I need to show your workbench to my wife. She thinks I'm the only one in the world who can't keep things neat and tidy. Excellent video. Always learn something new watching your work.
Gorgeous builds as usual. I love the way you modify anything you build to meet your needs, and this has given me much inspiration to do the same to any kit I build, trying to make it unique. That's a great piece of advice about the detail parts. Thanks for a year of wonderful videos and hope you and yours have a Happy New Year!
Really enjoy these UA-cam videos. I am learning a lot from them and will help me in my modeling. Great job, Jason. I'm looking for future videos to learn from.
I'm new to your channel. Great detail and layout. This is what I was looking for. To help me start a HO Layout. I'm looking forward to more videos to learn. Thank you for your Craft.
It's always amazing how much detailed work needs to go to make every component fit nicely into a layout!!! I admire your patience and enthusiasm. Happy New Year to you and your loved ones!!!
Jason, great update. Thank you for sharing. Your modelling space is looking just like mine, in need of a good clean up. LOL. Your vision for your layout is coming together so well, I love seeing progress. A video on weathering and distressing your taxis would be of great interest. Cheers, and Happy New Year, stay safe, Michael
Great work as usual Jason. Always inspiring me to try different techniques. I’ve learned much from you and my last two structures show the progress of my skills. Thank you my brother keep the videos coming 👍🏻
Hi Jason, My craft desk is currently a disaster area! Yours can't hold a candle to mine I assure you! LOL, but true! Great video! The layout is coming along so beautifully! I am looking forward to the landscape work! Happy New Year to you and yours my friend! Lisa
Great work, Jason! I like your layout tours and progress updates better than a detailed video on how to build a structure, but I like those too! Ever thought of doing a series just on building techniques we could keep referring back to?
Where did you get the cardboard for the sidewalks from? Also is that 1/16th inch thickness? I've been trying to decide on a material and thickness for my sidewalks/curbs so this video was timely. Looks great.
Excellent work as always Jason. All of those small details make all the difference. Happy New Year to you and yours. And yes, my workbench looks just as crazy.
Jason you are truly an inspiration not only to me but I’m sure the countless others that watch your channel. Keep up the good work. I happened to notice that your retaining wall behind the green bridge with the water pipes and to the left (as your looking at it) of the last building you placed has a bow iinward. If your anything like me and the rest of us, that would drive me crazy. Don’t know if it is fixable don’t know if it would bother you, just thought I’d point it out.
Hi Jason, more interesting videos all the time. I was wondering, having build 4 or 5 of your kits, what brand name or what the material is called that you use to make the concrete foundations for your models. It's the white stuff that's ~1.5mm thick and feels like paper. Also where is it available, I've looked but can't locate it. TIA
As always both your work and attention to detail is impeccable. Your suggestion for the detail parts is great. Will you at any time have the sidewalks available on your web site. Have a happy and safe new year. Mario
Awesome work. Is the Mack's Deli a FOS Scale kit? Do they have another name to it? I think that's the building I've needed for a particular spot on my layout!
Great video! I'm sure you have mentioned it before in a prior video but my middle aged brain can't recall - what material/thickness of bases for your buildings do you use? Same for sidewalks/curbs as well as how far apart for expansion joints I am thinking that is the only way to go at this point. I model HO. Thanks!
You don't have a theater on your layout, do you? One like the 7th Street Theater. I've been looking for one and wondered if you know of a kit that i could buy. Thanks Happy New Year to you and your family.
I love the idea of painting a bunch of detail parts over time. I have several bags/boxes of parts and can easily do this. Thanks

Excellent video. Always learn something new watching your work.
Nice builds! The tip on primering en mass is the best way to go. It sure speeds things up.
@@michaelg.1786 Thank you so much!!!
Looking great! Wishing you, your family, friends and fans from around the world a Healthy and Happy 2024.

I love watching your videos. Miniatures are so mesmerizing. The filthy toilet made me smile. Your builds look so realistic. ❤😊

Awesome as usual, but for some reason I cannot explain, the vent between 0:50 and 1:00 is the best detail making it "as real".
Happy New Year to you and your family…
Wanted to follow up on this, has been driving me nuts, thanks!
Wow.....this is another dimension..signs make the difference.
Superb additions...once again!
Hi Jason,

Happy New Year to you and yours my friend!

Really good stuff, Jason! I love seeing how you place all the structures and scenery on the layout. Happy New Year to you and your family!!!
I just love the detail of the filthy old toilet pan at 2:22 😆

Another great video. Thanks! Please consider offering your sidewalks for sale. Good ones are hard to find. THANKS
Your detailing work and weathering amaze me, it's just so realistic, beautiful stuff JJ. Happy new year to you and your family.
Excellent work as always Jason. All of those small details make all the difference. Happy New Year to you and yours. And yes, my workbench looks just as crazy.
I'm thinking .. that it might be a bad idea late at night to come back from an evening at a tavern and try walking behind the sheet metal shop.
LOOKS GREAT JASON AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
Great vid and Happy New Year to you and your family 🎉🎉
Nice kits. It amazes me how you work front to back. I'd have pieces of structures stuck all over my sweater. How do you reach in the back?
He certainly has a lot of supplies there

Happy New Year to you and your family.
Jason, do you have any plans to offer the sidewalks for sale in your store?
No tire on the roof?
Have you considered giving your figures an oil wash to bring out the definition?
Happy New Year!!!!!🎶🔥🎄🥳💪💪😎💰🇺🇸🦫
Has anyone seen a good technique for doing "Boston" brick sidewalks?
Pyramids were not the tallest structures in Egypt...
They were just medium height, between the Pyrahighs and Pyralows.
