I have several friends who were diagnosed with MS but after visiting Dr Spindelilus, a doctor who specializes in treating serious diseases like MS and Cancer, it turned out all but one actually had Lyme disease which has nearly all of the same symptoms as Lyme. Thankfully, those who had Lyme have been successfully treated and although it took time, they are healthy and disease free. I just spoke to one of them two days ago and he we talked about how he would be dead by now had he continued to believe he had MS.
Unfortunately, most doctors don't test for this nor do they know which test to use. My region has a very high rate of people who have Lyme due to a high concentration of ticks and unfortunately, most are being falsely diagnosed with having MS and dying needlessly as a result.
I just ask that those who have MS to look at least see about getting the proper Lyme disease test. There are 3 versions of this but only one is truly accurate as the other two mostly just show false negatives. Dr Spindelilus can have you tested regardless of where you are in the country.
      Good luck 🙏

Pressured speech, grandiosity, bizzare beliefs, recklessness/impulsivity, racing thoughts... it sounds pretty textbook mania to me. Periods in between of euthymia point away from this being an issue of personality as well. Additionally, substance induced psychosis fits the clinical picture as well and it sounds like she dabbled in a few things that could've triggered a psychotic episode. Of course we don't know because we aren't the ones treating her but this is just some food for thought from a student doctor.

The problem is definitely exacerbated by the fact that there are some young, so-called “social influencers” such as Marina, who are willing to lie and even make exaggerated claims about themselves and others just to grow and maintain subscribers and viewers. Beyond the herd mentality, there are certain followers who, for various reasons - from immaturity to paranoia - are far more vulnerable to Marina’s and other influences’/bloggers’ strange manipulations. In Marina’s case, and likely others, they could also be could be caused by her own immaturity and mental instability. I fear Marina may not fully understand her personal instability and how it might be truly adversely affecting those who feel as if they can trust her credibility.

I vaguely remember this. I suspected mental health issues. She sometimes seemed manic, and possibly like she was experiencing some level of psychosis, and it’s not someone’s obligation to share their mental health. It would make more sense to just not post while having a mental health crisis, but it sounds like she has decided to double down and make it her selling point at the time. I have bipolar disorder and I have believed all sorts of things were a good idea. She was young and may not have even known her mental health issues were issues. People with mood disorders and/or psychotic disorders often won’t recognize when they are sick, and MS can absolutely cause all sorts of mental health issues. THC is super hot and miss with people who experience psychosis or any other mental health issues. It can help some but make symptoms much worse in others, and if a patient has issues recognizing their symptoms, that can be a problem. I’m not sure how any of this would be treated, but I wish she had seen a psychiatrist, for her sake, because this will always be on the internet. One day this will hurt her. But I hate that people jump to such extremes. Occam’s Razor should be taught in high school at some point. It’s far more likely for someone to be mentally I’ll than be some extreme hostage situation where she is still given access to the internet. That just doesn’t happen very often. Brittany Spears is the closest case of some sort of ‘hostage with internet access,’ but even that extreme case doesn’t fit. I see it so often. Someone puts out a video with something legitimately questionable and people jump to a ridiculously unlikely and extreme scenario. That makes people not want to come forward, even if they need to do so in order to heal. Go with the simplest and most statistically likely scenario.

As a clinical psychologist, while I obviously can't provide a diagnosis here, seeing her changes in behavior, mannerisms, and her content, back in 2017, I began looking into her content and the contraversy and came to the conclusion that she has many of the characteristics associated with schizophrenia.
I've seen and worked with many schizophrenia patients who exhibit the changes, symptoms, and behaviors that are identical that are seen with Marina.
The difference between her early videos to her videos of today display the classic changes that are seen before and after the onset of schizophrenia.
The spiritual ideation she expresses is pretty common with many schizophrenia patients, especially my female patients.
Again, I can't state this for certain but I would be genuinely surprised if that wasn't found to be the diagnosis if she was seen by a thorough examination.

I find it actually rather disturbing that people are so willing to jump to conclusions.
A prime example is the recent Hamas rocket that landed near a Palestinian hospital and blew up just a couple cars. The rumor spread fast that it was an Israeli bomb attack on the hospital. Which turned out to be completely false as video showing the Hamas rocket launch and fly 200 yards, and then impact the ground, then exploded.
Current satellite images show the hospital still standing and undamaged, but the rumors persisted as people keep believing that the Israelis where that brutal to bomber a hospital.
This all comes down to a lack of the use of deductive logic as opposed to use of feelings, which is a belief, for decision making.
