 is not the same word that was used in Daniel 7 to denote prophetic time (moh gehd). The context of the first word is a definitive time period, but this group excuses that inconvenient detail by claiming that the article by actually written by Uriah Smith. The 2300 year prophecy is truth and it doesn’t require the 2520 to prove its validity. Ellen White was inspired, but she herself calls her own works the “lesser light”. This seems to be an additional stumbling block to this group as well. The Bible is the primary light.
If you ignore Lev 26, is it possible to find any 2520 in the Bible? Like Daniel 4 for example? I'm not talking about years, I'm just looking for the number 2520. From the perspective of many people who denies the prophecy of 2520, they can't deny the number as real for 2 major aspects: Daniel 4 and the two 1260. 1260 of pagan supremacy + 1260 of papal supremacy = 2520 years since the people of God got scattered. Something that is really relevant is the EGW's first vision talking about the narrow path in relation to the midnight cry message. You can find that in Early Writing page 14, I think. Making the right questions to the text, you will start to see the relevance of her writings helping us to connect the past truth with the new light which comes from Jesus. If we deny the old light, we will lose Jesus from our sight and we will fall apart from the narrow path in the world. What was that message that if I deny I will lose Jesus? He is not only the path or the life, but also, He is the truth. The prophets can't contradict themselves. The same spirit who inspired the prophets in the past was the same who inspired EGW. I wonder what this expression "lesser light" really means. 🤔
Ana Castro: My point was I don’t believe that there is a scriptural basis to say that the 2520 is some “testing truth”. This is what members of this group have articulated to me. It could be valid, but there also exists some evidence in the Bible to the contrary. Ellen White says that we need to focus on Present Truth, and the 2520 is not included. We need not wonder what “lesser light” is, as EGW tells us plainly: “Little heed is given to the Bible, and the Lord has given a lesser light to lead men and women to the greater light”. So her writings were to draw us to the Bible, not to be be used to prove theory X or Y. That is not what she wanted and she stated that many times.
@@cristinaiftinca696 For her to be a light that carries the Bible that says: Jesus and all the heavenly host looked with sympathy and love upon those who had with sweet expectation longed to see Him whom their souls loved. Angels were hovering around them, to sustain them in the hour of their trial. Those who had neglected to receive the heavenly message were left in darkness, and God’s anger was kindled against them, because they would not receive the light which He had sent them from heaven. Those faithful, disappointed ones, who could not understand why their Lord did not come, were not left in darkness. Again they were led to their Bibles to search the prophetic periods. The hand of the Lord was removed from the figures, and the mistake was explained. They saw that the prophetic periods reached to 1844, and that the same evidence which they had presented to show that the prophetic periods closed in 1843, proved that they would terminate in 1844. Light from the Word of God shone upon their position, and they discovered a tarrying time-“Though it [the vision] tarry, wait for it.” In their love for Christ’s immediate coming, they had overlooked the tarrying of the vision, which was calculated to manifest the true waiting ones. Again they had a point of time. Yet I saw that many of them could not rise above their severe disappointment to possess that degree of zeal and energy which had marked their faith in 1843. {EW 236.1} Satan and his angels triumphed over them, and those who would not receive the message congratulated themselves upon their farseeing judgment and wisdom in not receiving the delusion, as they called it. They did not realize that they were rejecting the counsel of God against themselves, and were working in union with Satan and his angels to perplex God’s people, who were living out the heaven-sent message. {EW 236.2} The believers in this message were oppressed in the churches. For a time, those who would not receive the message were restrained by fear from acting out the sentiments of their hearts; but the passing of the time revealed their true feelings. They wished to silence the testimony which the waiting ones felt compelled to bear, that the prophetic periods extended to 1844. With clearness the believers explained their mistake and gave the reasons why they expected their Lord in 1844. Their opposers could bring no arguments against the powerful reasons offered. Yet the anger of the churches was kindled; they were determined not to listen to evidence, and to shut the testimony out of the churches, so the others could not hear it. Those who dared not withhold from others the light which God had given them, were shut out of the churches; but Jesus was with them, and they were joyful in the light of His countenance. They were prepared to receive the message of the second angel. {EW 237.1} The human being, with