A tennis ball does just fine (though, I do live across the road from 8 tennis courts, so finding one isn't really that difficult for me) - smile emoji!
Those exercises with the foam roller and then flat poses are great! The ball on no man's land was ideal. I felt really at ease when I finished the exercises. Yes, meditation is my forte too! I do it every morning! I calm my mind and then I am ready to face my world inside out. Thank you Tim! Peace out!
The shoulder 'stretch' on the roller felt sooo good. After the video I went back and lay there on my roller for another 15 minutes. I do weights and running as well, so I am aware that I do a lot of potentially muscle shortening things (part of the reason that I got into yoga in the first place). But this was so gentle but so satisfying, an 'ahh.. bliss 'moment for me.
The restorative days make me love the other days even more!! Tim, you mentioned you were going to show some wall variations of passively stretching the pecs??? Thanks again!!
I was so happy when I saw it was restorative day! So good. Hey... just noticing you sitting in half lotus so casually. As I guess most people probably have, I have one hip that refuses to open up. The "block" seems to be in the muscle under the (I think) iliac crest... the one I use when doing a side plank leg lift, say. For years that hasn't budged. I'm just wondering how to do that. Focus on that apparent blocked muscle, or maybe it's a lower back thing, for example? Maybe my hips are wonky?
Tim this would help me with my kyphosis! I have come along way with this problem! I see great improvement! there are so many different exercises for this problem! thank you for your input!
Looks like day 27, yes. I think I said that the videos will all be around 30 minutes or less. You can repeat another video that you liked if you’re looking for a longer practice, but I structed the program like this on purpose so you’d have rest days. : )
No ball but I made it work... always love relax/restore sessions, thanks Tim! 🙏
Great to hear!
My last yoga session in 2024 is breathing, relaxing, and restoring. How perfect can that be? TYVMT and Happy New Year!
YSW! HNY!
Thanks Tim. Good class.
Glad you liked. Thanks Mario
No green ball here, but I found an apple in the kitchen, perfect size !
"One apple a day... " ;-)
Thank you for another great week of yoga !
