Would either of these shoes work well to do double duty as a hiit workout shoe on top of running? I’m trying to find a shoe to use for both those activities. I overpronate mildly but my doctor recommends neutral shoes. 😀
Ripley Depends on if you’re HIIT workout have a lot of lateral movement. If it’s mostly jumping, burpees, etc they’d be fine but they are meant for forward motion vs side-to-side.