his own opinions, says that in Lev 26 there is no prophecy of time, but it says that THE PROPHETIC PERIODS were closed in 1844. This statement destroys any argument that there is no period of 2520. It is necessary to cancel this EGW writing to say that there is no prophecy in Lev 26. You said: Ellen White says that we need to focus on Present Truth, and the 2520 is not included. So, let me tell you this series of videos: ua-cam.com/video/YeByX6Fy_aw/v-deo.html You will see the application that exists from the 2520 in Spiritual Israel, which is part of the Present Truth. There are other videos that can help you! The Bible says: Jer 6:16 Thus saith the LORD, stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein. 2520 was part of our old paths and today different methods of Miller's are used to prove that this prophecy does not exist. Then Ellen White says, Of all the great religious movements since the days of the apostles, *none have been more free from human imperfection and the wiles of Satan than was that of the autumn of 1844*. Even now, after the lapse of many years, all who shared in that movement and who have stood firm upon the platform of truth still feel the holy influence of that blessed work and bear witness that it was of God. {GC 401.3} At the call, "The Bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet Him, "the waiting ones" arose and trimmed their lamps; "they studied the word of God with an intensity of interest before unknown. Angels were sent from heaven to arouse those who had become discouraged and prepared to receive the message. The work did not stand in the wisdom and learning of men, but in the power of God. It was not the most talented, but the most humble and devoted, who were the first to hear and obey the call. Farmers left their crops standing in the fields, mechanics laid down their tools, and with tears and rejoicing went out to give the warning. Those who were formerly led in the cause were among the last to join in this movement. The churches in general closed their doors against this message, and a large company of those who received it withdrew from their connection. In the providence of God this proclamation united with the second angel's message and gave power to that work. {GC 402.1} This movement was perfect. 2520 was part of the Midnight Cry . This is the article of Samuel Snow upon Midnight Cry. www.centrowhite.org.br/files/ebooks/apl/all/Snow/The%20True%20Midnight%20Cry,%20Vol.%201,%20No.%201%20(August%2022,%201844).pdf Obs: Sorry for my english.
Gabriel Santos Oliveira: While I appreciate your response, you have provided no additional biblical evidence to support the 2520. We can certainly take disparate EGW quotes and string together any doctrine we desire. That was the lesson we should have already learned by Leroy Froom. In the below EGW excerpt why would she omit the 2520 as the longest time prophecy? We shouldn’t have to jump through hoops or partake in mental gymnastics to try and make the 2520 work. The experience of the disciples, who preached the „gospel of the kingdom‟ at the first advent of Christ, had its counterpart in the experience of those who proclaimed the message of His second advent. As the disciples went out preaching, „The time is fulfilled, the kingdom of God is at hand,‟ so Miller and his associates proclaimed that the longest and last prophetic period brought to view in the Bible was about to expire, that the judgment was at hand, and the everlasting kingdom was to be ushered in. The preaching of the disciples in regard to time was based on the seventy weeks of Daniel 9. The message given by Miller and his associates announced the termination of the 2300 days of Daniel 8:14, of which the seventy weeks form a part. The preaching of each was based upon the fulfillment of a different portion of the same great prophetic period” (GC, p. 351).
@@cristinaiftinca696 In the quotation you just quoted ,Ellen White says the Millerites preached the longest time prophecy that was about to end.Going to Millerite history,the longest prophecy they preached was the 7 times of Leviticus 26,so contextually the longest time Ellen White is speaking about is 2520. She goes on to say the 70 weeks and the 2300 are each a part of that longest prophecy, according to your reasoning how can the 2300 be a part of itself?.If the 2300 is the longest prophecy in that passage then Ellen White's grammar is off,because she cannot say the 2300 is a part of itself.The 2300 can not be the longest.The quotation you have used works against your argument of denying the 2520 as a biblical prophecy. Now going to the issue of the 2520,Daniel 8:13 is the clue that unlocks it.Have you read it and understood the question that has its answer in Dan 8:14.Two saints ask each other for how long the "Daily and Transgression of desolation",will tread down the "host and sanctuary",the answer says unto 2300 days then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.What about the host ,was it to be trodden down for ever? Daniel 8:14 is a part answer to vs 13.If you could have an understanding of what happened to the host ,then you will realize that the Millerites "Philadelphian" church was far more advanced in understanding than Laodecians who think they know it all.

