I lucid dream pretty regularly but involuntarily, I can't completely move in my lucid dreams though it's weird and sometimes I get stuck in dream loops which is scary as hell?? So idk but lucid dreaming is a really cool experience sometimes and should probably practice controlling it more (Loving the video, quality content as always!!)
Dream loops doesn't sound fun at all.....I had some scary dreams for years as a kid that were impossible to explain...kinda like I was getting turned into shapes & colours...think they call them Night terrors. Now I get dreams where I walk for hours & hours and my shins are hurting so bad but I just have to keep going...it's bloody exhausting!
I've been in a few dream loops but I would just wake up once I got bored of them. When I would try to change the loop I would just wake up. I've gotten rather insensitive of "weirdness" in my dreams. My latest I was flying through triangles in some dream world, I could feel the desire to leave the triangles but if I left I would wake up. It kept repeating for awhile. I enjoyed looking around at the triangles for awhile then decided to wake up after it repeated 5-6 times and I got bored. I decided to try to fly outside of the triangles and bam, I'm awake like I knew would happen. My biggest problem is trying to control the dream too much. If I go too far changing things I'll wake up. You got to just go with the flow of where the dream wants to go as well. As for those dreams walking for hours with bad shins.. that sucks, I'd try really hard to change something in the dream, even if it's just the scenery. You'll gain control over it slowly and either learn to wake up calmly or just simply change the dream. I've had one repeating "nightmare" in my life and it's actually where I learned to lucid dream. I finally realized during the dream that I was safe and just dreaming. So I just "got bored of it" and moved on in my sleep. It was nice waking up from it knowing I had "defeated" my nightmare.
I had the dream loops where you think you woke up bcus everything seems real and normal but seconds later you realize youre still dreaming bcus something is off. Then you say okay imma wake up now cus i get scared of idk what then i think im finally awake and try to live life but nope seconds later realize still dreaming. Over and over like 5 times. Thats when its scary. Reguardless i lucid dream ALOT! I control my dreams sometimes (i like that part) or i just know im dreaming and have to go with the flow but i know im dreaming.
I had a lucid dream last night. It was the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced. My dream was repeating and I noticed that it wasn’t real. I said it out loud that it was a dream and there was a loud rumbling like the sound of an earthquake. The people looked at me, they were frozen but they didn’t have faces they just had glowing spheres for eyes. They didn’t move but it felt like they wanted me to stop because I wasn’t allowed to know it was a dream. I got really scared, so I told myself to wake up and I basically phased out of my dream. I woke up panting. It was scary because I felt like they were trying to keep me there like they wanted to put me in a coma. I will never purposely try to lucid dream but if it ever happens, I will try to regain my composure and work through it. I hope it doesn’t happen tho
I used to have lucid dreams when I was kid(6-7) and before I start the lucid dream, I have to create a scenario where my bed is revolving then I can start my lucid dream but sometimes I can't wake up I just move to another dream thinking I'm awake and after some mins/sec I realize that I'm still in dream and I can't wake myself no matter what, I'm just waking up in another dream again and again and that's was the time I stop lucid dreaming and still after many years I never tried lucid dream because I can't forget that freaking experience!
This deserves way more attention than most of the other charlatans out there. Got my sub! I can't seem to find much literature about lucid dreaming... I hope it isn't as harmful as they say, I would've liked to train myself into performing it but now I'm reconsidering
I couldn’t lucid dream after months of trying. Then someone told me to read this book: “Man Being Volume 1: The Transmission”. It covers everything from dreams, death, the afterlife, time travel, reincarnation, extraterrestrials, portals and gateways, Vatican and Renaissance secrets, Ancient civilizations, Lemuria, Atlantis, Jesus, Sinai, Egyptians and the Pyramids, Hebrew letters, etc. Wild read. Best I’ve had in years. Highly recommend it.
Im not sure if i had a lucid dream or what ever but i remember being awake and then feeling weird so i went to sleep then i closed my eyes but my mind was thinking i had it open. Then my eyes were moving fast when they were shut and also it felt like time was going by fast almost like i fallen asleep in minecraft but i was fully aware of everything but couldn't open my eyes.
0:19 hold on. You can enter back to your dream after literally wakeup from dream that you are aware of? The problem is. Whenever i aware that i am dreaming, im not 'lucid dream' insteaim wake up. Literally open my eyes and wake and finish the dream
55% percent is actually a small number and even smaller when you say ‘’at least one in their life time’’ , I my self have experienced lucid dreams at least 50 times or even more in my life, it is pretty cool to have them indeed.
I've had one lucid dream in my life.... *I'd gone back to sleep not long after waking when I realized I was dreaming, and I hazily recall summoning Scarlett Johansson! I touched her face to check if she was real & she was 100% real! I then remember thinking 'this is morally wrong somehow' and before I could debate with my dreaming self I instantly woke up! PS I'm sure I watched a film she was in the night before so I'm not a total perv!
@@TinyMedicine I was quite proud, I'm even a gentleman in my sleep! Great video thanks. Dreams are fascinating & I'm sure we only have them to prepare ourselves for real life. *One dream I had, I was being rude to a workman that was working in my house and he turned around and calmly pushed a knife in my heart and by jeez it felt so real, and I woke up soon after from the shock and realized there was a lesson to be learned there!
Oh snaps 😮 I regularly wake up after a few hours and then spend 30 min before going back to sleep. I also tell myself to watch for unusual signs of a dream like physics not being right.
One way to know if you're in a dream is trying to read. The part of your brain that takes care of text is not awake during dreams, so if you are analphabet or words around you just seem like random scribbles then it's likely you're dreaming.
It was so crazy to me cause I looked at the people around me and blurtted out your dreaming and this girl I’ve never seen said the same thing and said ik you are too cause you look familiar I’ve never seen her in my life
You can say I'm lazy but i always sleep. From 12nn to 4pm and 10pm to 8am. I always landed to the places i didn't know that's why i know I'm dreaming. It's funny but i can fly to outer space. Just be aware of your surroundings. 😄

That's impressive how this small channel has a budget to actually make animations for educational purposes
Appreciate the kind words! We have a small budget; but we give our best to deliver quality content.

Lucid dreams are generally thought to arise from non-lucid dreams in REM sleep👍

@@disrrpt_466 you won’t regret it. If nothing else it’s a fascinating fiction. But ya I read through 4 volumes in one week.
I don't know what that thing at the end shooting at the Subscribe button is, but it definitely convinced me :)

How did you make this thumbnail / animate the video?
Hi. I use Illustrator and Aftereffects.
@@TinyMedicine So your thumbnail is a vector person over a gradient background?
Yeah. That's it.

How the hell do you perform those tests while you're in REM sleep when your voluntary muscles are paralyzed or at least should be?
Lucid dreaming is literally just infinite tsukoyomi but it is infinite and you will never wake up, which is what madara’s goal
Thanks for the manga reference
Imagine accidentally getting stuck inside your dream and you spend what feels like years in there 💀
Lucid dreaming comes naturally to me without a need to induce it .
Great,
Thanks bro ☺️
