Finished the video! Spectacular ending. Andy was gracious handing his pick over! I'm so happy Daniel finally got a game on the list after having bangers like gloomhhaven, Crew, and Legendary vetoed. Unmatched -such a great desert island pick
I agree the ending was the best. but appsalutly appalling that I was vetoed as much as I was. There is zero reasons that Gloomhaven should have been vetoed! that was absurd. - Daniel
I thought this was going to be about “ deserted island “ games . I was thinking there’s 10 of those ? All I could think of was Hellaopagos and Robin Crusoe . But glad it wasn’t about that hahah awesome video !
Well I am glad that John found ONE game that was at least called "Deserted Island". I mean there was no way it was going to make it on the list, but glad he found it :) .

These are always hard the two veto thing was super interesting. I would think it could be fun for you guys to try and make top tens of various categories using this format.
My top 10 with high emphasis on replay and variety of mechanics.
1) Castles of Burgundy (my medium Euro)
2) Twilight Imperium (long 4x this is the perfect time for this guy that rarely gets played)
3) Kemet (My area control)
4) Fliptown (roll and write that uses a deck of cards so I get a game and a deck of cards for other stuff cause don’t want to use a pick on trick taking etc.
5) Race for the Galaxy (my fav game and one of my most played)
6) Frosthaven (Coop with tons of replay)
7) Beast (Hidden Movement)
8) Marvel United (Sheer Volume of content I own plus the minis we could easily use for something else)
9) On Mars (Heavy Euro not my favorite of them but a lot of variety)
10) Heat (Racing game)
Man Joe, I need you on this island with me! These others guys would have voted down most of these games!
Though I will have to bring up Race for the Galaxy to Andy, I think he will be kicking himself that he didn't think of that one! - Daniel

Besides Brian Boru and Burgandy these would all be torturous. Did you guys think thru the AP Andy would be like with most of these? I think we’d have a mutiny fast or maybe some y’all will swim with the sharks, too. 😂
We established endless time, so AP just didn't feel like an issue.

Final girl would be to of my desert island games
Daniel owns it but (shockingly) has never played it.
Yeah we kind of avoided solo games on the list, but the games of mine (Daniel) that were vetoed would have been great solo experiences. These clowns would have voted a solo only game down in a second.
Deserted Island? Why not Two Rooms and a Boom?
1. A deck of Cards. A thousand games of bridge and still could play a thousand and more. Yeah Chris I am starting to doubt your sanity, 504 was bad really bad even Friedman Frese does not recommend it of his games. Skull King is the best trick taker you have ever played? I think I need to introduce you to more trick takers, not that Skull king is bad, but best no sorrry. I am with you Daniel, TI is ugh. Not with you on Star Trek Ascendancy. john by your reasoning then Civilization is the game you should bring, it never gets played because 8 hours is a lot of hours to spend playing one game, better game. I cannot think of a more painful experience than playing Power Grid for eternity. Shadows of Brimstone should be your adventure game, with all the expansions you will never finish. Chris I agree with you Arnak. It is not as good as people try to make it out to be. I have to be honest with you all besides COB (which is not my favorite Feld not even close) and TM, I think I am throwing myself into the nearest shark's mouth with all these picks. Snooze fest city or I should say island.
I love your comment. I love that four people can come up with a list we are relatively okay with and someone can still hate the whole list! I would be okay with the games you mentioned but I think this was a solid list ;) . Thank you so much for watching and commenting - Daniel
