Thank you for this valuable information sir! Im a strength athlete and i tend to get "stress" and tight muscle in my left Lat that, i can never get out until now...thank you for the explanation on why it happens too!!
I think the 2nd exercise could also be done sitting on the chair. For me, having my feet on the ground gives me more balance to roll the tennis ball on the glutes ;D

Started I can't really walk nor stand for to long the pain is touch for me ) ,lay down or shower even in the pool no matter what I do I'm in pain I have used a massager , I'm now seeing pain management for my knee they don't know what's wrong with it yet i don't want to just pop pills all I am getting is hydrocodone for the pain I really appreciate it if you could at least give me some type of tips on how I can relieve this pain alittle oh I used bio freeze, lidocaine patches, muscle rub, and oil for massaging it's just like a liquid bengay I used a heating pad I've done the rice treatment i have tooken over the counter medicine as well I used this little shockwave machine I own not however not many times but I have used it again any help again I can't walk or stand very long or for to long so if there are exercises I can do at home maybe that would help me out and you happen to know please share thank you so much for your time if you do happen to see this and read it
Hello Angel, did you get surgery for your condition? I had the same lower back issue about nine years ago. Very painful. The only thing that eventually worked was a surgery called laminectomy. The nerve was being pinched as it exited the spine. As far as I know surgery is the only therapy that will work for this condition which is caused by either loss and compression of the discs, or calcium (bone) deposits (arthritis) which narrows the canal between the vertebrae that the nerve passes through Best of luck. I hope you find relief
