Three years ago the Lord Jesus said, "Go to the phone book and call Adventist churches" because He said no one was reaching out to them. I then said, they're good people. Then He said, they believe lies. My response was that they say that God answers prayer on their television and radio programs. He said, they deceive themselves. Since then I have reached out to adventists from time to time.
It seems that they are convinced Ellen White was a prophet and that her claims are true. People have placed her words above Scripture. False doctrines are lies and you know that heresy is a work of the flesh as declared in Galatians chapter 5. Heretics do not inherit the kingdom of God. So this is a serious matter.
I became familiar with the Adventists starting in 1974 when a colporteur came to the door. He said things like, do we keep nine commandments or all ten? I was unprepared for a debate, but I never once was convicted for not going to church on Saturday. Adventists believe the Sabbath is binding from Ellen White teaching. Jesus did not command it. The rich young ruler asked what he must do to inherit eternal life. The Lord mentioned the commandments of which the Sabbath is excluded. Of course Ellen White didn't think so.. The Sabbath commandment is nowhere quoted in the New Testament. The sabbatarians wanted to kill Jesus. In Acts they stoned Paul. Sabbath keeping did nothing for them. It was for the Old Testament Jews and is not part of the gospel. Jesus is the mediator of the New Covenant, greater than Moses who mediated the Old Covenant as Hebrews tells us. Jesus is our rest also because the Sabbath was a shadow of things to come(Collossians 2:17). The rest of faith in Hebrews 4 is not the Sabbath day.
Paul went into the synagogues on the Sabbath in Acts to preach to the Jews and their gentile converts as noted in Acts 13. The unbelieving Jews caused problems, therefore these were not believer's meetings. On the contrary, the believers met on the first day of the week - the day of the resurrection as seen in 1 Corinthians 16:2 and Acts 20:7. Therefore, going to church on the first day of the week is not taking the mark of the beast. Christians were meeting on that day long before the papacy came around to falsely claim they changed the Sabbath day. Catholics can meet for church in Saturday as well as Sunday. Ellen White invented the idea that Sunday church attendance is taking the mark of the beast, therefore it is dangerous to trust your eternal destiny on her "revelations." It looks like, from the way things are going, that the mark of the beast is going to be a digital tattoo or a microchip implant.
Soul sleeping is a false doctrine. Jesus "brought life and immortality to light through the gospel(2Tim. 1:10)." Therefore there's life immediately after death and consciousness survives death. Jesus said that believers are passed from death unto life. Eternal life begins now in this life upon experiencing the new birth. New Testament examples are: the rich man and Lazarus, the thief on the cross, and Stephen the first martyr when about to die said, "Lord Jesus, receive my spirit(Acts 7:59)." Hebrews 12:22-24 tells us who are in heaven, including the spirits of just men made perfect - the disembodied believers from earth. According to 2 Corinthians 5:6-9, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
In Revelation there are the 24 elders in heaven as well as other men in chapter 15:8.
It is giving heed to a seducing spirit and a doctrine of devils forbidding to abstain from meats. Jesus said, "Eat what's set before you."
Jesus taught an endless hell, but Ellen White taught annihilation or no hell instead. Consciousness survives death. It's safe to follow the Lord and not the rules or imaginations of any other.
The investigative judgment is nowhere taught in scripture. She made it up after the Second Coming did not ake place in 1843. This is another made up heresy with no credibility.
The U.S. in prophecy is Revelation 12:14, not Revelation 13.
According to someone's testimony, they saw in hell the prophetess Ellen White in hell. Jesus said she is in this place for inventing heresies. She prophesied lies and still had connections with the satanists who helped [her] ministry grow. She also taught [her] members to keep the Sabbath stepping on My grace. Whoever wants to live in the law will have to never sinned. Whoever chooses to live in the law will have to save himself from it without committing any sin like Me. All the sects that reject My grace stare down the contract of the New Covenant. Whoever lives in the contract of the Old Covenant will be cursed and go to hell. Jesus said, "This woman Ellen White lied saying, 'There is no hell.' " She taught people hell does not exist, but when she died she landed in hell. Now she is in it and I saw how the demons tormented that woman. The more souls went down to hell because of her teaching, the more she was tormented. From the foundation of her sect until now, millions of souls are now coming to hell. Jesus said,"Testify most of its souls may come to salvation and ascend into heaven."
@@samuelwilliams1559 SDA is deemed a cult for propagating the heresies of Ellen White. The main emphasis is on the Sabbath day that Jesus never commanded. Adventists are heretical for saying it's the only commandment God says to remember. Jesus gave a New Testament commandment to "REMEMBER Lot's wife." It is highly important to remember Lot's wife, but Adventists are duped to believe that they have to keep an abrogated Jewish ritual law given ONLY to the Jews that has nothing to do with the gospel and the gentiles.

