I used to be afraid of flying, but now I can rest at ease knowing the pilot can just mute cockpit alarms with slew mode.

Just in case you aren't joking, only some alarms you can mute. Only thing I can think of is the GWPS (ground proximity warning system) during a water landing. That way they can focus when they already know they are near terrain, or water.
Other than that, you can't turn them off lol. Just an MSFS thing I believe

@@RAVIOLIdS If your destination is less than 500nm, then yes*, planes are only good for long range travel, try going london to new York on a ship.
*: Depends on the terrain, if you're in mountainous region, then a small plane or helicopter is your best bet.
I love how when he's doing the shutdown checklist the aircraft calls V1 several times and he says rotate, but he forgot to say it like Rotaté.
That's exactly what went through my mind as well. ^_^
We need a second episode of you flying AF1, and then land in a busy airport with a lot of traffic as well as active ATC, and we'll see if they make it legit and give you priority lol

It’s due to GroundPound69 here that I learned what V1 meant - basically it’s “shit or get off the pot” speed, it’s the velocity achieved where any further and you will be going too fast to stop and remain on the runway.

The visuals in this game never fail to impress. I mean, not to detract from taking everything serious which is cool.
As much as I'm all for the silliness of some of the past videos airforceproud has posted, and while I don't understand any of the ATC/pilot lingo that takes place, I can actually appreciate the sense of realism that is being gone for in these videos. It's all very entertaining and educational too.

Fun fact, you do not use the term “Heavy” when in comms with AF1. (source, am an air traffic controller). Idk y but it was weird hearing it that way 😂
It is for this reason that I must tell those who failed to report for duty this morning (i.e. those VATSIM folks), they are in violation of the law and if they do not report to work within 48 hours, they will forfeit their jobs and will be terminated.

Don't take StbyPwr to BAT, just leave it in AUTO. You should be able to start two engines at once.
This is the one Boeing plane where you need to make sure you are above each flap bug before raising the flaps, every other model can be retracted as you are passing the bug below.

Those graphics are unbelievable, it humiliates my FSX! It’s so sad when you have to go to UNICOM. But man the details on the aircraft interior and exterior, airports, weather, sky, cities it’s almost like real life! Also it’s impressive that you can fly all these aircraft types !

this was all smooth. Joe slept the whole way, then awoke confused yet extra woke & super jazzed to see volcanic activities. they took him to Animal Kingdom in Orlando, so he could see dinosaurs & mountains, then to the Hooter’s in Tampa so he could see your sister and her pert & perky tank top