Praise God for the apparent hard work and efforts that went into the production of this film.

@@stevebilliter ; not only that; but he uses 538 B.C. instead of its relevance in prophetic history is 538 A.D, not B.C. So his 81 is incorrect by a millennium.
@@jamesbarfield1117 Yes you are correct. The decree of Justinian officially gave political power to the bishop of Rome in 538 AD beginning the 1260 years of a church/state alliance that ended in 1798 AD when Napoleon captured the pope.

Praise be to God. This accurate and thought provoking. I also find it very informative for every truth seeker.
As an Orthodox I have bones to pick with some of the theology here, but as a deep-dive into Adventism it’s absolutely spectacular
God is praised, Amen and Amen. Believe the prophets. 2 Chron 20:20 Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Thank you brethren for your message. We should study in the school of Christ only; not in the conventional school of men where truth is mingled with error. The father of lies is the instructor who has doubted Christ from the very beginning and who wanted to be next to God; that only belongs to Jesus our Lord. Precept upon precept, line upon line, here a little, there a little in Isa 28:13 is our guide to study the Scripture, and Thus saith the Lord will come out of our mouths.
This is such a blessing. So plain and simple. Praise God your work!!

C'est pas logique, ton argument pourquoi mettre tant d'importance à savoir son prénom, a bien prononcer son prénom ?
Alors qu'il nous réponds lorsque nous avions pas encore ouvert la Bible ??? Avec Notre Père .
Souviens toi de ce qui est écrit : quand Dieu s'est présenté à Moïse ...Exo 3:14: "And God said to Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shall you say to the children of Israel, I AM has sent me to you."
Et le fils du Père avant qu'il donne son dernier souffle : " Mat 27:46: "And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"
Verset. : Bible King James version

I'm confused! 😢
Actually, EG White said that the king of the north must be understood literally.

That is the way we should approach scripture and prophecy, never taking out of context the message of the scripture. For prophecy never is up for private interpretation, meaning that the bible should be used to describe itself. 55:22 What is the Biblical and Spirit of Prophecy evidence that The two charts become a symbol of the covenant relationship with Adventism? “And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the LORD your God.”

1:09:00 What is the difference between thought inspiration and person inspiration?
The theologian George La Piana claims that after 19th century advancements in philological and historical criticism showed sacred books of different religions to be similar in form and content, the "theological doctrine of biblical inspiration which had put these books in a class by themselves underwent a rapid change, from 'verbal inspiration' to 'thought inspiration' and from 'thought inspiration' to a vague 'moral inspiration,' such as could be attributed to many a book of ancient philosophy or poetry."[1]
"In one instance [2] Ellen White, a 19th-century Christian author, expressed it this way:
""The Bible is written by inspired men, but it is not God's mode of thought and expression.
The divine mind and will is combined with the human mind and will; thus the utterances of the man are the word of God."
" Wikipedia Article on Thought Inspiration
This teaching misrepresents what Ellen White is saying.
Also, the Bible teaches that "holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost."
My position is that the Inspired writer is truly inspired. They do not believe that our understanding of the Scripture can go beyond the writers intent.
the difference between review and herald and signs of the times, uriah smith, and james white argue for a decade