We believe the Sabbath is binding from the Bible an church history. We did not invent this doctrine. Seventh day Baptists and others existed centuries before us. White at first was opposed to the doctrine. But was convinced from Scripture.
So chip or tattoo. I am an old man. A few people could grab me. Hold me down and put either or both on my body. So that would send me to hell. I cannot agree. To go to hell we must follow the Beast of our will. Show me why I am wrong.
Soul sleep and conditionalism were taught centuries ago. We are not alone in teaching this doctrine.

True we are to remember Lot's wife. Jesus spoke on Sabbath keeping many more times. Paul spoke on meeting on Sabbath.
Sunday is never commanded. So you ignore the Ten Commandments but follow one that does not exist. Why?

The Sabbath is not the heart of the moral law, but rather love is: "Love worketh no ill to his neighbor, therefore LOVE IS THE FULFILLING OF THE LAW (Romans 13:10)." The two greatest commandments also demonstrate this fact.

Jesus is the reality of things foreshadowed in the Old Testament, of which the Sabbath day was one as Collossians 2:16, 17 declares: "the Sabbath was a shadow and Christ is the substance." This fact is clearly demonstrated in the book of Numbers 28:9, 10 where two lambs were offered on the Sabbath day which looked forward to the sacrifice of Christ - the lamb of God. The Old Testament sacrifices, the priesthood and the Sabbath were abolished and Jesus became our rest. As Lord of rest, we just follow him.. He is "the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him(Hebrews 5:9)." We are to rest in His merits for we "are complete in him(Collossians2:10)" and "...By grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works...(Ephesians 2:8-10)." Therefore,
the rest of faith in Hebrews 4 is not the Sabbath day. It is exactly that - a rest of FAITH, not a day of the week. Adding to this significance, the Lord's day in Revelation 1:10 is not the Sabbath day. The Lord's day is the day Jesus rose from the dead - the first day of week. In Revelation 1:18, Jesus tells of his victory over death by his resurrection, which Christians have commemorated on the first day of the week ever since the first century. Instead of commemorating this major event with the rest of Christendom, Ellen White deceived people into idolizing a Hebrew ritual law that was fulfilled, and therefore abolished according to the New Testament as noted above.
Judaizers are accursed for pulling Christians back into the Old Testament obsolete Jewish system(see Galatians 1:6-9). The Sabbath observance was a duty for the people back then as long as the Covenant was in effect. Therefore the Sabbath was not forever, the same as the Old Testament with its animal sacrifices and Levitical priesthood. The Good Shepherd abrogated the Old Covenant by establishing the New. His sheep hear his voice and a stranger they will not follow(John 10).

All the lies told about Seventh day Adventist is not stopping the Spreading of the Three Angels message which includes the Gospel to the world.
Many Christians of all denominations are in deed spreading the Gospel and truth of Salvation. I applaud them for that and encourage it.
True I have meet some fake SDA who put down other Christians. But they are wrong and I have and would rebuke them for false teaching.
I am going to be away for awhile. Company in town. But all who teach that Jesus is the Savior and who teach we are to love GOD and love others. That Jesus died on the cross for our sins that we might be Born Again by the power of the Holy Spirit are teaching truth that I will support. I even finically support the Salvation Army.
So hopefully you will not believe the lie that we teach all other churches are not Christian.

