How is the arch in the new Alphafly 3? How does the fit compare to the Adios Pro 3?
I think they've improved the arch, so you get even better rubbing and friction with this one...
The fit in comparison to the Adios Pro 3 is better. This one feels closer to sock like on foot. I get all my running shoes in a size 11. I think I could have went done a half size to 10.5 in these. I couldn’t do that in the adios pro 3s. They improved the arch no rubbing. Feels amazing.

I haven’t yet. But they are on my list to try yet. Haven’t been able to get a pair