Your church apparently looks at date setting and failed dates as I do:
Let all our brethren and sisters beware of anyone who would set a time for the Lord to fulfill His word in regard to His coming, or in regard to any other promise He has made of special significance.
Ellen G. White. 1923. P. 55
[Nearly a full-page article showing Mormons and Joseph Smith a false prophet for failed date predictions]
“We give that part of the " Revelation " pertaining to the late Civil War, also a repetition of it made in 1843; and we quote-them as evidence that Mr. Smith was not a true prophet: -"
Advent Review and Sabbath Herald. January 7, 1909. P. 11
William Miller is a false teacher as stated by Ellen Whiter herself by the standards of the quote above from her book.
Lastly, Jesus wards of false prophets.
@@marceloplioplis4393 - Let me summarize:
You say making a date future date prediction is simply an incorrect interpretation of prophecy which does not qualify as the person being a false prophet.
Where in this book (27 beliefs) does it excuse her youth?”
A: What I said and you mentioned before is that the millerites predicted the “return” of Christ before EGW had received any visions or dreams.
This is what we call a double standard.”
A: Again, look at the date. 1909. None of the Adventists after 1844 EVER set a date for Christ’s re-turn. They learned their lesson, so there is no double standard at all.
“Adventists are not Christian because they have a different Jesus and a different gospel. That is the point.”
Come again? Who is the Jesus we follow that is different from Catholics/Protestants? Does our Je-sus reside in the Gospel of Thomas? Not so. We reject the apocrypha as inspired, but the catholics don’t. Do we believe Jesus broke God’s law while on earth? No we don’t, and that’s something protestants in many places believe. So again, we are not the ones with a different Jesus. The rest of Christianity is.
Different gospel? How so?
“Your religion is built on a false prophet and more specifically your religion is based on a re-interpretation of the failed 1844 false prophecy by Hiram Edson’s vision in a corn field that was then confirmed with a vision by EGW who was surrounded by anti-trinitarians who likewise show their in-ability to understand the Scriptures.”
A: You’ve utterly failed to point out how EGW is a false prophet so far, so I’m waiting, I guess, for a good reasonable argument.
“. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?-unless indeed you fail to meet the test!”
A: Amen! Have you done that yourself? Have you examined yourself if you truly are in the faith? There are many false prophets there who bring destructive heresies like eternal hell, im-mortality of the soul, and many other false teachings. Watch out. You will bring on yourself swift destruction.

the midnight cry is what ellen g white abandoned. in her books. she still regressed back to rome and methodist faith.
Ellen White believed in the Midnight Cry message given by Samuel S Snow ,till the very end.So i am wondering were you got your information
Statements without evidence are just doctrines of man.
Speak no foolishness!
You do spread falsehood Mr. Eric David. False accusation is breaking the 9th commandment.
The author missed an important milestone. At the Dallas general conference session the SDA leaders voted in new doctrines and in 1988 the book "seventh day adventists believe" was published.
1980 GC Conference changed the doctrines and moved the pillars of our faith.
@@debracollins4756 that is correct
"They pervert the gospel" this hit hard considering that the SDA church has a false gospel.
I have a simple question. How familiar are you with how the Millerites determined the start and end of the 2300 days?
1 Corinthians 1
26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are.