@@evanu6579 maybe but in the last days there will be a great shaking. In which the world will be polarized into two groups. In one group will be those who have the seal of God and in the other those who have the mark of the beast.
My wife and I was once a Roman Catholic 36 years. Now we Just became part of an SDA church last Year in December. I learned a lot from my good friend Greg at Bible Flock Box and Mark Fox Amazing Prophecies and now Doug Bachelor at Amazing Facts. God lead me to these 3 Good people and now they go to the SDA Church. Mark Fox told me where to go to his SDA in my area that his friend grew up and so I ask the Lord and HE told me to go. I did and I also brought my wife. It was hard for us to come to a different church but we managed and meet many people. We love going there. We go to 3 SDA church's because my wife is from the Philippines. Our primary Church we go to has no Filipinas. Then we found out the other SDA churches has Filipinas there. We went there my wife and I meet them and we became good friends. My wife is Happy. If she is happy so am I. We are getting ready for baptism soon. We can't wait. Mark and Greg told me about Amazing Fact with Doug and his family. I got to say I have listened to many many Pastors,Dr, and such and this channel has brought me a bigger light and more understanding. I didn't even know about the 7 day Sabbath. Until heard it from all 3. Then with Doug's video I was shocked to see what the Catholic Church in Rome is doing. I thank the Lord that I now know the truth and many more. I just want to say Thank you Mark,Greg and Doug. Without you 3. We would have been lost. Now I'm trying to help my family,Friends,neighbor's and strangers and my wife's family and friends and strangers and there neighbor's as well to go to the SDA church and also listen to these 3 UA-cam channels. God never changed His Sabbath day from Saturday to Sunday. The Emperor Constantine passed the first Sunday law, but he was a pagan sun worshipper. The suns -day was enforced. Man changed God's Sabbath, but God never changes, and He never changed His true Sabbath. Soon, there will be a Sunday law. I pray you keep God's true Saturday, (See Exodus 20: 8-11 King James Version of the Bible) the 7th day according to the 4th commandment, and not follow the false commandments of man and his false sunday, sun-god day of worship. Ellen G. White the Founder of Adventism
If Ellen White hadn't come along with the idolization of the Sabbath day, basically only Christ-rejecting orthodox Jews would be keeping the Sabbath, something that the Lord Jesus Christ never commanded under the New Covenant.
Amazingly, Ellen White convinced millions of people to keep an abrogated Hebrew ritual law instead of commemorating the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ from the dead on the first day of the week, something Christendom has done for most of its existence. How did she pull this off?
At first there were only a few members in her religious sect, but followers later on who believed in her "visions" and "revelations," made a business selling books with her ideas and doctrines. Ellen White and her husband were alleged to be petty swindlers for selling her visions at camp meetings and through the mail. Her husband said in a letter, "There is much profit left in our pens."
Her main emphasis was that her followers keep the Sabbath day. She convinced them that it was the "seal of God " and the heart of the moral law. She was wrong because in the New Testament the Holy Spirit is the seal of God, and love is the heart of the moral law. Other heresies that she invented are; soul sleeping, no meat eating, the investigative judgment, no hell, and the erroneous view of biblical prophecy concerning the United States, Sunday laws and the mark of the beast.
Thinking that they're in the "remnant church" and thus not taking the mark of the beast, it is said that this psychological pull makes it difficult for some people to leave 7th Day Adventism.

I love Jesus. I love the scriptures. I'm glad I'm truly saved. The founder of the first church is Jesus Christ. Not Ellen G white. Before this woman was no such thing as 7th Day Adventist during the early Church. Salvation is by faith through grace by faith alone. Following the law does not save us. I pray for the people in the 7th day Adventist to truly accept Jesus as their personal Savior. Romans 10:9-10. 10:13. IJohn 5:11-12. John 3:16. John 1:12. Sad to say many Adventist are following a teaching from Ellen G white who teaches the wrong doctrines. I love you guys therefore please open your mind and pray that your mind be opened about the Bible.

Gentles are a law unto themselves says ROM 2:14 who have similar moral laws as says the 10 Commandments but not exactly the same [no Sabbath law] It is by this moral code written in the heart of the Gentles that the Gentles are convicted of sin and therefore their need for Christ.

Wait, Jesus told a parable in Luke 16: 19-31. The rich man begged Abraham to send Lazarus (the poor man) back to tell his family of this terrible place, so they would'nt go there.( in your doctrine, the rich man could'nt have experienced this- because he would have been asleep). If this was in the future, & we awaken only at the judgement, as you say- he wouldn't be begging Abraham to send Lazarus back to warn his family, still living, of this terrible place. Abraham told him no, your family have the prophets to listen to, & that they wouldn't believe a DEAD man, if he returned.
Again respectfully, this is not a future tense story at the judgement seat, if it was, the rich man wouldn't be trying to warn his family at the Great White Throne judgement- it's already over by then.

To be absent from the body is to be present with the lord. Our souls were created to live forever thus he loved us so much he did not want Satan to have us and saved us from our default. We receive new bodies at the resurrection. Read Randy Alcorn’s book called “Heaven” he did extensive bible study and cross referencing it and actually the Bible talks a lot about that!

