- Driving on the motorway at night is completely different than driving on the motorway in the daytime. The volume of traffic at night is at times a lot less than the daytime.
The lanes on the motorway are lit up with your headlights showing the cats eyes. You will find the driving at night on the motorway at night more tiring because your body has been awake for a long time and your eyes are having to opera harder in the dark to see things on the roads ahead.
It is very important to have a break at some point on your #motorwayjourney otherwise you could fall asleep at the wheel and have a serious car accident.

What about heavy rain motorway driving I sometimes get a noise assuming to the rainfall do I then press the brakes or just let go of the gas?
I would let the car slow down gradually by lifting off the gas. Pressing the brake In heavy rain could case the car to skid.

Help I’m scared of going over 50 so avoid motorways I get panicked & feel like putting the break on even ARds if they go on too long , how can I overcome my fear . I need to drive for my job

@@Ladybird22373 lol 😂 you’ll be fine. Just drive more, always remember you’re in control of the car.
Take it in stages, get comfortable at different speed limits and take it week by week don’t rush into it.

hi. i was driving back from london to leeds at night but i alwyas get flashed at for some reason. i have my dipped headlights on i don’t know what i’m doing wrong
have you checked to see if you have left on the fog lights by mistakes.