I beg to differ some adventist
Oh la la the dissident , always the same speach ..aie aie fed up
I really want to say that this vid is great .
This is so fake. It's so funny.
And that's funny right there I don't care when anybody says
I agree with most of this, but this 9/11 thing is false in my mind
Why do you see 9/11 false?
In your mind,how about in Christ's mind.Have you read the above quotations that have been referenced?
I urge you to go through them and truly see for yourself that 9/11 was a turning point in both the history of the church and of the world.
The 9/11 was given to sis White in vision. Pls read LDE Ch 8; but this is the 9/11 vision:
New York City
God has not executed His wrath without mercy. His hand is stretched out still. His message must be given in Greater New York. The people must be shown how it is possible for God, by a touch of His hand, to destroy the property they have gathered together against the last great day.-Manuscript Releases 3:310, 311 (1902). - {LDE 112.3}
I have no light in particular in regard to what is coming on New York, only that I know that one day the great buildings there will be thrown down by the turning and overturning of God’s power.... Death will come in all places. This is why I am so anxious for our cities to be warned.-The Review and Herald, July 5, 1906. - {LDE 112.4}
On one occasion, when in New York City, I was in the night season called upon to behold buildings rising story after story toward heaven. These buildings were warranted to be fireproof, and they were erected to glorify their owners and builders.... - {LDE 113.1}
The scene that next passed before me was an alarm of fire. Men looked at the lofty and supposedly fireproof buildings and said: “They are perfectly safe.” But these buildings were consumed as if made of pitch. The fire engines could do nothing to stay the destruction. The firemen were unable to operate the engines.-Testimonies for the Church 9:12, 13 (1909). - {LDE 113.2}
@@cristinaiftinca696 For her to be a light that carries the Bible that says:
Jesus and all the heavenly host looked with sympathy and love upon those who had with sweet expectation longed to see Him whom their souls loved. Angels were hovering around them, to sustain them in the hour of their trial. Those who had neglected to receive the heavenly message were left in darkness, and God’s anger was kindled against them, because they would not receive the light which He had sent them from heaven. Those faithful, disappointed ones, who could not understand why their Lord did not come, were not left in darkness. Again they were led to their Bibles to search the prophetic periods. The hand of the Lord was removed from the figures, and the mistake was explained. They saw that the prophetic periods reached to 1844, and that the same evidence which they had presented to show that the prophetic periods closed in 1843, proved that they would terminate in 1844. Light from the Word of God shone upon their position, and they discovered a tarrying time-“Though it [the vision] tarry, wait for it.” In their love for Christ’s immediate coming, they had overlooked the tarrying of the vision, which was calculated to manifest the true waiting ones. Again they had a point of time. Yet I saw that many of them could not rise above their severe disappointment to possess that degree of zeal and energy which had marked their faith in 1843. {EW 236.1}
Satan and his angels triumphed over them, and those who would not receive the message congratulated themselves upon their farseeing judgment and wisdom in not receiving the delusion, as they called it. They did not realize that they were rejecting the counsel of God against themselves, and were working in union with Satan and his angels to perplex God’s people, who were living out the heaven-sent message. {EW 236.2}
The believers in this message were oppressed in the churches. For a time, those who would not receive the message were restrained by fear from acting out the sentiments of their hearts; but the passing of the time revealed their true feelings. They wished to silence the testimony which the waiting ones felt compelled to bear, that the prophetic periods extended to 1844. With clearness the believers explained their mistake and gave the reasons why they expected their Lord in 1844. Their opposers could bring no arguments against the powerful reasons offered. Yet the anger of the churches was kindled; they were determined not to listen to evidence, and to shut the testimony out of the churches, so the others could not hear it. Those who dared not withhold from others the light which God had given them, were shut out of the churches; but Jesus was with them, and they were joyful in the light of His countenance. They were prepared to receive the message of the second angel. {EW 237.1}
The human being, with his own opinions, says that in Lev 26 there is no prophecy of time, but it says that THE PROPHETIC PERIODS were closed in 1844. This statement destroys any argument that there is no period of 2520.
It is necessary to cancel this EGW writing to say that there is no prophecy in Lev 26.

The Bible says:
Jer 6:16 Thus saith the LORD, stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.
2520 was part of our old paths and today different methods of Miller's are used to prove that this prophecy does not exist.
Then Ellen White says,
Of all the great religious movements since the days of the apostles, *none have been more free from human imperfection and the wiles of Satan than was that of the autumn of 1844*. Even now, after the lapse of many years, all who shared in that movement and who have stood firm upon the platform of truth still feel the holy influence of that blessed work and bear witness that it was of God. {GC 401.3}
At the call, "The Bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet Him, "the waiting ones" arose and trimmed their lamps; "they studied the word of God with an intensity of interest before unknown. Angels were sent from heaven to arouse those who had become discouraged and prepared to receive the message. The work did not stand in the wisdom and learning of men, but in the power of God. It was not the most talented, but the most humble and devoted, who were the first to hear and obey the call. Farmers left their crops standing in the fields, mechanics laid down their tools, and with tears and rejoicing went out to give the warning. Those who were formerly led in the cause were among the last to join in this movement. The churches in general closed their doors against this message, and a large company of those who received it withdrew from their connection. In the providence of God this proclamation united with the second angel's message and gave power to that work. {GC 402.1}

Obs: Sorry for my english.
Thank you
