She had a beautiful family, she was married to someone who wanted to take care of her, he seemed to be a responsible father and he obviously loved her. She had money AND freedom. She could have make such a positive difference in her community. There are so many things to do, so many good causes to be involved in. But nope. No no no, she was "bored". Some people just don't know how to win.

And Dr Grande basically took her side.. everything about this woman says “black widow/gold digger”.. and once she was bored of the “good/nice guy”.. she wanted to find the “bad boy exciting guy” and she found it and wanted the vacation to go on forever with the exciting guy and the good guys money. Like.. she flat out told him to do it and even explained/showed him the best way to do it. Unless they show some messages of her backing out of it shortly after or saying it was a joke (but, before she was caught).. then she definitely meant it. Just with everything else we know about this woman and how she acted after she got caught cheating.. yeah, if I was on that jury or the judge.. I would be convicting. Thank god that guy was caught for a unrelated crime first or they probably would’ve pulled it off

There are numerous more important factors in this case, but I'm a guy that gets targeted by high sensation-seeking women and to them, the lustre is the infatuation. When the relationship becomes two people living their daily lives together, in "baseline stability", without the sparkles and fuzzy feelings of the opening stages of the relationship, those women look for the fresh excitement elsewhere and abandon the monogamous commitment. This woman had it all, 8000sqft mansion, the luxury of being a stay at home mom raising young children instead of putting them in daycare with strangers, luxury cars and clothing, private jets, and she didn't bother to think twice. She didn't stop to think about what would happen if she got caught, give up a lavishing life for life behind concrete and steel bars. I didn't care that she cheated, but trying to conspire to kill was stupid. Don't she know people rarely get away with it? Not only would you take a life, you would take a parent away from those young children. Life goes on after a divorce or break up.

Wild. I can easily believe that she wanted him gone but would she have gone through with it? Her defence can probably argue that she would have called it off.
But imagine if the husband somehow knew and he is behind the police ‘just happening’ to find the messages 😁 that would be another level of something

Would have called it off is not a defense in conspiracy.

She probably talked it out with the hitman before and they agreed and said just send me his picture so I don't get the wrong guy. So she sent the pic and gave it a little confirmation as well.

Being single for 4 years doesn't seem too bad right now 😅 So much drama! The channel "Plunder" has tons of videos on this case if anyone is interested. The most recent one is of all the 911 calls made prior, great content.

As the relationship with her husband crumbled, and she looked elsewhere, she probably knew she was at a legal disadvantage as far as a divorce is concerned. In addition to an affair often being a motive for murder, bitter custody battles, and money are also strong motives. She may have considered that getting her husband out of the picture, would be a quick way to solve the power struggle between them, and her weaker financial position. Her choice to have a shady barroom affair casts her in a negative light, as a married woman with three kids. She may have beauty, but she sure seems to be short on brains. She will be lucky if she gets out of her "happy place" before she is sixty. Even if she is not convicted, she will not be getting what she wants anymore. If she doesn't end up in prison, she might have to get a job, and live in a tiny apartment with a cat. How many bartenders have private jets and 8000 square foot houses?

She's clearly unstable. I think Bethel preyed on her mind to get at her money. IMO, he was more serious than her about the murder plot, and may have been the one who suggested it. He had the most to gain and clearly had her on his string. He's a lot more toxic and sinister than people think.

That's why the old advice is don't share marital challenges/discussions outside of the marriage other than with a counselor and especially not with a bartender where there's alcohol involved. Your partner and husband of your children deserves better than that - definitely deserves more respect.

@@D3epFaik remember Hugh Grant? He had Elizabeth Hurley, arguably one of the most attractive women on earth (and she still looks good), and he cheated with that extremely unattractive hooker.
It probably gave her a power trip. She felt like she had someone who she had total control over.
