@@DrRowe Hey, Did you know that 8 people out of 10 have experienced or will experience a potential lower back pain. This doesn’t seem good, right ! For the past 3 years I was using 1 Tennis ball for pain relief. But that wasn't very effective. But after after watching some TV product I realised I should try with two balls. My very first experience was such a big relief I could not believe. I thought it as an Eureka moment.Only to realise this is already suggested by physio experts. I started to use it 2-3 times every day. Thank you Dr for sharing amazing exercises with this simple but effective device.
You’re a miracle worker Doc. My god I wish you were within 2 hours of me. I blew 2 disks last fall. Had injections and it helped. Your exercise and stretches have helped in ways I never thought possible. It’s like you know where I’m needing work with almost every video. Hips, lower and mid back. Thank you so much for this. Thank you.
I just found out I have a L5 disc buldge hitting my S1 nerve my back been hurting 5 months when I sit and my left side where my ribs at and oblique muscles. What disc did u mess up and has this completely taken away your pain?
big thank you again for posting these videos i have been doing this and other countless relief exercises you have posted and can confirm after years of suffering im starting to be in less pain and my back and my lower rib no longer hurt with pressure life changing after 10+ years
Excellent video...after one day of doing these lower back exercises 3 x per day, I feel better, I am going to incorporate these in to my daily routine after suffering from back pain for over 20 years....THANK YOU!
I just did this and it works great! My upper back and shoulders are complete jelly. All knots released for the first time ever - and I normally have a mild stinging pain and tightness all day. 1000% better than any deep tissue body work I've ever had. Total back and shoulder relief in minutes. THANK YOU!!!!! PS: I posted this on Facebook too! Hope it helps drive traffic and business for you.
Well I didn’t get any popping but the pain and discomfort and realignment of the back was very noticeable. I felt invigorated and the head felt like it was draining out it was awesome. Great techniques and thank you for showing me this spending time to do it right
11:20+ Ah, yes - the old 'peanut' tool! I've been suffering from (literally) a pain in the backside for months now, which I thought was piriformis / sciatica-related, so have been doing other stretches for that, hamstring stretches, you name it. As soon as I did the pelvis / SI joints moves the epicentre of the pain was immediately apparent! After a couple of minutes' rolling the pain has been massively reduced and I can move my leg, put weight on it, jump with it, a lot more freely than before. I've had occasion to thank you before for these hugely, life-enhancingly helpful videos, Dr., so once again, a million thanks!

Back pain can also be from trapped emotional trauma. I have experienced injury pain, and also emotional distress pain. I would be fine during the day, then at night have bad dreams and wake up with anxiety and pain all throughout my spine.
Good afternoon doctor, I am from India, thanks a lot, my lower back pain gone. your excirce, I tryed, amazing, god bless you, my English is poor, sorry
This really worked for me… I didn’t even do half of the exercises and my back improved significantly in about 5 minutes. My chiropractor just got fired
Amazing releases..very helpful information, thank you. Tiny decompressions felt on facets and vertebrae. ....just need some water & bone broth to hydrate & repair.🙏
Excellent instructural video, i need to go buy some tennis balls immediately! Have you done a video that illustrates good exercises for lower back pain especially in the lumbar region?
Wonderful techniques. Thanks very much. The one with the feet on the wall and pulling one knee was fantastic. If anything is going to release the maddeningly tight muscles on my left side, it’s going to be this exercise. Fingers crossed! 🎉
@@DrRowe Well, I did the exercises twice yesterday, and today, it’s already 5pm and the pain that has plagued my left mid-back for an entire year has been nowhere to be found all day. I’m so excited and relieved. I had that pressure release ball for a year and was completely using it wrong. I’m very grateful to you for your guidance. I am going to do the exercises again tonight and see how tomorrow goes as well! Fingers crossed!
@@DrRowe Day 2. My left mid back is inexplicably pain free again today. I did the same exercise with the ball last night with my feet up on wall. My questions (if you have a moment doc): while the pain is dramatically less each day, I still feel those striations (bump bump bump) when I move the ball around. Will they ever go away? Must I continue to do the exercises every night? How long until my back finally fully “releases” and is back to normal? Thank you!
@@willemgijs3803 I finally got rid of it. Using the balls regularly on my back every morning and night eventually released everything. I’m back to normal!
Hello Dr. Rowe, I have been using the tennis ball on my upper back between my shoulders and neck. My upper back has been flaring up on and off since breast feeding my daughter, mostly under my right shoulder blade. Hurts to even take a deep breath. Some mornings its hard to look around till my body gets warmed up. My doctor has done x-rays and has found nothing so is assuming it is all muscular. My question is, does the tennis ball method make you more sore before it starts getting better? It feels great during and immediately afterwards but the next day I seem to be more sore? Should I keep going with it? I have also started using a Chirp wheel to help pop my upper back as well, the pain gets less intense after I roll on that as well but is still there... :( Please help. ~One desperate and in pain mama~
Thank you! Thank You! THANK YOU! I did the Tennis Ball technique and oh my gawwwww!!!! I have been having horrible back pain because of my weight, work and constantly waking up with rolls of blanket balls under my back. The pain was starting to make me depressed and eat more. Hopefully I can start sleeping better, thus waking up better, and eat better! But holy cow, this was instant happiness! Thank you! However, is it safe to do it daily, weekly...?

I have found, for me, the bridge does double-duty; it strengthens the core (and below) and stretches/tractions the upper back, simultaneously.
The key to self release is not to force it always warm up the muscle before attempting a self adjustment🙏
