Ah, the beginning of the summer trip...yay! That 360 camera is very cool, love the shot where it looks like you're on your own little planet. As far as getting a boat goes, keep in mind the saying about the happiest days of owning a boat: the day you get it and the day you get rid of it ;-)
ps: please think about wearing a helmet on your bike rides, especially since you're essentially riding one-handed while using that 360 camera stick. Take it from someone who escaped serious injury thanks to a helmet protecting my noggin when I crashed my bike.

What a hidden gem: the waterfalls at McCormick’s Creek State Park. I’ve always felt the State Park campgrounds to be mostly great: both scenic and at reasonable rates.

Great vid Robert. I have had my Lectric XP for over two years. I was one of their first customers. Ride it about everyday here in Ohio in the spring, and summer, and I take it down to Florida where I live for the winter and spring. They are great bikes.

You crossed Evansville bridge which is only about 40 minutes from my house in Morganfield ky. FYI one of those bridges will be torn down soon when they finish I 69 across Ohio they starting to build it in 2022!

Robert congratulations on your progress on Pelicamp, what a great feeling it must be to have your own private little paradise, oh yea definitely splurge on electric gate, I just did a 4700 mile t state trip on my new Honda Goldwing and I really regret not getting a go-pro for it, I would have a lot more memories on film, any way I'll make out to the east coast next spring god willing, happy travels.

Only just managed to find the time to sit down and watch this but it’s an amazing episode, I was laughing so hard when the sat nav said welcome to Tennessee and you said “oo thank you”
Wow! Just about two weeks ago, Mary ( my wife of 45 years) and I went from our home in Atlanta - Tucker, GA to Indy via I-75 N. ... to I-24 W. To Nashville, then up I-24 through that same route you took, Robert. We stayed at a bed & breakfast farm home in Petersburg, IN...Next day, up that beautiful "new" I-69 up to Martinsville, then on I-465 up to Fort Harrison Inn in my old growing up area of Lawrence Township- Indianapolis. Reason going there? My delayed 50 year (called "50.1" for my Class of 1970) class reunion. Had a good time...too short. We went back to Atlanta last Monday (27th) and stayed in Wilmore, KY...home of Asbury Theology Methodist College.
All the while, we took some roads "less traveled", trying to avoid now and then the interstates. (Next time, we'll do more of that. The state roads and U.S. highways are great ways to see the U.S., don't you think?)

You really have to stop at Turkey run state park in Indiana. Great hiking and beautiful caverns. Also Lieber SRA in Indiana. Cataract Falls is beautiful by the park and lake in Indiana.

Barb noticed the bathhouse at the state campground looked haunted with the timing of your go pro film (lights on/off/on). Btw, even with a semi, I have made better time avoiding Atlanta, it may be an extra hour or so, but the odds are you will get delayed in Atlanta as long or longer, plus the risk of an accident. Was neat seeing things that only a few of us have seen and Barb knew places before you even named them.
