I picked this up a week before msfs came out and love it. It works well for GA just as much as the bigger airliners. Nb: it does include brakes as well to avoid such inconvenient obstructions such as houses.. Looking forward to the quadrant being released soon to compliment it. Hopefully it's not pushed back again.
I am not a pro simulator pilot, and the MSFS 2020 is actually the first sim i ever played (i only played some war thunder planes in sim mode), but what i can say, the Thrustmaster T16000m that i have, works perfect for a noob like me and i am very happy with it :D P.S. I still have in my head to buy some pedals and throttle bar in the future
Great review for the Thrustmaster TCA, I might have held off on getting my HOTAS 4, as they seem to be very closely priced, but I'm enjoying it pretty much does what I expected from Thrustmaster, as I've used there product years ago, and I like the fact it can be separated that works great with my 17" laptop.
Biggest issue is Aussie suppliers/retailers quoting stock and delivery times that are patently false. Had one on order that was supposedly IN STOCK, for a delivery within 1-3 days. That was 20th August. Now 10 September, and no delivery dates can be given "because they ran out of stock, and don't know when they will be resupplied".
Nice that you tested that thing. But it would be a lot nicer if Thrustmaster would FINALLY start to sell them to normal people instead of sending them to youtubers only.
Not really my favourite camera position, nor something I like looking at, but must say loved watching this thrustmaster joystick.. But question. Did your graphics card die or internet? The game quality didn't look like your other videos, looked worse than a mobile game at one point?
Aus Flight Simmer. My joystick was not being read by the Simulator. I am using a wheel (Saiteck) but with multiplayer I find that sometimes my zoom and my aircraft are not functioning well. Even the airplane that I use while I play is not moving as it should move. Do you know why is that?
Hi Auss simmer the hight seat view is more realistic you don't sit in an aircraft so low that you cant see over the dashboard and nice landing on the two challenges
I gather this is not a force feedback stick. I'm a bit dissappointed that FF has become so rare in the flight sim universe. In another video, you made a comment regarding difficulty trimming elevator in sims. FF makes it a snap. I don't have 2020 yet, but I've been using the old MS Sidewinder Pro FF2. It's a good unit, but not perfect. The FF motors don't have very fine windings, so you can feel little bumps in resistance when making fine, slow control inputs. The rudder action is not FF, and seems overly sensitive. I need good rudder pedals. As far as I can recall, I never did find FF rudder pedals. As far as FS2020 goes, it would be nice to see some tweeks in autogen scenery. I'll be flying mostly in Alaska, usually north of and into the Alaska Range. I've seen other youtube videos that show some pretty big errors. For example, at the Denali Park entrance, the Nenana River is apparently on a giant aqueduct, more than 500 feet higher than the Parks Highway! That video was posted before the latest patch, but I don't believe the patch addressed scenery issues. Now, I wonder when we'll start to see new aircraft, including ultralights (including weight shift) and sailplanes.

I'm playing the game, and i want to bring up different flight simulator panels on to my screen (EX altitude, airspeed) WHILE in in cockpit mode.... when you go to external view they show obviously, but how to i make them, or something similar, show while im in cockpit mode? thanks.
I have been using this for the last 3 weeks and I love it. No deadzone and you can be so precise. I mainly fly GA and I think this is perfect!

The base of this joystick looks like a repaint of the T.16000M FCS. Is it the same hardware and feel as the FCS?
TCA joystick not available though, they should mass produce it first before they're going to promote it.
