We just got the NEW FuelCell New Balance SuperComp Trainer in and it's one of the more exciting shoes to drop in the running world since Nike's VaporFly. Technically you can't race in this shoe if you are an elite runner looking to cash in on prize money, however for the majority of us out here, you absolutely can enjoy its cool components. Would either of these shoes work well to do double duty as a hiit workout shoe on top of running? I’m trying to find a shoe to use for both those activities. I overpronate mildly but my doctor recommends neutral shoes. 😀
Ripley Depends on if you’re HIIT workout have a lot of lateral movement. If it’s mostly jumping, burpees, etc they’d be fine but they are meant for forward motion vs side-to-side.

Great video! As a road marathoner for the past 5 years, I'm always looking for new tips on shoes, gear, motivation, getting stronger and preventing dreaded injuries.
