  • This short video addresses physical rehabilitation for Patellofemoral syndrome, sometimes also referred to as runners knee.
    We explain the nature and causes of the condition and then guide you through a series of rehabilitation exercises. These exercises are intended to help reduce pain and other symptoms and also to help you in the long-term to make a better recovery
    The exercises are divided into two categories. Those that strengthen the affected muscles and those that help to stretch or mobilise joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons.