My loved ones in Christ are not floating as spirits or ghosts in this world but secure present with the Lord . It’s the joy we have..and the peace. God doesn’t keep a soul file. But He has made us alive in Christ. We know not everything now but the Bible does talk a lot about it.

I agree that some predictions of Mrs. White mat not have been fulfilled, but it does not mean that she is a False prophet. She is only a human being who is bound to commit minor errors. Here is the CHALLENGE: Is her teachings against the bible? Does she teach to dis-obey God's Word? No, instead she taught full obedience to God and reform in diet, education, etc. No other founder of a congregation did so much as the SDAs had accomplished.

The dangerous thing of having a church named after a commandment is that your whole doctrine will be centred around this name in somewhat biased.. Limiting your views away from the Real Gospel.. A SDA member will always have this lens of the Sabbath to make sense of Jesus.. If you just went with Christ Church as he mentioned then the starting point of thoughts will be Jesus.. Thats my opinion though.. I have no Issues with SDA members they are awesome people and I love attending their sermon on Saturdays..

Without Ellen G White and her false prophecy and visions, the Adventist movement would've died out a long time ago. When talking to Adventist friends, they are quick to defend that Ellen G White is not a prophet or she never claim authority over men but that is not necessarily true. Once a person claim to have prophetic words and visions from God, they automatically claim authority over all men/women without questions when we look at the whole bible. Regardless whether she claim authority or not, when compared to the scriptures she did and thet is why millions of people believe her teachings. The SDA does not have a biblical based historical bible commentary but rather rely on Ellen G White and other SDA leaders writings.

Rest, food and worship are important to our relationship with God. No doubt about it, but it is no longer commanded to be on Saturday within the New Testament. The reason SDA are obsessed with it is because it is part of their focus to get Christians back to the Sabbath. Those who worship on Sundays are looked at as Heretics....White believed that the reason Jesus did not come was due to our behavior ignoring the Sabbath. When we all "straighten up" and get to church on Saturdays, then He will return. Way too many verses that conflict with SDA doctrine. Nobody knows when Jesus will return. Every verse that conflicts with White and the SDA beliefs are conveniently explained away. Jesus made wine, not grape juice, He is a part of the Trinity and told the thief next to him that they would be together in paradise right before they died. Wonderful, well meaning people, but I disagree with many of their values. I know that "Sunday" pastors work harder that day than any other day in the week. One told me started at six a.m. then finished his day around ten p.m. I wonder if it is the same way on Saturday for SDA ministers. God bless

I may be wrong,, but I believe our souls as a Christian go to a place in Heaven and wait for the time when Jesus comes back with his Saints, which to me says we are not in the grave, except for the body, in which God then will give us a new body and reign on the earth with Jesus Christ a 1000 yrs, and we shall be priest for his word.

That is not true, you‘re not looking deep enough in scripture. You Adventist’s twist verses here and there in support of your heresy of soul sleep. Paul clearly said in Philippians 1:23 that his desire was to depart and be with Christ. It is plain and clear, we interpret God’s word literally not allegorizing or spiritualizing scripture. Luke 16 is a true event from scripture showing us that a person’s soul goes directly to heaven or hell. Your system of Adventism is not helping you see clear scripture, you’re very indoctrinated. When you get indoctrinated in a system, all your doing is confirming scripture to fit your view.

The SDA religion is a cult. I was never SDA but I did find myself watching a lot of SDA UA-cam channels last year. They felt super legalistic and I was brainwashed for a while to think that I had to obey the Sabbath and they really made it seem like if I didn't I would go to Hell or I wasn't following God and I wasn't a child of God. And that is what I thought for a while. Eventually they mention the dietary laws and such, trying to follow the OT laws. Thank God He opened my eyes and one of the verses to show that was Colossians 2:16.

What constitutes a sin to an adventist?
We know the law is binding on Adventists so laws broken is sin.
Adventists have this schoolmaster of the law called the investigative judgement judging their every thought and action.
No unconfessed sin is tolerated by our saviour and he will drop you like a hot potatoe if your sin remains.

People wanted to know why it suddenly changed. So for 9 years they were in sin? So Ellen said she would go to the angel and see what he would tell her why it was changed. Of course the angel told Ellen that "one day she would know, but not yet, not yet..." Please do your research. This religion was built on lies.

I’m so so thankful for the SDA
Pastor Doug seems very kind and nice...but I do have some disagreements. There are times he will take a broad meaning verse and use it in a way he determines it to be, other times he will take very specific verses and assert that it does not mean what it says. I wish he would have addressed the SDA beliefs concerning the Pope.

CONCLUSION
God knew based on his foreknowledge
that mankind would sin and so a way out was set up before the Earth was
created. God rested, but after sin entered mankind; God then worked through
Jesus to redeem us from that curse inherited through ADAM'S disobedience.
Jesus's blood have since been shed,hence mankind have been redeemed and God's promised rest in man fulfilled.
So that Perfect Rest after Creation
have been fulfilled in Christ today.

I appreciate this video and think you nailed it on everything except one thing. I think we should take another look at scripture concerning hell fire. Malachi 4:1 is describing an event that does not continue forever. Throughout scripture the wicked perish. You talked about a key scripture (matt. 10:28) where we should be concerned about who can destroy body and soul… Key take away, our soul can be destroyed (exist no more). The blameless are referred to as being preserved, 1 Thes 5:23. John 1 shows us in Jesus is life which is the light(life force) of mankind. I believe the Bible is telling us we cease to exist if we don’t end up with God because he sustains our lives. I don’t see it saying there’s eternal hell fire or torment for anyone except 3 individuals; the dragon the beast and the false prophet(rev 19:20 & 20:10). Our God is a consuming fire but as far as the unsaved I really think it’s saying that’s a one and done thing at the coming of Jesus. Pastor Doug, I have a question that bothers me..i feel offended to see women preaching in the church.
Secondly we have what is called deaconess in the church ,are we doing the right thing ?
At one time i was in the church with a hair scaf and the women deacon told me to remove my scaf , i went outside to remove but i felt upset to get back inside instead i never went back to the church for sometime..

Pastor Doug's predecessor, Joe Crews, was a Godly man with a desire to spread the word of God. It was his desire to do this as a ministry not shackled by the Seventh-day Adventist General Conference. Shortly after he refused to bring his ministry under the conference umbrella, this very healthy man died in a Seventh-day Adventist hospital under very suspicious circumstances. Before his body was even cold, a relatively unknown preacher named Doug Batchelor, a man with more money than I'll ever see in my lifetime, was handed Joe's ministry on a silver platter. It was, of course, placed under conference auspices. I make no accusations, but if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck. Check out things for yourselves. Open your eyes. God does not want mindless followers but people who question everything. His word and those that preach his word will stand up to scrutiny.

The SDA church teaches that there are two Gods, teach that Jesus had a sinful nature, teach that Jesus is not omnipresent, teach that Jesus' blood did not cover all sins, teach that there is no Trinity, teach that Ellen White's writings are on the same level as the Holy Scriptures, and teach that Sunday church goers have the Mark of the Beast.

So are you saying that there are many different SDA churches out there? And if so, how do you know you have the right one.
Everything that I have stated on these sites are what I have heard and seen myself, not by books or by non SDA pastors, but by those claiming to be pastors and teachers of the SDA church.

Excellent opening! Think you outlined one of the main issues within the body of Christ. There are more denominations and non-denominations than anybody could count. Yet we all claim the same Holy Spirit. This does affect how people on the outside can be confused and therefore less likely to join. For if we can’t agree internally then why join the chaos as an unbeliever? Aren’t they looking for Truth and not confusion? Is God the author of confusion? If we are confused then is God with us? This reminds me of the end times church Laodicea. God is not in the church...He is knocking outside the church. Or how about in Hosea 5:6 “They will go with their flocks and herds To seek the LORD, but they will not find Him; He has withdrawn from them.”

Most controversial line..."Jesus was a seventh-day adventist" - i mean, really...to validate adventism....we can pick out a number of texts where we could also say Jesus was a Buddhist! many great aspects to th church but its doctrine is very very questionable and far from TRUTH.
I'm with anyone who is dedicated to scriptural truth. But the question I have is, when God commanded the Sabbath be kept Holy, was he using the gregorian calander? If not, it would seem to me that the debate about which day the sabbath is on would be futile. I think as long as its being observed collectively every seven days, it is being kept holy. Be it a Sunday, Saturday, or Wednesday.
In Genesis 2v3 God rested from His work on the seventh day of the week.He made it Holy then and commanded us to keep it Holy.We can't make it Holy but are commanded to keep it Holy.

SDA is a name given by man and not by God. SDA is a church started by men and not Christ.. That church is not a product of the scripture, but it is just another man-made religious body. It is not and cannot be the body of Christ. It is futile to try proving a church which the scripture knows nothing about to be correct.
